Terminology metamorphosizes,
the chrysalis is forgotten in the butterfly,
likewise, in times so ancient
that a cultural amnesia had
thrown its opaque cloak across
original meaning,
names have become misplaced
upon an ever-shifting scrabble board.
So it is, with demons and imps,
once both were considered to be
the perfect fauna of human character.
My demon is quite a charming sprite,
in Spring it jumps over itself
transforming into a mischievous imp,
it often warbles from a cherub's throat
while genius (that other face of a demon),
sings lustily from every songbird’s gaping mouth,
both recall a time when we all sailed together
above the celestial wavelets
of an angelic womb.
Then there are those supplementary divinities
that guard our various talents
nymphs that slumber within the soul of mankind
until one fresh sunrise
truth awakens them to flight,
then all at once
they change their many names
to - You. and Yours.
One drop of food color
Can change the appearance
Of a cup of water instantly
One word in love
Can change the heart
Of mankind in an instant
One spark of a flame
Can start a Forrest ablaze
One small rudder
Can guide direction of large ship
One bit in the mouth of an horse
Can control this large animals direction
One small tongue of mankind
Tells where the soul is seeking
Only to be tamed by the spirit
One drop of blood
Shook the earth
Birthing a way to escape death
In all the labor pains
That this world endures
Giving reason for heaven to rejoice
In bringing the kingdom
Unto the hearts of mankind
One drop of the spirit
Can begin to create a new living being
Gathering unto One flock
Being called together by One Shepard
Unto the One almighty heavenly Father
When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and sea creatures are being tamed and have been tamed by mankind, but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.

Midst unconscious bias along fulfillment height
Against scarcity feelings of carnality’s pest
Brought by low self-esteem, attacking virtuous best
I claim triumph of spirituality-delight.
Praise-propelled as recipient of God’s precious grace*
I'm gripped with serene eternal salvation’s bliss
Though egoistic opinions show mocking hiss
My heart is grateful for blessings through all the days.
Unconscious bias makes me admit what I need
It’s to share with others love that makes them complete
Midst kindness and care, selflessness can’t deplete
Vanquishing vain jealousy, likewise grievous greed.
Truth freely reinforces reality-seal
Against flaws of bias, though unconsciously done
Always earnest while honesty is surely won
Living gladly with others in reaching-out zeal.

Wise people know that they know nothing.
Erudite people doubt that they know many things.
Ignorant people are certain that they know everything.
Now,
The first category of people refuses to rule, and
The second is reluctant to do so,
It remains to the third category to govern the world,
Therefore
Do not wonder, my friend, why humanity in such a mess
We find!

When Jacob fled from Laban’s house,
He went with everything he had.
With Laban off and shearing sheep,
He set his face towards Gilead.
It was while Laban was away
That Rachel did a thing most odd:
While packing for escape that day,
she pilfered Laban’s household gods.
When Laban found out they had left,
He mounted chase in swift pursuit,
O’ertook them, leveled charge of theft,
Demanded swift return of loot.
But Jacob raised protest, denied,
Invited him to search the tent.
Whoever stole would surely die.
(Not knowing Rachel’s ill intent)
So Laban searches, he finds naught
The idol hid between her legs.
“I cannot rise,” remains uncaught.
“The way of women,” how she begs.
At this, I thought, a question begs,
For Rachel felt a sense of shame,
An idol hid between her legs,
But do we likewise feel the same?
The idol ‘twixt the legs now, sex,
We glorify and lift on high.
We, full immune to shame’s effects,
No longer blush, see naught awry.
We flaunt it in the public square
For all to see, on full display
These things just better left unshared,
That shouldn’t see the light of day.
What lesson do we draw from this?
Perhaps it’s simply to remind
That, holding on, we are remiss;
Our idols, best, when left behind.

