The Excruciating Crucifixion

He was the Lamb that had to be slaughtered
during the Passover and without Calvary, there wouldn't have been any salvation;
nothing would have forgiven our unpardonable sin!
Christ, as Isaiah prophesied, came when Jerusalem
was in dire need of a king who promised freedom!
The Romans were the conquerors with that mighty sword,
but only the defiant Barabbas waged war against Caesar with many a rebellion!

Many say that we shouldn't venerate the cross which Jesus died upon,
but without the presence of that cross, we couldn't have been saved;
Jesus' blood gushed from it, to stain the rocks below, and wash all inequities away...
and the weeping and wailing of His mother Mary deepened when Christ expired,
as the earthquake jolted Jerusalem's streets and Temple,
to even make the envious and skeptical Priests tremble,
the radiant sun became invisible as darkness covered all;
and was it a coincidence or the undeniable fact that God Himself showed us His mercy?

We haven't carried the heavy wooden cross through Jerusalem and being whipped,
and laughed at; and we haven't seen those women cry for the Christ whom they heard speak;
and we haven't felt the agony of the most atrocious hour that He endured for us all!
An impostor wouldn't have suffered and died to become the Redeemer they awaited,
a liar wouldn't have glorified His Father and preached a Gospel that offered much hope;
History was changed at Golgotha, and human kindness nurturing divine love triumphed!
Lord Jesus, many heard you speak on the Mountain and beheld what we could not!
Lord Jesus, Andrew and John stood by you and comforted Your Mother with their tears!

As you promised the good thief...Lord, remember us, too when we testify in Your favor
or die for Your sake! Paradise awaits us, and all who believe in goodness, not evil;
the excruciating crucifixion was predestined, not being staged by Man who hated love,
it had to happen in order for Humanity to reconcile with their forsaken God of Israel!
We can never be worthy for Your sacrifice, unless we become the messengers of true faith...
to uphold truth and dignify love as you often did in words and deeds!
If we forget Your passion, nothing can magnify the purpose of Your death;
and without a shepherd, this flock will aimlessly roam among rocks and weeds!

In remembrance of a time
Myself, unknowingly was formless and empty
Darkness blocking out the light
Consumed of worldly chaos.
Then one day the light was revealed
Now being able to look back in my life seeing God
Was hovering around until that day
Revealing the darkness that holds one captive
In Christ promised spirit to set one ablaze
To destroy the land one has created on their own
Are received from mankinds deceitful planting
In seeing this world in a whole
Is everything going against God
As always, only to be revealed through
The quickening and manifesting of removing darkness
Not of own works but through the light
Seeing there is this battle within
But light shines out the darkness
That Christ might be the rising light into day
Harvesting in the morning glory of His work
Consumed of His newfound and inexpressible
Joy, peace, and love for all.
May , God bless, comfort, guide and fill you
With His peace, love, spirit and joy in abundance.
That one might be separated
From, night unto a newfound day
Old self unto New living being

Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.
Genesis 1:2?-?5 NIV

The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned. You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as warriors rejoice when dividing the plunder.
Isaiah 9:2?-?3 NIV

The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.
Isaiah 60:19 NIV

Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are healthy, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are unhealthy, your body also is full of darkness. See to it, then, that the light within you is not darkness. Therefore, if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be just as full of light as when a lamp shines its light on you.”
Luke 11:34?-?36 NIV

Premium Member The Lord Be Thanked For Our Revival

The Lord be thanked for our revival* by His compassion of loving kindness
Indeed forgiving our confessed iniquities as well as our sinfulness
Since He sanctifies us to walk along paths of righteousness
And guards us from human nature’s tempting weakness.

The Lord ensures our revival for us to stay strong in His triumphant might
Indeed smiting our vain arrogance to yield to His sovereignty’s height
Since He reproves our disobedience so we strive to do what’s right
And upholds us in walking by faith along His light.

The Lord listens to our pleas for revival, making us truly Spirit-filled
Indeed hearing our supplications that causes us to be soul-stilled
Since He deals with us, correcting our being self-willed
And teaches us to submit to Him, blessedly-thrilled.

The Lord grants revival toward zealous kingdom advancement
Indeed working in our spirituality by His empowerment
Since He saved us from hell’s grievous endangerment
And granted us life eternal with grace-endowment.

