Bullying Ruin Lives

Every day in school
They would pick on him
And threaten to kill his mom
If he reported them

The constant abuse
And the physical attacks
For months he took it
And the teachers all turn their backs

The shame and humiliation
His peace of mind and sanity is gone
The hurt in his heart
While the girl he likes helplessly looks on

The frustrations of the parents
Seeing their only child health decline
And the teachers who turn a blind eye
Telling them everything in school is fine

The attempt of suicide one night
When the father saw him with knife
Asking if he will go to heaven or hell
If he takes his own life

The tear of the kidney
For the force of the kicks and blows
The lost of appetite and weight
The suffering only he alone knows

But he did open his mind he said
I can’t got through another year like this
And when they were arrested then many
Told the press what they had witness

Today he is trying to get back his life
But his road is pave with bad memories
And sometimes he almost reaches the end
And then get scared of the shadows of the trees

Then he is right back where he started
And then he has to start again with frustration
Sometime lashing out at his parents and family
Trying to get some much need attention

Looking at him very quite sitting alone
Wondering what’s going on in his poor mind
And wishing to that one day god will
Bring him the peace he so much wants to find

He is a fighter and his will are very strong
Yes today he is along way from there
And I know that eventuality the time will come
His smile will return that has now disappear

The war must be over for now
But every day he has a battle to face
But in the end he will be victorious
And get back his life that has been misplace

So many kids has and are being bulled
And some are talking their own lives
For when you feel all hope is gone
Then it’s very hard to survive

They are sick and tired of the abuse,
and they little minds fought so hard, so very long,
And was just couldn’t make it
through the pain, and stayed strong.

I wish all students will look after the weak
The ones who are very quite and shy
And if the teachers and students do this
Then so many of our children will not have to die

Sunny Weather Dream Lyrics For Halleluja Contest

SUNNY WEATHER DREAM

There was a child --who had a dream,
Peace gave his eyes a secret gleam,
But no one thought he had a chance to do much,
And every day he went to school, his teachers were some awful fools
But still he tried to keep it all together
     His heart beating:
     Sunny weather, sunny weather,
His heart beating : sunny weather, sunny weather
====================================================
The boy became a man one day
The dream was safely tucked away
Though no one thought he had a chance to do much
Kept his nose clean-- to the ground, sure his life would turn around
There must be Someone who holds it all together!
     In the distance:
     Sunny weather, sunny weather,
     In the distance:
     Sunny weather, sunny weather
====================================================
The world was heavy --time’s were rough
And all alone life seems so tough
Still no one thought he’d had a chance to do much
But he stayed faithful to his song, Did more right than he did wrong
tried to keep his life and loves together
And he longed for : Sunny weather, sunny weather,
How he longed for: Sunny weather, sunny weather
====================================================
And then one day he fell apart
His precious dream escaped his heart
Still no one thought he had a chance to do much
But every day the world made war, the body count piled more and more
He drifted off as helpless as a feather
    And his soul grabbed
    Sunny weather, sunny weather,
    sunny weather, sunny weather
====================================================
There was a dream that had a man
    Proclaiming peace in every land
Though no one thought he had a chance to do much
The ragged tune a little blurred but was a song that children heard
Rejoiced that he had kept it all together
    Now the world sings
    Sunny weather, sunny weather,
    Now the world sings:
    Sunny weather,sunny weather

God's Love

When I was young love was a game
I did not think about it when I took his name

I love him, I need him is what I would say
“I will show you we can make it one day”

At first it was a fairy tale, a dream come true
Till one day I awoke beaten, degraded, abused

It started with names degrading and untrue
He would say, “don’t look at me, the blame lies with you”

“Your worthless, your ugly, who would want you?”
Then leave my lying there bleeding and confused

“I’m sorry I will never do it again” was the excuse
I would accept his apology with that the abuse

I dealt with the lying, cheating and names
Till one day that frightening time came

The day I thought would never happen to us
The day I realized leaving was a must

The final straw that broke the camels back
When I realized I needed to leave and never look back

He pulled out his gun and said the world would be better off
If he would just simply shoot me then he would scoff

I looked at my children frightened and scared
Could I forgive myself if he touched even one little hair?

