If I would have known you wouldn’t be here
I would have stopped worrying about the small stuff
I would have held you tighter and said “I love you “more often
If I would have known you wouldn’t be here
We would have had your celebration of life party a weekend earlier
If I would have known you wouldn’t be here
I would have locked the doors and kept everyone out of our house
People say time heals all wounds however, these wounds still hurt
People say you are pain-free however, we could have controlled your pain
I am happy you are in heaven with your family that left before you
I am overjoyed that your cancer is gone and you are a healthy man
I am thankful for every second, every moment, every day we spent together
Guess what else? I am mad I am sad; defeated because we couldn’t save you
And yet I know you are with God and that death is an amazing part of life
You are saved, you are whole, and you are still you
I miss and love you baby
Simplemente Gracias

Laura was couer-shaped,
the way her knees blossomed out,
magenta, genie-like sheer. She blew
kisses like cultivated fleurs de jour.
Her drooping necklace, a frolic of felicity.
Laura’s bodysuit pink — a glittering
off the shoulder bonbon,
holding perfect ample
and youthful bosoms.
Sam was blond,
a sunny-yellow brooding type. As Laura
faced West, He faced East. She leaned
against his ebony suit.
He wore a bowtie, not one that spins;
a scholarly erudite.
His cerulean shirt bleeds
deep in his heart, blue skies
infused into his profound eyes.
The third party, a french painter —
a poet, a woman’s woman.
Her husband gathered the flotsam —
driftwood to hang
on my wall. Romantic
whimsy gets me in the mood.

The pedestrian kettle steams on to the Capitol pyre
With a weight watcher tonic; more lean legislators to sire
The Grand Old Party a taste of the aromatic brew doth require
Medicinal tonic blended to alleviate bloating gout of every Democratic squire
Preferring their watered-down, generic brand, constipated digestive tracts go haywire
The savy financiers sit on the sidelines in their cozy markets ignoring the taste test flier
The partisan grit clogs the filter producing a quagmire
The vitriolic ingredients boil over causing a rancid fire
The billowing smoke rises and streams to the patrician choir
The generic master brewer in his white house stews in the demagogic mire
Commercial winds sweep in fanning the flames causing the heat to reach dome's spire
The regurgitated grounds spewed forth to every intoxicated shire
Democratic gainsayers scare the elderly that the side effects are so dire
The rest of the squeamish plebians in their depleted hovels continue to sip their Common Roast with ire

The phone is ringing in my purse,
It sounds like a band, a party, a favorite song.
It calls to me. It tells me to obey.
I am slow, I say, “no way”.
I go to the market and there are signs everywhere.
Take out your phone and click right in.
We cater to you and you and you…
But not, YOU!
Scan this, work at that, four of these, five of those,
Math and new math, but without the counters.
The register hums and makes mistakes.
They hate when you point them out.
They happen often.
You are too old, too young, to late for dinner.
and You are still paying with cash? (hushed whispers in the line)
Coupons cut from paper, writing a check from scratch,
finding the proper change at the bottom of a bag.
All these things are the life, of many of our band.
We don’t fit, we can not catch up,
maybe we don’t care…
anymore.
We don’t get your internet.
We can barely email, receive a picture, or pickup an urgent call.
But we are still the pillars of all that matters,
All that is worth saving.
Do not throw away;
be careful of regret.
It has an evil twin…
her name is death.
Wherefore, Whereas, Henceforth
Whereas the wherefores and hereins
obliterate beginnings without ends
redefine how “fine” relates to “print”
misunderstanding - “that’s not what it meant”
Therefore it is with great expense
whereas the document just made no sense
we’ll bill you as the tiny type disclaimer
says there’s no way you can blame her
Hereafter you’ll be known as party “A’
the one it says is gonna hafta pay
until your residence is just a box
Ah, the price one pays for tangling with a fox
Alas, it seems, your friends could not sustain
the agony of listening to your pain
Henceforth, it seems that you are on your own
wherefore art thou now, Oh Romeo

When the ability to write manifested itself among the many learned minds, accounting, and recordkeeping too, had manifested as what has become known to be called, history.
The routine breakdown, and the frequency in some reflective properties via some periodic order post-prehistory, as the assorted is gathered and assembled for review and interpretative insights, thus creating the effects and all that is belonging to that particular portion of history.
Remembering and placing events, people, and places, all of that, sorted out history.
The discoveries that were established, explorations of findings, investigating quests, and figuring out enigmas, such became part of history.
A miscellany of items and artifacts of life during any given period is a form of physical purpose to history.
A common source becomes noticeable and formidable as an organization, a religious order, a political party, a civil association, an action group, or a school recital, whether they be big or small, they are all part of history.
When events present themselves, as to how it is articulated and expressed, the wherefores and whereof, are indicators given to history.
How we treat some exceptional thing, our rendition of it, and our particular point of view, like understanding its artistic values, are intricate matters for the basis of history.
The changing of the nexus, fads, styles, precepts, and concepts; specifically, for this writing, nowadays interpretation concerning one's gender, meaning, 'Herstory' too, makes history.

