The Askance Chapter 4 Part 5b

“Dwellers of the Ancients, is all be seeking The Fallen atop?
Well… be advised and turn back for to entertain he will not
It's been far too long since mortals have come before our sight
And above all, the coming of mortals is often the coming of blight
Yet, curious I am to see what wisdom does all sow to seek?
And mind me, is the outskirts to be still as unpromising and bleak?
Wait a leafy fall! Is that what I think the Amulet is what it is?
Is that really what I dare think to think what I really think IS?
And… The Sword of Sin, and The Bow of Azure and… and!
Oh my one and holy creator of trees and woods, the all-seer blends
I, Twit of the Sylvans have actually stumbled upon The Champions of Light
Me, the cleverest of all, the mightiest of both twilight and night!
The one who oversees and overrules the over-leaves and overall
The most knowledgeable, the most erudite and despite some say The MOST TALL…!
So, I’m Twit in my most humble nature to see to your needs
Your demands will Twit without question have them meet!
What’s it like being a Champion, The Knight of the Word?
Is the Mistress of The Word really ever once a berserker as of rumours heard?
Can the Mistress really heal with her bequeath powers? Though she
don’t look too well now!
Where is her overseer? The white owl that flies alongside around!
And The Defier, the one born just right after you died, remember?
You know, The Askance who ensave The Mistress from whence a berserker?
And of course, the Befallen Angel of Dreams who sacrifice for love
The one who now dwells in awaiting for you to return to serve?
What happened? After you died I mean... pardon Twit who say…
Where have you disappeared to all those time and to than return this day?
Its been more than a hundred years if my intelligent mind can remember precisely
And all this time to only be indulged in my duty given periods indefinitely
Pardon my nature Knight of The Word, have Twit asked much?
How would you like a Sylvan alongside to uplift as such?
Twit can serve in knowledge and in spirit despite being small
And in addition, Twit can assure all be welcomed into the Fallen’s ascendancy hall
So what do you say, Twit be one to join your quest in judiciary?
Indeed, yes?... yes it is… will you excuse me a peck and Twit be back in a jiffy”

Premium Member The Enemy Within

THE ENEMY WITHIN

She’s in there arguing with my affirmations.

She's sabotaging my dreams.

She kicks my best decisions in the derriere.

She confuses my left brain, my god brain,

And she encourages the repetitive behavior

That never worked in the past;

She overrules the changes made by my spirit mind.

She never allows the cognition, of sane

Behavior to take the reins. She reassures me that I am fine.

She has redirected my thoughts so that concentration,

And gumption never sees eye, to eye.

Then she exercises and builds up her strength,

As I do nothing.

She loves me and comforts me

Whenever I am lethargic, and she tells me

The best thing to do is nothing.

Whenever I manage to call in the troops of my adrenalin,

She conquers them with fear. She provides the lie that

My one voice is never going to be enough.

and tells me I will never be heard, and that

I will never be the mercenary of change so I relent.

I give in to the enemy within.

The only antidote I know is to tell my friends,

And they who stand with me can chant and pray...

And purge her from my system.

“Will you point the way”-

Will you please help me.?

Help me, to fight injustice,

Help me to restore integrity?

Help me to say no poverty.

Help me to defy authority.

Lend me a hand

As a poet and a friend,

Help to end the rule of this enemy

That dwells within.

I will be stronger if you do.

I am out of wit, only you can replace it.

If I run out of time – Only you can carry on;

If I run out of love, can you give me some?

I am out of ammunition,

And I cannot fight the world alone.

I cannot ask God before asking my kindred beings.

God will ask me why I passed up my fellow man,

To get to him.

My prayer is to be replenished.

What God has started; He will surely finish.

But he needs me to ask you for help as my friends,

To demolish this enemy that dwells within.

When I am stronger you can lean on me again,

Together, we 'll claim the victory,

Over this ill-advised enemy... That lives within me.

April 29 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Ezra 1-4

Key Verse – Ezra 1: Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing…

Lord God, You are my goal Fulfiller toward divine kingdom proclamation
Thank You for Your love that grants me eternal salvation
Which assures genuine conversion
In trusting You with faith’s submission.

Lord God, You are my goal Fulfiller toward fruitful Gospel seed-sowing

In testifying about Your goodness that I have proven.

Lord God, You are my goal Fulfiller toward sure victory conquest of adversary
Thank You for Your power that shows conquest of adversary
Which vanquishes unbelief’s worry and doubt-cased misery
In doing Your will for Your name’s glory.

Lord God, You are my goal Fulfiller toward peaceful and blessed rest
Thank You for Your comfort that warms me within Your caring nest
Which overrules pride, selfishness and dissatisfaction-pest
In prioritizing You with faithfulness’ zeal and zest.