"In all fairness, all votes must be counted." It is in order to guarantee the correct electoral college votes are as accurate as possible. And that each presidential candidate receives the proper number of allotted votes per state. In all fairness, even votes for Senators may need to be recounted. This general rule of thumb especially applies in the battle ground states.
Because we want the correct amount of senators and balance of power allotted. The last time I checked, it was a fifty fifty split between Democrats and Republicans. If Joe Biden does remain our next president, and Kamila Harris becomes his vice president? She will determine the final senatorial vote in the event of a tie vote.
Likewise, if by some miracle or act of God, President Donald Trump serves a second term of office? Vice President Pence would choose the deciding vote. We need to pray the correct candidates are the ones that are ultimately elected. These unalienable facts remains true, even though we personally did not vote for them ourselves. God sets up rulers and removes them from office according to His divine will and plan for mankind.
Even though Democrats lost about five seats and Republicans gained a few seats, it is apparent the Democrats will retain majority over the House. However their margin will become slightly reduced.
This I firmly believe will help provide a necessary check and balance system. Both parties are vital in the preservation of the balance of political power. However, they need a mutual meeting of the minds, whenever possible. In order to serve the American public who voted them into office in the first place.
May the best men and the best women ultimately become elected to the highest political offices in our beloved country. "God bless America land that I love. Stand beside her and guide her..." Happy Veterans Day may we never forget both your service and both your dedications to our country!

SHARING WHAT’S BEEN SHARED
In these warring times,
We can’t be indifferent;
God’s waiting on us:-
Let’s become empathetic:
Seeking guidance from our God:-
Blessed with God’s wisdom,
Courage and serenity,
Let us get to work:-
In labors of love, it’s time
For sowing and reaping peace:-
Let’s no longer be afraid;
Bombing wars can’t match God’s love.
Remember, practicing love is one thing;
But living love becomes another thing.
Practicing war must be brought to an end;
Living in love’s peace must become eternal:-
Remember and be encouraged by the blessed scriptures:
“And let the peace that comes from Christ rule…your hearts.
For as members of one body you are called to live in peace…”
Likewise, in thanksgiving prayer, also be forever inspired
In knowing “God blesses those who…[labor]...for peace,
For they will be called the…[blessed]...children of God.”
Here we have in this 119th Psalm
the psalmist speaks of avoiding sin
so that reality knows obedience fully
when the living word is meditated in
Be careful to avoid every sin filled trap
having reverence for God's holy word
achieves for believers a deep respect
any other view is totally absurd
If our works are not holy
our obedience can never be likewise
so meditate biblically and continually
to root out all sinful lies
So follow Mr Spurgeon's wisdom
avoid sin so to pefectly obey
as verse 101 would teach
and follow your God all the way
I hold back my feet from every evil way, in order to keep your word. Psalm 119
v. 101
Pride is really an awful thing
one's head is filled with nonsense
God is never pleased with this rot
for it makes one's head so dense
God's warning to never look too far
for the future you can never know
it can all change in a moment
in a twinkling of the eye it is so
Boasting is so stupid a thing
it marks the fall of man so clear
since Adam fell in the garden
the price paid is a dull ear
God's warning comes so very often
especially to fear God and all He says
so boastings are to be excluded
not just for a moment but all our days
Solomon has written these Proverbs
God endowed Him with being wise
man has been the beneficiary of that
so learn well likewise to rise
(" Boast not thyself of to-morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.")
Proverbs 27: 1 (KJV)
Anyone Game? The Mini Reeses Cup Mystery
Yes, it surely did boggle our minds!
And at first, only I had seen it...
but I knew to speak out was a must!
Some big trouble he's going to face
if for sure he did eat them all up!
for his sugar would go through the roof!
"Oh dear, NO," he now answers..."sorry,
for I thought, likewise, YOU ate them up!"
All the Reeses cups minis are gone;
and we have no clue where they all went.
So our 'cranium', we have to use...
try to guess who took all of our treats!
Aggravation like this, we don't need.
With our plan of precise perfection,
we search all of the room...then spot it,
finding one Reeses near TV stand...
we quick open the wide, the middle door,
and, ker plunk, one lone cup falls right out...
with some thirty or more stashed inside...
a few munched on or foil slightly pierced!
Such a, keen operation for sure!
He had stuffed them thru large hole behind.
So we scrabble to find a mouse trap!
Took a risk, yet somehow, he was caught.
A Monopoly he had in mind;
and his trivial pursuit....soon grew
to become quite a real major heist!
Try to steal our best candy...taboo!
