Don'T Try This At Home, I'M a Professional Lol

A ballade I will now begin
Why do this form I now try
Surely no contest will I win
I can see already I will cry
Rarely am I a sensitive guy
Oh what will I possibly gain
Yet again asking myself why
From this form I’ll REFRAIN

Haha I used a humorous spin
Leaving my ego to again sigh
But soon my rhymes will thin
A rhyming dictionary I do spy
Before rhyming I could say my
Surely the ballade I now stain
I got this down the first lie
From this form I’ll REFRAIN

Lol once again my ego grins
I have a smile from eye to eye
Another twist, and not the end
A near rhyme was my last reply
The form I broke, but won’t buy
For a ballade, I cannot even train
If it meant my life, surely I’d die
From this form I’ll REFRAIN

 A difficult form, I cannot deny
But soon I will hit the exit lane
That ego still smiling feeling sly
From this form I’ll REFRAIN

The lesson here, don't write a ballade in 10 minutes unless you're a professional. A professional clown that is lol. I tried to stay metrically consistent, but I'm American, we don't use metric unless it's convenient, in poetry it's never convenient always forced lol.

Premium Member Bawdy - the Great British Pancake Day Toss Off Lol

Today is Pancake Day and there’s to be a pancake race
folk are on the starting line with a smile upon their face

Ted is ready with his frying pan, he is a fat old josser
but when it comes to pancakes, Ted’s an expert tosser.

The gun goes BANG and off they go, Ted’s busy tossing away
busty Maureen's in the lead, if she wins there’ll be hell to pay!

Ted’s won the race the last five years, he tosses night and day
He’s had the trophy on his shelf and hopes that’s where it’ll stay

Maureen stumbles, her pancake drops and she begins to cry
Ted sneakily stamps on her pancake; he’s such a crafty guy

The finishing line is in sight, there’s just fifty yards to go
Ted frantically tosses his pancake, his wrist is fast not slow

Bill makes a sterling effort and comes at Ted from behind
tossing their pans in unison; Bill's got winning on his in mind

Ted lunges for the white tape, but the race is declared a draw
Bill suggests a ‘toss off’ as there’s never been a draw before

Both men take a breather and get a fresh pancake to toss
if either drops their pancake then it will be to their loss

They both stand on the finish line and flip and toss like mad
neither of them will concede, whoever loses will be quite sad

A crowd gathers, desperate to know who’ll be crowned the winner
suddenly a seagull swoops grabbing Ted’s pancake for its dinner

He starts to shout, he’s quite irate when its declared Bill's won
Ted takes it all to seriously, Bill thought the toss off was such fun!

In England Shrove Tuesday is also known as pancake day and pancake races are held all over the UK.

The Scientific Revolution of Evolution Lol

scientists say men come from apes we think
but the bible tells us there is no link

scientist say i'll stick to theory
but what they dont know is God's true fury

hypothesis, experiment an educated guess
if they just read the bible there wouldnt be all this mess

theory this and theory that
just to prove whats already fact??!!!

most of this is already tracked
just read the bible from front to back

a world wide flood they say??
read Genesis chapter six through eight

evolution and energy
a tenth dimension and relativity

omgee!!!what am i to do
all these fancy words to keep me confused

thermodynamics and radiation
time space continuum and inflation

all these terms and all these phrases
what happen to love and peace and giving praises?

i dont know but it sure is funny
how everything is controlled by money

and if you dont know what im talking about friend
just read 1st timothy chapter six verse ten

they call it diet, they think they're smart
the bible calls it fasting, did they miss that part??

but i guess they're all just full of pride
because they dont have God inside :)

A Poem of Trickery and Fun Lol

Fat or skinny
Short or long
There is no way to go wrong
When their put inside your buns
It becomes a lot of fun
They can squirt stuff from inside
They are moist and sometimes dry
Plumping up when they get hot
They are loved a very lot
You will find women and men
With these in their mouths and then
They will swallow every bit
Of this treats deliciousness
This meaty and tasty treat
Measured in inches and feet
Is enjoyed by one and all
Some are big and others small
This treat that I am speaking of
Is the world famous hot dog
Shame on all your dirty minds
Thinking all my written lines
Were about mens private parts
Laughing I fooled lots and lots

Premium Member Colbert Cancelled lol

O' the poor bitter tedious (TDS) late night host
wasn’t very funny or clever and now he’s toast.
   “Yep, it’s all Trump’s fault
     I got canned in the vault
 and lecturing you all is what I’ll miss the most”.