Your Daily Midwives

From Sunday to Sunday,
We work hard like the donkeys in sironko;
Moving to and fro like roadside vendors and hawkers.
Like the holy spirit has descended upon as,
The way it was on pentecost,we move up and down all day.
We go to the laboratory from the ward,
From the theater to the morgue,
To the store from the supervisor's office.
Thinking hard and keeping our brains in check,
We go to work everyday to save the dear lives of mothers and babies.

A blow of sadness hits our faces,
Whenever we lose one of them to death.
Regret fills our hearts for where we were negligent;
And we live never to forget that moment,
When,we relaxed on duty and messed things up.
Sometimes,a feeling of giving up kisses our lips;
And soon,when we are yet to verbalize it,
That we have given up and cannot try anymore,
Or that we are tired and clients should leave us alone, give us a break;
Sense overrules, and we return to our ethical boundaries.
We work,work,work;- like Rihanna sings.
We work and work and work till the work itself is tired of us;
But still,we work to save their lives; mother's and babies.

Pushing and screaming; crying and fighting,
Quarrelling and abusing us;
We urge her to breathe in,and breathe out;
To relax and calm down,and think not about anything other than her baby;
Whom,she has carried for nine months,
Persevering through the sleepless nights and pregnancy complications
Just to see her child become someone who will breathe and live on its own.
On the other hand,we desist from the temptation to slap her;
She can mean to be disappointing sometimes; you know??
A smile tickles our lips,and our teeth,we hide no more.
Sweat runs down our faces,but we forget to wipe it away, overwhelmed with joy!
The crying of the baby,is the joyful laughter of the mother.
It is the peaceful relief of the midwife.
Allover the world,that is what we do. That's our daily routine.

Not For Personal Gain Or Glory

Like the Vikings who left us this word – ‘berserk’
some of us may have shown it through human reaction,
where we go berserk against disproportionate behaviors
such anger or infuriation that defines the immediate actions.

It’s still very human to act in this way with sudden eruption,
when inner anger overrules and makes us manifest towards others;
a strong element that fuels harsh words and outrage within,
oh, what a state of mind! so capable to influence us in many ways.

But Jesus Christ’s experience when confronted with torture,
suffering, crucifixion and eventually death in his heroic way;
his courage and humility which are worth mentioning here.
truly, a sublime reaction against those pains and persecutions.

He becomes human who copes with greater risks and pains,
identified not as a historical Jesus of natural stoicism;
with his real grasp of what his destiny may entail along the process,
his only response – to embrace the cross which means so much for us.
On Good Friday reminds us of his passion and crucifixion,
being betrayed, denied and left alone in humiliation;
in darkness and dread, in sorrow and bereavement,
he remains true to his mission and love for all the people.

His lonely agony in the garden of Gethsemane,
touches us so profoundly as he awaits for his destiny;
here is his obedience to the Father whom he prays to,
one with him, distinct in person, one in the Trinity.

Courage or bravery is worth remembering here,
it’s born out of a vision that comprises his self-giving;
that knows no fear but is moved with deep reflection,
all for otherness, all for humanity, all because of his love for people.

In today’s world where we’re constantly tempted with selfishness,
self-centeredness or obsession for power, money and prestige;
Christ’s journey with his disciples makes us reflect what it means,
to be a disciple is to be willing to sacrifice for the sake of others.

On First Looking Into Pirsig's Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

To Eamon

I followed you down that long straight road
Stretched through plain under sky
You with your boy and your bicycle
Me, with Despair in my stare and my sigh.
And we came to the Dante-esque crossroads
And watched as ghosts in machines drove by.

I had seen, of course, this show before
But not with you by my side
And the loneliness was lessened
With two caught on life’s cold neap tide.
Two sheep in the false wolf’s clothing
Of an alienating pride.

Trekking miles of running blacktop
Not knowing if to or from
Just keeping present with the moments
Of time coming and time gone.
And the twisted things that the intellect
Poured its poisoned moonlight on.

We stopped at a dusty layby
High and bare upon a bluff
And I felt suddenly false and foolish
Caught up in your family stuff.
Like a dog around a carcass
Who cannot eat enough.

Oh blindly I adored you
Your machinelike cold control
As you calmly dissected other lives
In a way that showed no soul.
And I thus refused what God had dropped
In my Buddhist begging bowl.

When we chilled out at the ranchhouse
I simply couldn’t see
That intellectualising
Was not where we needed to be.
That we cut ourselves with the scalpel
That was meant to set us free.

We were miles from that messy pump the heart
That overrules the head
When talk comes dark and throaty
Or gesture rules instead.
And the soft look of submission
Says the things that can’t be said.

O it’s hard to track the wolf man
Who hates being spied upon
And who when he sees it’s over
Thinks it’s easy to move on.
For the present’s lean and hungry
And the road leads from Babylon.