Next time he could stab me, shoot me, or worse
Maybe next time I will drove away in a hurst

I am better than that no matter what that man says
Who know why these crazy ideas fill his head

I am here today because I was strong
I did not give up and I know he was wrong

I am beautiful, worthy, intelligent, and free
I took the time to search and what I found was me

I deserve better, I deserve love
And each day I pray and thank God above

Thank you for showing me I was stronger than I thought
And in that destructive web no longer am I caught

I am a mother of three and there’s no bigger joy
To still be here today and help assemble their toys

To help them to read, write, and show love
TO teach them that hating and hitting they are above

IT is hard to think I may not be here today
If it was not for God’s love that showed me the way.

Part 1 of This Is How We Throw Our Faith Away

Through the night lies a love in a warrior’s blood reluctant to fight due to the man above. In his heart he cries as his heart tares him apart. This is the strength of a man torn between what he has sworn and the love he has worn, since the day he was born. He’s afraid to stand; yet the power is in his hand, but he won’t let go of the land. He is a little boy hiding behind a gun, riding to be a hero, siding with fear and a toy for the devil. It is not till the end he will hear; this is how we throw our faith away. This is the way it leaves us day to day. Why is it god we betray?

A new victim is brought into the world at the rim of our hearts and because of her precious face we embrace right away. It is not till later we find she is blind, and needless to say challenged in the mind. Love disappears without a trace because of fear we won’t erase. Her tears brake so the advantage we take to bring her down and make her drown in her own sob. It is not until she is ripped apart that we feel we have done our job. This is how we throw our faith away. This is the way it leaves us day to day. Why is it god we betray?

They live on the street, Born on their feet, and every now and then get beat. They may be dirty and a little then, but that’s just because of where they’ve been. All they have is the man in the skies. No one dares look into their eyes, for it will uncover their demise. They will have to face up to their own lies. They may not have any money or riches galore, but they have god, and that’s more than the rich can sell in a store. The rich unwilling to see turn away acting more than they will ever be. This is how we throw our faith away. This is the way it leaves us day to day. Why is it god we betray?

A Stain

Each night she goes to bed in fear
Each night a prayer is prayed
For just one night of peaceful sleep
No visit to come her way
Still every night he enters in
He violates her soul
Abruptly leaves this child in fear
A wounded tattered girl
Until one day she’s had enough
His pain she can take no more
She goes to bed and waits for him
To end her broken world
With one wave she cuts away
The life he lives each day
Now in peace she sleeps each night
And all that’s left
A stain

Each day she prays for freedom
Each day she battles on
The day he promised to love and cherish
The day is now no more
With each day she faces fear
From the man she dearly loves
Leaves her in a battered mess
Scarred to face the world
Then came the day she had enough
The fear she could not take
Aimed a gun while in his sleep
One shot would seal his face
Her life is now free from fear
The world she can enjoy
Now in peace she sleeps each night
And all that’s left
A stain

These stories each are similar
The price each paid was death
Two people lived in daily fear
Now live in happiness
Some say the actions
Of these ones
Were drastic steps to take
The bible states
Thou shalt not kill
But help was just too late
Think back the story
Of the cross
Where Jesus bled and died
He shed his blood
To save each soul
For us he paid the price
Sounds like the death
Of these ones
At the hands of ones that feared
Was covered by the rugged cross
Where Jesus paid for sin
For God is love
And each of us
He wants to live in peace
If you doubt
Go to the cross
And you will find
A stain

~ the Giving Trees ~

As
when to
pray I looked
one day and gazed in
way, upon a place a ways, afar, and
so I could see the generous gapes
of the giving trees, as so they are, so nestled
down between the broken valley of His open will, and
one better to be seen and in a greater measure,
and to my fancy, still, for they are the one true rare beauty's left in way
of this one most humble, land, with the wholesome hearts and outstretched,
hands, as amid this the ladder days of the summers fall, and at the ready to provide
their goodness to whom ever may come to call, they are too for the many come a feathered
wing the finer nature of a better thing, with one a purpose brought forth by way of a heart, one so
softly spoken, there they live for to serve God as they move in way of the pureness, by way the
promise one given, of His tender love, and devotion, and as well they are one better also as a haven as too as
well for the wisdom so purely given and found to be well, within the nature, of the raven, as to offer, a sweeter
fruit is what they bring, as to sway they dance, as in their joy they sing, and for the love of a life as so to renew,
another day has risen up and shines upon them mid sparkling morning dew, and if you were to hear them you
would have listened, as gingerly they move in unison so as to shimmer in way,
together as they glisten,
and as for a gift for
all, a
grateful heart
is for them their
only passion,
as it is in
their
way,
and by our Lord God, one so forever, fashioned. ~

