The Taking of a Hero's Wife, Part Iii

...He gave a curt nod, then with his partner,
got in his car and drove out of there,
Owen sighed, then nearly leapt from his skin,
seeing Laura standing on her front stairs.

She wore just a housecoat and a soft smile,
and looked at him with eyes he’d never seen,
she said,”I can’t say that I expected that,
not from you, and not for little old me.

“I think that you could use your own break,
after all the brave things that you said,
go in and lie down, I’ll be there shortly,
I believe you know the way to the bed?

He found himself frozen, taking it in,
what she meant, the sweet look on her face,
then Laura said,”Maybe brunch tomorrow?
I want to show you this fabulous place...”

Owen never worried about the rumors again,
they didn’t matter much after that night,
what had been dumb lust became something more
when he laid down with his future wife…

You

It was you
From the first day of sixth grade
When I was scared and awkward and pimplily

It was you
The next two years
Through braces and glasses and first my first period

It was you
Freshman year when you stole all the girls hearts
But sometimes I wondered if you'd rather give yours to me instead

It was you
The rest of high school when we only grew closer
But I finally blossomed and was a heartbreaker too

It was you
After graduation when when be both questioned it out loud
Even after you shattered my heart because you couldn't follow through

It's still you now
With your stupid flirty jokes
With the pain I burry deep down behind smiling eyes

It’s still you now
As your new girl friends keep coming
And my old boyfriends keep going

It’s still you now
While I scream internally every second I’m with you
And the way I crave your touch far beyond a goodbye hug

It's always you
In between all the heart breaks
After one to many drinks when you lean in a little too close

It’s just you
And I can't let that go no matter how hard I try
And I don’t want to

Because it’s you

Lover, Lady, Freind

can't say that
it was never asked
I don't know the answer
 don't bother yourself to ask
all I know is I love you
each day a refreshing new start
we're coupled up together
Baby you know you have my heart
love ya
love ya
I know you know
I love you
something you and I came up
with together
we knew it from the start
we knew it first
in the beginning
my lover
my lady
my friend

From The Auther……..
(snap our fingers to the music
let your soul find the beat
get down right into it
let the music guide your feet
Aint nothing to it but to do it
we can dance all night long
swag, and swag
together
act lie you back aint
got no bone!)

WOW Do I Love Thee
(with apologies to EBB)

Steady girl, let us dare not partake
of a sunsets blushing kiss unfelt
the winds of change cruel fate has dealt
the length, width, and breadth of loving’s ache.
For, I too, love thee, as coated seeds
worship the warming of summer’s blush,
rejoice in memory of your touch,
lust in the dreaminess of your needs.
Let our love sanctify past passion
elevate the joy of childhood glee
by nurturing this love we fashion
cause lost saints to smile at what they see.
Lover’s in a fire glowing ashen,
death a distant vessel on God’s sea.

The Evolution of Love

The Evolution of Love
by Michael R. Burch

Love among the infinitesimal
flotillas of amoebas is a dance
of transient appendages, wild sails
that gather in warm brine and then express
one headstream as two small, divergent wakes.

Minuscule voyage, love! Upon false feet,
the pseudopods of uprightness, we creep
toward self-immolation: two nee one.

We cannot photosynthesize the sun,
and so we love in darkness, till we come
at last to understand: man’s spineless heart
is alien to any land. We part
to single cells; we rise on buoyant tears,
amoeba-light, to breathe new atmospheres ...
and still we sink.
The night is full of stars
we cannot grasp, though all the World is ours.

Have we such cells within us, bent on love
to ever-changingness, so that to part
is not to be the same, or even one?
Is love our evolution, or a scream
against the thought of separateness: a cry

of strangled recognition? Love, or die,
or love and die a little. Hopeful death!
Come scale these cliffs, lie changing, share this breath.

