LOVE IS IN THE AIR
THE LADY SHALL BE
THE ONE AND ONLY WOMAN
HE DREAMS OF A ROMANTIC EVENING
PRESENTED WITH A DIAMOND
KNEELS ON A BENDED KNEE
FLOWERS ARE GIVEN
HE SAYS "WILL YOU MARRY ME"?
SHE REPLIES OH YES,
HE SMILES WITH JOY
LOVE IS GENUINE
FOREVERMORE.
HE HAS FOUND THE ONE
SWEPT OFF OF HIS FEET
THE ONE FOREVER
THEY BOTH SHALL KEEP.
THE TWO ARE AMAZED
LIVING A BLESSED LIFE
BOTH ARE EACH OTHER BEST OF FRIENDS
A FAMILY NEAR THE FUTURE
A LONGTERM MARRIAGE TO BE
HE WAITED, AND SHE WAITED
NOW, THEY BOTH HOLDS THE LOVE KEY.
THEIR HEARTS ARE FULL WITH JOY
SMILES ARE PRESENTED
A HEALTHY MARRIAGE
UNDERSTANDING AND CARING
SHARING THEIR DREAMS
WITH PASSIONATE AND LOVE.
TIMES HAS PASSED ON
EACH DAY HAS GOTTEN BETTER
FOREVER.
CREATED FOR EACH OTHER.
Meet Laura who loves being post girl
one day on her round she meets a lad
Philip was his name the local gamekeeper
he really fancied Laura, not at all bad
But Laura had quite a few options
other guys, she had in her sight
but love can only be for the one
now how would Laura know what's right
Philip was the important guy in the town
Laura's parents rated him sky high
only Laura had soft spot for Tim
who was just plain guy kinda shy
Laura couldn't work out what she felt
there was feeling inside but for who?
Philip had his good points no doubt
but Tim had real humanness to view
There can only be one real winner
when love is in the air
love knows where the arrow strikes
hearts entwined for layer upon layer
So Laura what are you gonna do?
real dependable honest and kind
that's what you need yes it is
This Is Mine you will find!
(Now If you still don't know who Laura picked think on the capital letters in the last line
This Is Mine!)
It’s snowing beautifully outside
crystals are flying everywhere,
The streets are covered in bright white,
and love is in the air,
Frozen windows tremble
when happy carolers are passing by,
White angels, disguised in snowflakes
are dancing in the sky.
I’m snuggled up, all warm and cozy
by my fireplace, inside,
The sound of burning wood,
a melody so peacefully, so sublime,
I’m reading The Christmas Story,
by the candlelight,
A smiling star waving at me,
whispers good night, good night...
Crumbs of stars from above
sifts blessings over my house and my dreams,
Watching over me at Christmas, The Love
in heavenly splendor gleams.
A few branches of flowers seemed less, so I planted a garden
A simple love message wasn't good enough, so l wrote you a whole story
A few hours of my time wouldn't cut it, so l gave you my eternity
l have the best of cologne and branded clothes just for this moment.
Love is in the air I feel it in the nostrils
But then It hits me....
l have done this ritual many times a number
and yet i cant rid of this insatiable hunger
Let's pause and reflect for a moment
............................
It's funny how my hands have familiarised with the contours of your figure, but i haven't figured you out
I guess we were haste in exploring the depths of our desires, ignoring what the covenant was all about
l ain't letting us "cross when we get there"
Surely, my lack of Gym time won't deter me from "having my chest out"
Better now than later before we become "water under the bridge"
Let's not get lost in the fragrance of flower petals here array
Nor the scents of the red candles on display
Lest we forget that which is going astray
It's time for reincarnation of what we are.