Escaping Disenfranchisement Grasp

The goal in life is to keep your head up & stay strong. Have resilience in the face of our daily obstacles. On average staying focus at times feel like an Olympic tryout. So many temptations, people crabbing, and not wanting to see anotha doing good along with the right things. One thing at a time with a clear view is very much in reach yet far away for one too many. Possibly why the results of societies for payment are in disenfranchisement when it comes to its citizens prospering as a whole. Living under pretense don't qualify as true joy of prosperity. Don't equal happiness or peace day to day either. Can't paint all with a broad brush and taking offense doesn't equal the stability to ground one's own life. When we look upon evil it's a burning desire to cast evil in the fire. Dark mountains seeing dirty deeds seeing good deeds wondering when peace for humanity will ever be. So many trying so many buying, payment imprison our natural freedoms. Lord God's liberties that are freely giving all; good & the bad. Many don't constantly wanna be the teacher. Many don't constantly wanna be the reacher. Cause personal heart desire gone lead the individual. Then let experience teach us. If paying the consequences to our own actions don't teach us. Then no word spoken gone truly reach us. Every peaceful practice is a peaceful practice. Every disruptive practice is a disruptive practice when it comes to the truth of reality.....

                                               Enjoy!!!!

Xgadgados, Abuja

I had to down my tools
I had to terminate the calling
I struck wielding the ngungi..
I struck the great gadgados
Defender i neutralized
What is mine by right

The mob was unleashed on me
Thoughtless humans trying..
Nay baying for my blood
Even in this aspect they failed

I entered the delicate meats industry
And unleashed the wrath of Kiama
Dealt a incapacitating brow
TD of guardgados you are missed
I will always recall you held me
Encouraged me to wield my first
First pen - at poetry soup

I was hurt in the battle but...
Twas expected .. seer all is open
And great Boss at gadgados
The buck stops at your feet
Dereliction of duty will be..
Your undoing oh mighty one

Great D. of gadgados you are milking
one cow and using the milk to feed
A calf yet you neglect to feed its mum
The beginning of your fall will be when
You will destroy gadgados in the belief
That your personal star will rise..

This Is the Day That the Lord Has Made

Morning lights on my leaden eyes
And on my body still weighted in sleep
Fuzzy thoughts try to creep into my mind
I try to move not sure if I really want to wake
I check the time on my mobile
That is beside my mattress on the floor
(Even though this bed is not quite ideal I reflect
At least I have a roof over me and I am safe)
My body clock and nature’s demands
Say I must rise
In this I have no option
I roll over holding my sore back
I will my legs to move
I shuffle slowly at first
It helps my circulation
The heaviness dissipates
I start to move less painfully
The warm summers day looks on me with lacksadaisy eyes
My body responds like a dull knife that is not able to cut anything
I need a sharpening tool
They say ‘Iron sharpens iron’
I need this if I am going to make this day cut with any precision
Painlessly, cleanly and with heightened sharpened wit
I look to the Rock that is higher than I
My heart is quickened within as I acknowledge His spirit in me
I am not alone for the sword of His word brings me light and joy
His presence in me brings me peace
And soon that which is corruptible will be swallowed up into eternal day
‘This is the day that the Lord has made’ I will rejoice in it
For YOU have made me Glad!

In My Solitude

In my solitude there's been retreat
From worldly events that brought defeat,
When emotions were too weak to bear
I could always find asylum there.

Through childhood, grade school, college too
And as a Man, I always knew
An inner peace down deep inside
Where I would go sometimes to hide.

Then came one day the hordes of Hell
And darkness all around me fell,
A battle ensued in that black night
For my very soul I began to fight!

From the belly of Hell I began to pray
Like Jonah did on his dark day,
And just like then God heard my prayer
He came, and conquered my enemies there.

He restored my faith, He made me new
He gave me peace I never knew,
He gave me armor and washed off the mud
With nothing, save his own son's blood!

He told me that He was the source
Of peace I'd found through my life's course,
He said that He would always be
In my solitude, waiting there for me.

In my solitude the Master waits
With wisdom there He demonstrates
Life's lessons that He gives through strife
That prepare us for everlasting life.

The last thing that He said to me
On that glorious day of victory,
He smiled, and then He called me "Son"
"Go tell the world what I have done!"