Yes it’s hard to see the wolfman
Ever watchful for the spy
Tho’ sometimes you will catch him
Under the fitful moonlit sky
On a road forever straightened
In his wide and suffering eye.

Depression 3:44

Depression overrules my mental during the most blindsided times
Smile on social media but I’m crying inside
Work hard everyday but I really miss Crime
When I was a dealer everyone was around
No more jumping around making music
 I felt like a clown
I don’t know my true purpose in life
For that reason I’m depressed now

You can never notice my trauma in Public
I feel conscious for nothing
You don’t know I’m intoxicated
Please tell me you love me
I love hard
Especially to the people that’s untrustworthy
For that reason I’m depressed now

Adopted as a child with 4 different family trees
 But who favorite cousin am I If no one checks on me
Does my intellectual vernacular make me not welcome in the streets
I could’ve killed people as well but I had work to do
The most beautiful women replace the role of my deceased mother
Mainly because I just need a hug
The thugs clown me because I hang with Caucasian’s at the pub
I would like to cry in the tub but I have a shower
So for hours I’m drenched like a dog
Just a powerless coward
For that reason I’m depressed now

I hate having scoliosis I can’t hide it
Sometimes it blocks my focus
I took control of my insecurities by becoming a narcissistic womanizer
It shouldn’t be surprising
Beautiful women are my cover up
Do I want a wife or just someone to cuddle up
Show you in public but I need so much more
I need someone who likes picnics and double stacked s’mores
I’m attached to people who really isn’t down
For that reason I’m depressed now

I had nothing and people became satisfied with it
I made rash decisions in order to make my grind sufficient
Why did everyone leave me when I didn’t have a penny
Get rich or die trying the motto of 50
For that reason I’m depressed now

Unique Love

Unique Love
By Rick Rucker

I have found a Love, so intense,
That it overrules my common sense,

I don’t mean that it is bad,
Just more incredible than I have ever had,

At first, I thought that it couldn’t be,
Certainly not to me!

When we met, she had this European charm,
I wanted her always on my arm,

She has a Netherlands accent,
I knew that she was Heaven sent,

I guess I didn’t blow our date too badly,
Although all I could think was “I want to kiss Her madly,”

We have been out many times since,
Thinking back, our first date makes me wince,

We now get together at every chance,
To further nourish our Romance,

Conditions cause us to live apart,
But She is ever in my Heart,

I have asked her for her hand,
To wear each other’s band,

She has said that she will,
If she only knew what a thrill,

She has given to me,
How proud that I will ever be,

Just to be able to stand,
Next to Her, and hold her hand,

As the preacher asks us to recite our vows,
Our Love, each of us will espouse,

Even thinking of it now,
I am furrowing my brow,

To think that I could really get,
The most thrilling woman that I’ve ever met,

Could it really come to pass,
That I’ve won this comely lass?

That I have grabbed the Ring of Gold,
That we will forever hold,

Each other in our Heart,
And from whom we will never part,

To be in Love like this is madness,
Deliriously happy, with no sadness,

It shouldn’t be able to be,
Certainly not to me,

I must have said my prayers just right,
Some dark and lonely night,

To receive such a wonderful surprise,
The One standing right before my eyes,

The One sent from High Above,
The One that is my Unique Love!

For the One I Know

For the One I Know

In the ray of the rising sky
Will I raise my voice to the Most High
To glorify His Gracious name
The one that is never the same
With anything or bear by lords or gods.
On kneel will I affirm that no gods
Like Him. He is pure, He is One
And will remain Holy One in town.
His mercy cut across Whole clan
He mold. His Glorious vein... and His 'can'
Makes Him the Ever-living Superior
Being. While all remain inferior
Of everything a nation or society
Can claim. He maintains unequivocal entity
In history, as far as minds know
And as far as ancestors flow;
No Wisdom will... or surpassed His
“Being” and “Being Not”, which is of His
Understanding, the why- no one overrules Him.
Signs… and knowledge is Him,
That no mission and vision mask His bowls:
The why His “Be” and “Be not” is beyond owls.

At the climax of the caressing heavens
Will I not retreat to bow, and will bring on His evens
To the navel, the sea, the fountain, the soil…
And by His Grace will I cease not but toil
And eat joyfully from my earnings;
To equally appreciate my bearings,
And confer respect and honor -the glue-
To whom, He stressed and concurred, is due…
For God, and only Him will I not stop being loyal…
And will I not complain… with little or no royal.

I pray at the verge of collapse:
An alternating moment of taps,
Should I not, get tired of exalting His names.
For He’s Ever-worthy of His names;
Deserving is He to be glorified -the loving good God;
And Worthy is He to me -the Almighty God.

Note:
Will I not: I will not
Should I not: I should not