“Sure my show lost forty million dollars a year
 and had 200 staff and expensive suits to wear”.
     Well, if you like hateful drivel
     you’ll have to watch Kimmel
 but pretty soon that crybaby won’t be there!

“If only I stuck to fun and wit like Lettermen
 or wasn’t so full of sh*t more like Fettermen”.
    But lefty elites know best
    and people like me detest
 but it’s time to make comedy great again!

 The ratings were on life support and the programs
 fodder for dumb sheep and their screaming lambs.
    The same old sh*t and spite
    killed the host of late night
 but ain’t it great to hear the silence of the hams!

                               ~~~~
Well, Colbert - have the lambs stopped screaming?
  You still wake up sometimes, don't you?
You wake up in the dark and hear Trump
      and the screaming of the lambs!
Premium Member Bossy Cow Lol
Daisy was a bossy cow
How she loved to rule the herd
The other cows detested her
Yet they dared not moo a word
Daisy would moo and moo all day
Whilst the other cows chewed the cud
She gave her loud opinions
Whilst the other cows landed the stud
One day Daisy met up with the local bull
He really was a handsome chap
She fluttered her eyelashes for she was on the pull
But her bossy ways were a handicap
The bull mated with all the other cows
Poor Daisy’s nose was put out of joint
He hated her attitude she was very rude
Yet she still tried to argue the point
The louder and louder Daisy mooed
Made the other cows back away
The bull turned on his heels and left the field
And left Daisy alone eating hay
Now Daisy was the farmer’s oldest
And as bossy as the farmers wife
He knew for the sure the old cow was the coldest
Sure they both gave him tons of strife
So when the butcher came to town
To bargain for cheap cows all around
The farmer smiled and sent them both on down
Let the poor butcher figure which old cow to drown!
Premium Member Fourth of July
On a snow covered beach in the middle of Summer
Basking in the gloominess of a dark so much glummer
There lived a cow who the cowboy rode so proudly
As he rode past the horse the farmer was milking loudly
Everywhere he rode, leaves were falling from a blue sky
While the joy of Christmas fell upon the fourth of July
We celebrated the holiday with a hot cup of cocoa
And left gifts around the American flag, a little loco
On a snow covered beach in the middle of July
There came the sound of Silent Night’s sigh
Drifting on the air as dazzling fireworks would deny
Today was the day for even reindeer to belie
It seems the English language
is going out of style.
Instead we use the alphabet
It’s quicker by a mile.
BYOB we’re asked
when RSVeePing to a friend
whose party, FYI, will show
the newest clothing trends.
The EMTs will come to call
if you have a TIA.
For simple aches and pains
take an NSAID right away
The EPA’s the one in charge
of environmental strife.
The NRDC’s the one to call
for protection of wildlife.
The DOJ’s domain is law.
At least it used to be
before the present POTUS.
Now I guess it’s TBD.
If you’ve AC1 or IBS
or BPS or HBP
or tear your ACL
better get to your MD
Lol
I'm learning so much these days
Social mediating my way through this life
Like how to get away with things that I say
Which most times aren't very nice
It's really not that big of a secret
Anyone can join in on the fun
Just throw an LOL! on the end my friend
And you can insult most anyone
For example, you're the worst person in the world LOL!
Simple enough...see what I mean?
As you let the truth fly the wise in their own eyes
Have no idea of what they've just seen
So let's all try this together
Everyone line up single file
Wait! You call that a line?! Are you people out of your minds?!?
Do you all have beans for brains? LOL!
I think you all now get what I'm saying
I think I explained it rather well
Unless your all just a bunch of dim witted Neanderthals
Oh I almost forgot.....LOL!
Premium Member The Bulldog Is Back: Lol
I've been released and free to roam.
You are so wrong, I'm not alone.
I'm glad you read, all that I write.
You mock my work, that's not real bright.
Not very original, your words they lack.
Once again, you're on my back.
Hypocrisy here at it's best.
Your game is weak, you surely jest.
I'm glad I inspire, you finally write.
Once a month, I'm sure gets tight.
Deliver the heckles and send the troll.
You leave a stench as you play your role.
You huff and you puff, trying to blow the house down.
The jokes on you, you're on hallowed ground.
I've been laughing and giggling the live long day.
Stroll back home, that's where you should stay.
