Whereas the wherefores and hereins

obliterate beginnings without ends

redefine how “fine” relates to “print”

misunderstanding - “that’s not what it meant”.

Therefore it is with great expense

whereas the document just makes no sense

we’ll bill you as the tiny type disclaimer

says there’s no way that you can blame her.

Hereafter you’ll be known as party “A’

the one it says is “gonna hafta pay”

until your residence is just a box

Ah, the price one pays for tangling with a fox.

Alas, it seems, your friends could not sustain

the agony of listening to your pain.

Henceforth, it seems that you are on your own

wherefore art thou now, Oh Romeo.

This is so true, John, I hate these long contract with tiny print that you can't understand in the first place. We used to be able to close a deal with just a hand shake but that is certainly not true anymore. I enjoyed your humorous poem this morning. John
