Boondocking , living in my ride
Sometimes my RV , I have to hide
Must confide,
Living like the snail on the go.
Always taking it slow
This country, so many things I want to see
It's all a part of being free.
I may not be all that rich,
But still I have that itch
So I may leave my windows black
Always watching for any form of attack
The natives look on me in distain
On their parking lot I'm just a stain
If I sit there to long of a spell
Sometimes they start to yell
I smile ,say oh well
With all the things I get to see
In this life of being free
Tomorrow I'll be gone with the wind
I'm way happier in the end
See ya around the bend
At early dawn, me lying supine on my non - mowed lawn in happy mood.
I am relaxing under bright Sun and clean clear cerulean sky enjoying
morning beauty of environ. Cheerful sparrows and sterlings to chirp
and prance. Morning dews are glistening on wild glass blades. Swift
squirrel is climbing up and coming down. Slow snail is crawling silent with
single foot. In gentle breeze, tiny feral flowers are nodding heads in fun.
Everything is running smooth and fine in fresh morning.
Fluttering wings flying butterflies are visiting blossoms. Cute kittens are
playing joyfully at a corner. I am sensing serene sublime ecstatic state.
Suddenly a grass hopper settles on tip of grass. A prompt chameleon
doesn’t miss the chance to attack and swallows up. My heavenly bliss at
once turns in melancholy sinking in hell.
nature acts ruthless ~
prey and predator to run
simultaneous.
I do bitterly fault your restless digits, slatternly time;
Your agile dial's design I defy with mutinous rhyme.
What's the veiled intent of your lightning procession,
Against this snail-mover's beleaguered progression?
In swearing truth say why your sight-eclipsing wings
Party and feast and conjure merry over littler beings.
What sadistic banquets in spooky nooks yonder,
Turn your lot-dwindling schemes ever so fonder?
It's true your snaring turns I strongly loathe,
With damning sneers and deserving derision.
What's that blot against heaven's sternest troth,
Obliterating dancing suns on her creasing face?
To what main gain do your life-slicing edges fly,
Usurping innocent freedoms of humble breath?
Your mulish cruises along snaky course-ways,
Flare spite-perfected ills to slay slowing health.
With daring tropes I’ll yet trim hours’ blacking crime,
And I’ll chide the deadly glooms of carnivorous time.
I have missed hearing from you,
that makes me very blue. Send me an e-mail, say your love is true. Maybe some snail mail, will come in the bag by the postal-mail.

Neptune must have used as parchment
Mother-of-pearl to inscribe his laws
For he’d richly rewarded the oysters
With an oceanic spa.
So, while seeking calm through deliberation
And enjoying the mud bubbles of my bath
Who should I spy in the distance?
But Calamity trudging up the path.
His foot arched out proud and haughty
Like the neck of a noble steed
As he pulled his crustaceous carriage
At a break-neck snail speed.
The mud began to feel like mortar
As I stonily watched him draw near
That audacious, contemptuous clam
Made my heart cry out with fear.
He passed by slow and haughty
Like an imperious, dismissive sigh
But as my tension began to dissipate
He kicked a mudball at my eye.
I watched warily, his insolent passage
Until he was but a tiny speck of dirt
Knowing I'd formed another pearl of wisdom,
From that impetuous, narcissistic squirt.
Fairies and Angels charm the environment still and calm,
Flowers and scenes of the season enhance the abode charm;
Weather wakes vivacious cold-hot, chill-warm, wet-dry feeling,
And shapes the Christmas season into thousand bells pealing...
Snow in cold regions, like spiders, weaves thick white blanket-webs,
Sun, forbidden, tries to peep like snail, from shell of snow-ebbs;
Fog in grey-white gown like tribal bride dreamily marching,
Clouds, randomly rolling, like melting snow-balls, soul-searching...
Fragrance of innocently smiling snow-burdened flowers,
Tender chill drizzling of heavenly divine-grace showers;
Bluish-grey, gray-white, reddish-orange disco-light stray-rays,
As though falling from Milky-way, to show humans new ways...
Though seasons seem docile as dead resting in deep dark graves,
Spring follows winter; summer the spring, breaking all closed caves...

smashing! there she goes swaying her strut in red stilettos
with a lady gaga ’do, vamp gear and rockin’ diva blues…
"hottie P.D." that’s what she’s called.. ready to prance at
her latest night call, another gig for chilling a dish
at the flaming la vida loca bar: strictly for exclusive members
only, she ain’t on the list… hmmm,
sly fox down to two altoids and twenty bucks in her leased
armani tote. you guessed it right! she bats her long lashes
at the bomber’s gate; swooshes past the queue
using victoria’s secret model’s gait… what a RAAWWR!
surveying the lair, the sly destroyer skips no beat---
there’s her catch, a dumb-- looking frog, a sort of
prince dude. time for the bait, ready to down tons of martini,
tequila, whatever she won’t regret... ooh my, the vixen
slants a tyra pose caressing her mane smoothie smooth.
dumb frog approaches his " prey"--- that’s what’s lurking
on dude’s snail brain…” foxy lady, you beat the tar out of me!”.
PD coos,“ big boy, you better show me punk cuz i settle
for nothin’ less than a big score.”
flashing his platinum card on the deck, sly fox rattles off drinks
on top of the heap. whoa, a little bit of sweet talking and fast touching,
sly destroyer goes for the kill..“ an uptown throb you are,
smokin’ hon-- you care to bring your babe home in your
limo ,bimbo?” and frog croaks, “ wait babe, will bring it on!”
with another long wink, her last crime…hahaha, from PD’s
devilish voodoo blink, all she needed was a fancy hitch big time home.
sly destroyer whams it again! but wait.. frog is gone for friggin
30 minutes… turns out, the platinum card expired and stolen. drat!…
who’s the sly destroyer.. and who’s the flaky loser?
( just for fun!)

--- CONTEST: P.D.'s " Inner Animal "
A Kamikaze peddler
Who follows his nose
fluorescent green Lycra
A middle finger he shows
Slower than a snail
As wide as truck
Forget the highway code
He pushes his luck.
Side by side they pedal
Three or four deep
Then they become violent
If you give them a beep
They own the road
and there’s no mistake
Zip through red lights
No prisoners they take
Danger personified
Full speed ahead
And then they wonder
Why motorists see red.
The bike’s abandoned
He washes his hands
Peels off his Lycra
He’s got urgent plans
Jumps in his car
To go somewhere fast
A slight incline
He just can’t pass
In front is a pedlar
And It’s Karma at last.

I went to an ‘animal experience’ its something I won’t forget
Sitting there on benches with a canopy to stop us getting wet
The first creature we saw was a giant cockroach – it was sooooo big
We had the chance to hold it I said ‘no way’ just put it on a twig
Next we saw a giant African snail
The thought of holding it made me go quite pale
Finally they brought out the snakes
I was so scared I got the shakes
But ‘Monty’ python was so stunning
I was good and didn’t go off running
The lady held it for us to touch
So warm and soft it wasn’t rough
Touching a snake does not hold such a fear
I will be brave again if I go next year

Why do I have to be this color? He asked.
All of the snails but him were green. He was orange.
You are handsome! His mother replied. I love you exactly the way you are.
He was teased and bullied and made fun of most of his life
Until he went on vacation and discovered the island of love.
On this island there were blue snails all over the place
And one beautiful orange snail who gave him a pleasant nod.
She was demure and gorgeous and he was instantly interested.
You would have never found me if God had made us blue or green,
she said.
He had never been so grateful to be orange in his entire life.
Their children were also orange, and beautiful.
A match made in heaven.
They had been especially made by God,
so they could easily find each other.
