Market Rules Us All

The market rules all
We are nothing but products
The rights to us
Have long been sold

Bow down and worship
The all mighty market

Everything we do
Everything we see
Everything we are
Nothing but our personal brand

Nothing human left over
Nothing authentic left over

Nothing but lies
Fake news
nonsense

The world does not care one whit
About you and me
As people

It is all about the profits that can be made
By exploiting our labor

And once we are used up
We become a liability
And a burden

If you have not made it to the top
By age 55
You are a loser
And should be retired
Forced to live out your life
On your miserable pension

As you wait to die
No longer useful
To the Masters of the Universe

And true love
Nothing but an illusion

It is all about the sex, baby
And how getting your baby
Ahead at all costs

Who cares about love
It is all nothing
But a second-hand emotion
As the song puts it

Love is nothing but a sexual commodity
And we are all nothing but interchangeable
Commodities in the marriage and love market

And ***** values rule the bedroom
As we are nothing more than used body parts

Who cares about friendship
It is all about how they can use you
And you can use them
To get ahead

True Love and genuine connections
Cannot survive
In this toxic soup
Of the modern materialist world

God and spirituality
Nothing but a scam
As our so call Christian Leaders

Proclaim their love for you
All they love is your donations
And they too are part of the market

Jesus if he ever comes back
Will no doubt
Be used to sell more goods

As the right to Jesus
Has also been sold

Premium Member Time

Time, the great equalizer, yet mastered by none;
Deadline’s enemy, said to fly when linked with fun.
An endless river flowing toward the future;
Excites planners anticipating adventure.

If time was the medium to settle the score,
Would it make people pause and reflect a bit more;
And gauge success by serving a higher purpose;
Not by the rat-race, keep-up, cash-chasing circus?

Asset? Liability? Depends on one’s use;
To daydreamers, it can be a life-wasting muse.
Valuable to those who save early in life;
But wait too long, and it engenders later strife.

A claimed healer of wounds, helping many forget;
Prior mistakes, harms, other sources of regret.
Time moves steadily forward, present becomes past;
Outpacing people, places, things that do not last.

Currency As Evidence
In that allowance of finance exist it is not done so that a business of borrowing can permit one to subvert the process of owning a business.

Example 1 grants are issued for research not profit or finance.

Example 2 liability can never free oneself
That is to say calculation of entrance is also speculation in addition to conducted crime by intent

Misnomer example
A budget in legislation is for staff salary in government.
Not for extension further.
This would send, will and does create the oversight to negate oversight.

Codified Allowance of Entry
Several city councilmembers are urging Mayor Eric Adams' administration to finally implement a nearly 2-year-old law requiring the city’s housing agency to inspect vacant apartments after neighbors complain of rats, leaks, open windows and other hazards.

The Council passed the measure in December 2023. It allows residents to make 311 complaints that trigger inspections of empty units in their buildings, including apartments being deliberately held off the market — a tactic known as “warehousing.” Councilmembers negotiated with the city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development to begin enforcement at the start of this year.

I Am But a Grain of Sand

"Happiness and sorrow ebb and flow like waves upon a beach,
and I am but a grain of sand."
                                        by poet

I think of myself as nothing more than a sunflower
who, at the hint of first light, turns to face due East
Respectful of dawn, through God's glorious power,
morning stirs my spiritual need, and upon it I feast.

It's not a shortcoming to be generous and humble,
nor a weakness in my character, a burden to bear.
I'm never too proud to ask for help when I stumble
for if I humbly ask for His hand, it will be there.

Defiantly, pride seems to take control before a fall
Arrogance is a foolish trait that becomes a liability
ending in dishonor when the foolhardy hit a wall.
Humility can be a saving grace; but not a disability.

I am just a tiny grain of sand, washed upon a beach,
a speck of dust on Earth, the size of a mustard seed.
I believe by being modest, happiness is in my reach
Content with what little I have, not tempted by greed.

Integrity is an admirable quality in an altruistic mind
Benevolence and compassion are gifts to be lauded
By living an unassuming life, my worth will be defined
without need to be rewarded, praised, or applauded.

A nation of millions, converted to the round table of a charmed circle
ruthlessness, propelling dictatorship in absolute efficacy
just an innocent blink is deserving of a cruel sentence
he escapes out of the republic, which is now a family directorate
the scars are the consequences of his choice of religion
blood stains his epidermis, ascribed on it, his tribe
the need to be free from a society where humanity is obsolete
cannot be debunked from the groans of his persecution
a writer, a poet and a doctor with cracking skills
his value distances liability for his new home to dance
a great one to be who you are without any high impact slam
his family, escapes with him from brutality’s enforcer
allegiance cannot be frugal, patriotism has changed its uniform
teleporting from death’s training ground, run with no air
he settles for a better one to enjoy life which comes only but once.