Show Me

A bright light engulfs the room
and suddenly disappears
ushering a blazing essence
that abruptly evolves in the atmosphere,
buttons unlatched
zippers break loose
shirts collapses over skirts
flesh dancing in flesh
flesh devouring flesh
and impatient breath
whispering soft words in her ears.
Electrified
mesmerized
enraptured
emotions bathing in emotion
exotic moment intoxicated with fear.
listen carefully and tell me what you hear?
sounds thundering beyond steep mountains
doors hammering speechless voices
debris flying high in the air,
but they lie there firing on without fear.
Lights grow dim
and a mysterious sound chime in.
Pum Pum Pum
It must be the voice of an angel
walking up and down his gigantic chest,
kindling a soft fire that rips aimlessly through their ears.
It captivates their emotion
and enflame their burning passion.
dancing and prancing
skipping and dipping
sliding and gliding
they went to the extreme.
Eyes fixed in a steadfast motion
calculating the mysterious sound
chest pressing against chest
chest pounding upon chest
spilling tears of joy all over her face.

His kiss seemed to burn through my heart
Sending chills down my spine,
I was taken apart
With him

I told my dear Granny that I loved him
She smiled and said it’s not love
It’s not what you feel
It is lust

Lust is a killer of friendship and laughter
It brings about pleasure that
Will never be lasting
Only momentary

It binds the heart to its wicked pleasure
Forever disgracing the true treasure
Of a love that will always be there
Fulfilling the heart’s prayer

It forces the spirit to be shaken deeply
Beyond what you might imagine
It leaves painful impressions
That plead bad directions

It is this lust that kills the truth of love
A love that flows like a river
Forever a willing giver
To its true love

Granny was always right in the end
The love I thought I’d found
Was merely a yearning
A desire within

I didn’t make it very long with this man
And it was a lesson to understand
That love alive on the inside
Is far from a simple burning

Passion never trumps real love

Some may imagine Paris in the Spring;
Champagne kisses that heat love's burning flame.
Some say romance dies with a wedding ring.
Oh, but I believe that is such a shame.

Too often it's confused, true love and lust,
as well as what sweet romance truly means.
Two become one, in bone, in blood, in trust,
 commitment, one thing romance supervenes.

 Not only whirlwinds, thunder beating breast;
lusts that burn to ash in tongues of fire.
It's the gentle caress, your lovers breath,
in loving both the rose and the briar.

Romance, is in everyday little things,
from seeds sown through the years that bloom in Spring.

The End of Love Is a Butterfly Destroyed

The end of love is a butterfly destroyed

My lust is in the bottle,
It’s sat there on the shelf.
My lust is too much for you,
So I must be by myself.

I need something amazing, to change my empty life;
I need to find a woman. No; I need to find a wife.
I need something new, to replace the old,
I need someone blue, whose heart is cold.

I need what I know, pain and suffering;
Hurt me and lie you love me and I will give you a ring.
Keep happiness away from me please,
I don’t understand it, I don’t get it;
Please give me back my misery.

Loneliness; a lack of witnesses,
To the fading memory of this boys existence.
Suicide, is on my mind,
From nine to five and through unto nine.

I still wish I had your tender loving care,
But now I realize, that was never really there.
It was a lie you told me, to get what you needed,
So take everything from me; go ahead, be greedy.

I want to shoot you up, before you shoot me down in flames,
I see you with him and I feel my pain.
My rage burns inside me, I hate you so much,
I want to kill you, I can’t stand you, oh my God I’m still in love.

Premium Member Why a Dom Loves a Sub

She did it all, everything that I wanted,
She went everywhere that I went,
She did the things that I loved deep down,
After handing me her consent,

To do what I wanted, whenever I chose,
To do whatever I said,
On the road, in the park, on the seat of the court,
And then out the back in the shed,

And she obeyed all the things I demanded she do,
No matter how strange or absurd,
Like telling a story on the phone at work,
Moaning each delicious small word.

She did it all, every day when I wanted,
She did it with all sorts of objects,
And she did the things that I love deep down,
Wearing nothing but shiny latex.

I love that she did whatever I wanted,
I love she obeyed every day,
I loved being dom and she my small sub,
When she did whatever I’d say.