The Lord enables our revival toward sharing Gospel story
Indeed reminding us to love whom He loves for His great glory
Since He leads us through His Word toward sure victory
And moves us to abide in His will’s perfect territory.

The Lord propels our revival to fulfill the Great Commission without delay
Indeed helping us bring the lost to the Saviour - the truth, life, and way
Since He wants us to become enthusiastic soulwinners as we do pray
And keeps us involved in church ministries while in His will we stay.

The Lord sustains our revival-joy by His constant admonition and instruction
Indeed perfecting us toward Christlikeness along character-transformation
Since He delights in our glad worship midst faithful stewardship-function
And cheers us in our good works’ perseverance for His exaltation.

*Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

God's Unlimited Mercy

God will place burdens upon our conscious minds
He will remind us of His mercy and love known as God's Kind
He will send a message to you to show you your purpose in life
He will allow circumstances to occur to show you the power that is Jesus Christ

When Isaiah had gone to the temple to pray and become clean
and despite being the King's advisor, he was driven by a force unseen
Isaiah was a righteous man, but he had an arrogant way
yet he became fearful when the King became sick one day
Isaiah was concerned only about losing his personal prosperity
uncertain of his position of power and his role of superiority

When moving towards God's destiny for you,
don't rely on your money or who you think you know
It's not about kissing up or sucking up
nor a quick scheme on the down low
comprehend to that what you need is the merciful hand of God
to cleanse, purify and remove the sin that dwells within your heart

Why do you think God grants mercy?
Why does He give this gift?
What have you done to deserve His mercy?
What in your nature has shifted?
God only requires that you come to Him with an open mind
and a willingness to become transformed and sinless for all time
His mercy is unlimited, It's not judgmental nor condemning
and as for the children of God, to them He is most forgiving

When God cleaned Isaiah, He showed unlimited mercy and grace
When He purified Isiah's heart, His forgiving nature became perfect in place
Isiaih came see that his destiny was to be a prophet for Christ
He vowed to serve Him as such for the rest of his natural life
To no longer live in rebelliousness, freed from sinful traits
purified and cleansed of sin by God's unlimited mercy and grace

When you come to God repent and a new chapter will begin
His unlimited grace and mercy will embrace you all over again
let God change your perspective on life and alter your reality
let God purify your heart and mind with a positive mentality

Isaiah saw the power of God that day with his own eyes
he felt the love and glory of God infold him and it was a surprise
it was a vision sent to him and the message to be believed
transformed by the Holy Spirit and unlimited mercy he received
in the presence of perfect purity that God wanted him to see
a master's makeover with God's unlimited mercy

Sophia's Lament in Isaiah

In the highest peak of my heavenly life
I wanted to flow down
Through the gates of my grave without any strife
The place where I now drown
I’ll never feel the warmth of the life-giving
Even the living sun
Who dwells in the Pleroma of the living
I’ll never see that son
The Adamas of Light born from Daveithia
Who dwells in heaven’s world
I’m not worthy of the name Sophia
For my soul has been whirled
Out of my high position like shepherds’ tents
I have rolled up my life
As a weaver, and my grey soul now laments
By my own hand-made knife
That has now cut my silver string from the loom
From day, now in this night
You bring upon my soul the blistering doom
Like a lion of might
You have broken my bones just as I calmed down
I moan like a grey dove
My soul crumbles as I look skywards to home 11
O living sun of love
I am trapped by death, be my shield in this tomb 11
What words can my soul say
He himself has dragged me here because of sin
I will walk in the Way
With each step taking a year as I still spin
Wait! A light blinds my eyes
This path is where all my children will find life
Through him who heard my cries
Now my soul finds sunlight, who had not one strife
Who did not come to kill
I now know my fall was not his misdoing
Instead it was my will
All things that has occurred was by my doing
For I could not say still
That fearsome lion who shattered all my bones
Was my aborted child
You have resurrected my body from stones
Though I was once exiled
Your love has made an exodus from my death
From the dark, endless void
For you have burned away my black chains of sin
Through love none can avoid
The grave and death himself cannot praise your love
But those who lust for void
Cannot find your love, for they refuse hope’s dove 11
Their lusts will be destroyed
Only the living ones, the children of light
Can gives thanks like myself
Mothers and fathers will tell children at night
Of the tale of themselves
How they fell from me, and your faithfulness now
How the sun will save them
My bright children shall sing with brass throats and bow
Shining as morning’s gem
With their tongues made of harp strings, bowing the knee
Seeing the Pleroma
They will dwell in heavenly eternity

Premium Member Tears I Give To the Lord

  "Help me ... to strive, to seek, to find and not to yield"
                                  Quote by - Tennyson

My tears could fill the ocean blue,
because my heart is forever shattered;
your deaths have my soul bleeding,
and my spirit is broken, broken;
Lord, give me strength for today !