The Town of Can'T

This town is filled with reasons, reasons why you can’t.
You’re in contempt to protest; so you better save your rant.
If you are creative, your art must be approved,
If it’s deemed offensive, it will be removed.
You can’t have too much fun, it’s a liability,
All enjoyment must be ordained by your municipality.
You can’t start a business until you pay the fees,
Proceed to the cashier, have your money ready please
You can’t hammer a nail; you must be up to code
Enforcement will come knocking, for improving your abode
You can’t do it yourself; you must be licensed by the state
Any change you want to make, they will regulate.
You can’t have a party; it might get out of hand,
Only sanctioned celebrations, strip-searched for contraband.
Each of your essential needs, all require cash,
Our humanity is hidden, beneath a red circle and a slash.
It’s a waste of time to hang around and stick it to the man,
I’m leaving this local of “can’t” for a place that says I can.

SPECIAL KIND OF WOMAN

She's very determined
Not desperate
She's not a gold digger
Whatever she owns
She works very hard for
She have a lot of integrity
She always standout in the society.

Whatever love she gets
She never misuse or abuse
She's grateful
So she doesn't become disgraceful
Because she knows the game
Steadily living life according
To her pace not societal race.

She knows what she needs
That's why she never settles
For societal wants
Because every deeds
Comes with a ripple effect
She's very independent
Not a liability
She's always available for productivity.
Where can I find this special kind of woman!?

Fireflies At Bedtime

In the supine chambers of my mind:
Thoughts of different hues spring up unsought
They crisscross like fireflies in the dark
Dancing virtually 3D all night

Love isn’t always reciprocal
In several cases; many will vouch.
One way traffic, is true in love too.
Romance and marriage being exceptional ties

Are stereotypes and status quo a boredom?
How does one retain self respect and dignity?
Is getting old akin to walking up hill
Does pursuit of virtues lead to spirituality?

The Generation gap is absolute
Senior citizens get branded folks
Age ushers feelings of isolation
Is ‘time to quit’ the next foreboding?

Does seniority start at Sixty?
Or in Seventies, Eighties, Nineties?
What about one hundred and plus?
Is a senior human an asset or a liability?

Spouse alone is synonymous with trust
For guaranteed love and care
For emotional and physical relief
Tending siblings rank the best

Is keeping one to oneself not right?
Prayers offer solutions to a roller coaster
life
Joint family promises solace
Yet freedom in old age makes little sense

Are old friends the choice to confide
the troubling thoughts?
Is it the close acquaintance or
childhood stamp?
Do love, romance, relationship leave
a soft touch?
Are passions just avenues for escape ?

What about the thoughts that bombard?
Gratitude forgotten and guilt unpardonable
Victories cherished and challenges pocketed
Defeats shunned and
despondency sunk

How about happiness on achievements
Missed opportunities weighing heavy
Hopes brimming and despair haunting
Victories inspiring and failures devastating

What about lingering memories of
good and bad?
Causing ripples in the pools of mind
Betrayal, ingratitude and sorrow,
Love, friendship and separation.

The night is always dark and silent
Many times sleep is far and evasive
Yet the eyelids close for rest
When the fireflies stop to fly!

April 12 Heart for God Bible Meditations Based on 1Kings 1-2

Key Verse – 1Kings 1:48 And also thus said the king, Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, which hath given one to sit on my throne this day, mine eyes even seeing it.

HEART THAT PRAISES GOD WHO IS BLESSED

Our heart praises God Who is blessed, attending to our beseeching
Which we ask with full soul-searching
Indeed, believing His gracious reaching
For He loves us beyond grace-entrenching.

Our heart praises God Who is blessed, listening to our confession
Which we utter with sincere devotion against confusion
Indeed, desiring His forgiveness of great compassion
For He pardons us beyond our sin and transgression.

Our heart praises God Who is blessed, considering our repentance
Which we say with humble stance
Indeed, begging for His sanctifying assistance
For He regards us beyond arrogance-resistance.

Our heart praises God Who is blessed, hearing our cry for mercy
Which we declare with passionate fervency
Indeed, imploring for His gracious clemency
For He leads us beyond progress-liability.

Our heart praises God Who is blessed, seeking our prayer of revival
Which we yearn with spiritual upheaval
Indeed, relying on His faithful provision-arrival
For He blesses us beyond existence-survival.

Our heart praises God Who is blessed, searching our motive
Which we present to Him, humbly assertive
Indeed, acknowledging His Scriptural directive
For He teaches us beyond arrogance that is defective.

Our heart praises God Who is blessed, supplying our need
Which we entrust to Him with our supplication-creed
Indeed, surrendering to His authority as He does lead
For He directs us well, beyond confusion-breed.

IT BAFFLES ME

It baffles me...
When you lose your warships
And life puts you in situationships
The mind gets disabled
Leaving you in disorder
Uttering your ability
Turning you into liability
Even when you're without disability
You start depending on others to survive.

It baffles me...
If you choose the matter over mind
Your thoughts and emotions begin to fail you
You'll start questioning or doubting yourself
Forgetting your potentials
You start loosing everything
Your confidence and people
Until you pick your spirit up, which is the mind.

It baffles me...
When you stumble, crumble or fumble
It becomes a trouble
Steadily disrupting your peace of mind
Causing mental bondages
When things don't workout for you
Because you know you're doing your best
Even when you try to find rest
Life steadily throwing you test
Never relent or regret, for it's part of the journey.