Skipping heartbeats in the air
With the warm sun in your voice
In the cozy tipsy room
The pen is restless
Pink desires of crimson fruits
Have gone to the dense woodland
To drink wine from the moon cup
The box is greedy
Ice on pulsating sweet heat
Flames on slice of valentine
Passionate warmth on your palm
Restless painting brush
A night for crazy casket
A dark time for equine rhythm
Valentine taps on the cheek
It’s time to wake up
We all have lyrical pens
In our pink chest bouncing hues
Rich or poor, flames in impulse
To wake up and sleep
Champagne in the stars of night
Wind calling to cross the line
Tonight is for thine and mine
Valentine freedom

God is love
A beautiful dove
Is flying above
Countless people are scared of love
Love is sacred
Love is not dead
Love is God
Yes, oh! Lord
Love is alive
God is alive
Wherever you are
Don’t be at war
With yourselves
God is not deaf
God is not death
God is not on the shelves
God knows everything
Keep on swinging and glorifying
His Name. God is here
God is looking at you, dear
I dare you to stare at his eyes
Because you are scared
You’re angry for the apple pies
Hate had taken over
God is Power
And your soul is dead
Love is like the sunrays
You need divine goggles or lenses
To glance at the lights. It pays
To be patient. Don’t build fortified fences
Reinforce the bridges instead
Stop being heartless and scared
Love is in the air
God is always there
And don’t despair
Love is sacred
And God is not dead.

MY VOICE OF LOVE
FREE VERSE
I beg of you listen to me
Listen to my voice of love
Don' t be misled, don't be confused
Love will come out of the blue.
When I look at you and wink my eyes
That's the voice of my love
When I smile, read my lips, that’s the voice of my love
When I touch your fingers, that's another voice of my love.
The light gentle wind is the voice of my love
The tweeting and chirping of the birds
is also the voice of my love
The sea breeze is the voice of my love.
The buzzing of the bees sipping the nectar of the flowers
The impression conveyed is the voice of my love.
Every color of the rainbow depicts the voice of my love
The rain that falls, signifies the voice of my love.
Everything that moves around you
portrays the voice of my love
Because my love is in the air
Touching your beautiful face and hair.
I have your feathered back, friend, we are fine.
You have my soul, dear, together we are sublime.
I sing my song with a heartfelt tweet,
Since we met, my life is much more complete.
I have your worm here, and I want to share.
Yes, darling, with you, love is in the air.
I will share my heart, my soul, my nest.
I will grow old with you, that is the true test.
You are the prettiest courting bird I have ever met.
I do not care to ever meet another, my sweetheart pet.
You are mine, and I am yours. Forever and ever.
I am so glad I undertook this worm challenge endeavor.
You have my feathered back, I have your enormous heart.
Let us agree to never too long stay apart.
The Seasons
The changing seasons
—winter, spring, summer, and fall—
I love them all.
Variety is said to be the spice of life,
And I enjoy their arrivals and departures,
Each season unique with its own set of characteristics.
Winter presents a choice between cross-country skiing, slalom,
Or tobogganing down a hill; or snowshoeing in the woods;
Or staying warm inside while reading a good book;
Or going for a leisurely drive around town to see the Christmas lights
And enjoy the festive Yuletide merriment.
Spring brings the warm rains that freshen the Earth
When imaginations are set free after the winter pall,
And to lace up the sneakers after a winter spent in the gym
And go jogging outside to feel the wind in your face.
Come spring, love is in the air, and new life is born.
Sunny summer, breezy and warm, fills the days,
Lending decision-making as to whether to go biking or swimming,
Or to laze on the beach relaxing and suntanning,
Or to go boating or canoeing to fish and explore.
Summer is the season to visit kin and rest from work.
Fall is the harvest, whose abundance I’m thankful for,
When leaves change colour and scatter in the wind,
And walks in the forests are a common thing.
The days grow colder and the nights longer
As winter approaches and autumn ends.
Like a summer day in June
When the flowers start to bloom
Love is in the air
The sweet delight of the morning so bright
You can only think of the happy thoughts with delight
Families enjoy people go out
And you see all the children running all about
And all you can think is summer is finally here
Another day that passes in life and
I wonder to myself what will life be like
What would it be like for a kid like me
When i am just merely 16
Wondering where will I go
What will i be
Do I know what I want
What is really meant for me
I sit in my room looking at the moon
Pondering what will I grow to be
Will I become something or
Will something become of me
Will I ever marry and have a family
As a kid I have seen many things in life
Growing up
From the rich to the poor to the in between
From the happy to the sad to the just satasified
I sit and wonder and worry about what will become of me.