I’m spending the Christmas holiday with Lisa and her family in NYC.
My parents are finishing 2021 in Africa, with “Doctors Without Borders.” “Step” (my step father) is a heart surgeon and my mom is an anesthesiologist, so they’re a traveling, self contained, double-dutch, operating theater. Yep, now that they’ve shuffled-off the dead weight of their children - they can finally have some FUN.
Here, in NYC we’re back in restrictive spaces as we face-down Omicron this holiday - but I still feel free. Our course work’s been dumb, but now we’ve escaped the strangling, slavery of tedious days - forget hours of reading, fact-sheets, writing essays, and solving chemistry equations - we’ve got 25 days of Christmas vacation!
Lisa’s having a sleepover tonight, friends Will and Karen are coming up (Lisa lives on the 50th floor, they live on the 46th) and we have every distraction known to man.
Tonight was supposed to be the building (220) Christmas party - a formal wear Christmas ball - with a live orchestra - but now (thanks Omicron) it’s an elevator party - we’ll go up to the 70th floor, pick up goodie bags and dinners then return yo-yo like, to Lisa’s.
We can escape our interior habitat to a large balcony where it’s windy and 34 degrees. The sky is a clear black, like an inverted cup of coffee and the stars look French. The city lights dazzle like a billion stars surrounding the black hole of Central Park.
Lisa’s dad is explaining to Karen (10), in some detail, how his shiny, deluxe, outdoor barbeque - with it’s lid open like a radar dish, can detect reindeer and send updates to his phone in real-time - but Karen looks skeptical.
I hope you all have a wonderful, safe, Christmas and that the reindeer find you wherever you are.
my makeup was fabulously light green, lips ruby red
I fit in well with the theme, witches, warlocks and the undead
the blue I had sprayed in my hair glittered like starlight
when we entered the party, a gang began a quick fight
my witch hat was pointed at an odd funny angle
could I get a dance? Just one maybe wrangle?
I looked at my husband whose nose gave a twitch.
I looked fabulous as a sexy, gorgeous young witch
my husband dressed as Dracula with cape and red tie
he watched me dance with another, we both wondered why
the rest of the night my man spun me around the floor
I had not danced in a while, my legs and heart said we wanted more.
My friend laughed at our exuberance yelled out “get a room!”
I gave her a gentle tap on the head with my yellow straw broom.
the food was delicious, the drinks were cold and refreshing.
my husband’s eyes were on me, I knew he was undressing.
funny to me, since we already had two babies at home.
the next thing I knew, I was picked up by a gnome.
The gnome ran off with me to the ladies room to gab.
she had a lot to tell me, and she wanted to blab.
this was a Halloween party provided by my school.
At our principal’s house, and he was now a fool.
Made silly by drinks, which went straight to his head.
His wife was so embarrassed, she sent him to bed.
teacher friends were dressed as goblins, super heroes, and a ghost.
We all discussed unabashedly the craziness of our elusive host.
He was a shy guy, and would be embarrassed to death about this.
A cobra slithered up to me and tried to speak with a hiss.
Nancy! I was delighted, she was my best pal at school.
She had a lot to confide about our nemesis, Mr. O’Toole.
O’Toole was walking around saying dumb things to everyone.
Speaking with Nancy about him was incredibly fun.
My husband was devouring everything off a huge silver tray.
Tidbits and appetizers in black, orange, yellow, and gray.
two jack-o-lanterns were giving me a clever candle wink.
I felt cute tonight, happy, totally energetic, and in the pink.
we had a sitter that night for the first time since our second baby.
Do you want to go home yet? I stared at my man. “No, yes, maybe.”
With two children at home under the age of two, this was a delight.
A marvelous Halloween party that made me feel happy and right.
The legacy media is censoring the facts regarding the criminality of the Biden family. I understand why some are not aware of these facts, indisputable facts, backed by physical evidence, and first hand witness testimony. Most recently, Mr. Tony Bobulinski, a business partner of Hunter Biden. Part of his under oath deposition, he attended meetings with and included, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, James Biden and Chinese businessmen of a foreign gas company known as CEFC. Why I bring this up is, to refute the often proclaimed answer, when asked of Joe Biden, "I never spoke to my son, or brother, or anyone about my sons business dealings". An outright lie!! But why? There are many more verifiable facts, that the legacy media doesn't want the public to know. Here are some examples of things you should want to know about, ask questions.
Why does a family set up multiple shell companies that don't have a stated business or activity?
How is that the Biden family members, including Grand children, are receiving money from foreign countries?
Why was it that a sitting vice President, wanted a prosecutor in Ukraine fired, while that prosecutor was investigating corruption of the very gas company that his son sat on the board of, making $83,000.00 a month salary?
Joe, on video, even brags about getting that prosecutor fired, using our tax dollars as leverage! Can you say (Quid Pro Quo). They tried to impeach Trump for the very thing Joe admits to, gleefully!
There are many, many more verifiable facts, too numerous to list, as part of the current House impeachment inquiry taking place, that I believe, will result in Joe Biden withdrawing himself as the Democratic nominee for President, thus doing their party a favor by getting rid of him!
Ask questions people, get the truth, you are not getting from the media.