Mom, when you died I just withdrew,
I was empty of emotion and done;
and I would not listen to people,
all help and questions I ignored;
Lord, give me courage for today !

When I said farewell and adieu,
to Daddy-  gone was my anchor and rock;
it was so sudden that I was lost;
oh, I will always recall the exact time;
Lord, help me to surrender my pain !

Grandma left me with the morn' dew,
she had taken this child in her arms to mend;
and had been my inspiration to write,
the reason poetic words are now my life;
Lord, help me accept all this grief, sorrow!

I visit and pass a statue,
of a weeping angel at his cold grave;
my love, I know you want me to go on,
but to grieving your death I did and do;
Lord, hold me in your arms when I am afraid !

Again, I was in a church pew,
weeping the loss of my sweet baby boy;
we buried him with a little blue teddy bear,
his death took away what was left of me;
Lord, carry me in your arms when I am weeping !

But, somehow this sad girl got through,
it took courage and strength and lots of tears;
it did not happen fast but took me years,
and I now whisper each day healing prayers;
Lord, I give you all my sorrow so I can let it go !

From- The Book of the Prophet Isaiah,
Verse 43:2 When thou passest through the waters,
I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not
overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou
shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

In the library - for contest

Books are the ever- burning lamps
Of knowledge and wisdom....
It 's  a well-established truth and I
also nod in full agreement...
But let me say this, I am not a nerd
And I am not a book-worm....
Nor do I have a flair for reading much
and all my friends know this too well....
But in these few days what surprised
them was my frequent library visits
My tryst with our town library..
was on a rising note day- by -day
My friends got curious and dubious!
Free-times or weekends my schedule
had changed,
My footsteps take me to the library road ....
All roads for me led to library not Rome!
Friends were not on my agenda as before...
Intolerable, all in a group they did approach
Asked me the reason for my library craze...
I shrugged, I smiled,I winked,
I blushed but didn't disclose....
My visits to library stay continued...
One fine morning greatly dressed I,
left my home as my perfume lingered
My destination, I need not say now
I know you readers have guessed it right!
My steps moved in well-paced rhythm
Hilarious spirits , morning pleasant!
Sun smiled at me and flowers wished!
Into the library i did step in...
And as his glimpse my sight caught
I blushed, I waved, smile creeping in
Bright face, so elegant , so handsome
Waved back and sent me a flying kiss
A research scholar and my new love!
Day in and day out he enjoys with books...
"The origin of species" by Charles Darwin
Rene Descartes and his philosophy of,
Cogito ergo sum !
My experiments with truth by Mahatma Gandhi!
Hereditary principles by Gregor Mendel..
Sociological thoughts of  Max Weber
These are a few that I recollect..
Oh my dear soup friends...now that you all know
Please maintain silence.... is the board I'll point at!
My other friends are still curious....
I leave it to them to find on their own!!
My love has filled in me a new passion
my reading habit is slowly improving!
I sat with him last week with Pygmalion
Classic of versatile George Bernard Shaw
How hours passed like minutes, I never know!
I Worship library now as a repository
of knowledge of varied genre!
In reading and applying what we read
lies our real wisdom!

Premium Member Scriptures, Living water as the Spirit to dwell within

Isaiah 12:2-3 KJVAAE?
[2] Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. [3] Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.
?John 4:11, 13-15 KJVAAE?
[11] The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?
[13] Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: [14] but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. [15] The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.
?John 7:38-39 KJVAAE?
[38] He that believeth on me, as the Scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. [39] (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
John 14:17 KJVAAE?
[17] even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
?Acts 4:13 KJVAAE?
[13] Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
?1 Corinthians 2:12-14 KJVAAE?
[12] Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. [13] Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. [14] But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
?Colossians 1:26-27 NIV?
[26] the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the Lord’s people. [27] To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
