Dear Attorney Ambrose Brooksville Florida

Dear, Attorney Ambrose

What Caroline has been forced to indure has at the very least been detrimental to her brain development?
Her frontal lobes being at best seventy five percent if that developed.
Having been since I've been gone,
has caused her to be emotionally abused that has produced either heightened or prolonged activation of the stress system that will result in her later-life behavior.

And the bogus attempt to mollify me, based on my own abused experiences, leaves me with that sour taste,
the taste of disgust that one knows when being told to achieve an out come, that you already know.

Psychological expert's are now more sure than ever as to how these early-life experiences change the brain,
any reasonably intelligent person now knows
that the brain responds by changing its structure, gene expression, and function.
And to dismiss this reasonable argument should prohibit anyone who thinks else wise, from having
or playing a role in my daughters still developing mind.

Would you not agree?

How do we help a traumatized child recover?
There is no magical insight about an individual untrained in child abuse and their future behavior as was just recently tried in court by untrained D.C.F. worker's opining as to why Caroline was Baker acted.

Or that Caroline could understand the ramifications of her actions,
other than to find a way to extradite her self from that her group home surrounding's.
Where self reporting as you suggested, would in the future find her.

Right?

Instead, heightened caregiving and therapy involving social behavior is now the key.
Unfortunately all have for year's have known that Karen has never possessed the where with all
to change her self destructive behavior.

Attorney Ambrose, we are all social creatures, and our social interactions in early life design the brain to greatly influence the person that we will one day become.

Please Respond!

Sincerely,

James McLain

Child Unleashed

Child Unleashed

I know for a fact when I was a kid
If I was tethered or leashed, I’d be dead
That rope would have been a real temptation
I would have slung it up on a tree
Apple, pear, orange, depending on the shape
It would not have mattered to me
Swinging there for hours
By the neck of course
If that didn't work because the branch was so high
I would have tied lots of rocks to it and waved bye bye
While tossing them in the lake
Since something involving line, heavy objects tied to me
Were only fun and games
It may or may not have dawned on me
After the rocks went in
Logically it would follow
I would have been pulled in as well
Normally I can’t breathe beneath the lake
And eat my cake too
On future birthdays it might be nice to be around
To have a bite or two
My parents loved me far too much
To leave me with a leash tied up
I would have chewed right through it
And ate it for lunch
They knew from the start what an idiot I was
With a little rope I could have caught a cow
Or found a way to hang the cat or myself by now
Mom and dad knew not to tie me down
Knew I would fail that test
If someone was going to kill me
They were the best

War and Peace

Everyone wants peace,
the irony is it takes war to get it.
In this world of dog eat dog
someone had to be defeated, someone’s life taken,
for you to enjoy yours.
You didn’t have to do it, it didn’t even have to be in your lifetime,
but it had to happen.
And in war everything is fair.
Despite the rules of law and engagement we come up with before and after,
when it comes to the fight anything goes.
In other words, sometimes nothing is sacred.
In times of peace people complain of conflicts involving innocent civilians
but in war no one is innocent, no one not the target.
Troops and armies, warriors and battlements may be the first line of defense
but the civilians that support the armies are always the main target,
always what waits behind the front lines,
and what eventually becomes part of the spoils of conquest.
When an army can’t hold or break through the lines of defense,
it retreats and sues for peace,
but when it can, it does.
At least that’s the way we’ve always fought;
Sherman in Georgia, Allied bombings of Dresden
Tokyo,Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Vietnam and Iraq…
And when the dust settles the victors get their way,
and the vanquished submit, comply, survive,
at least those civilized enough to adapt;
peace after all, being the desired end of war.
But for those who are conquered and refuse to submit,
what is to be done about them?
Whatever it takes.

June 30 Heart for God Bible Meditations Based on Psalms 86-90
Key Verse – Psalm 86:2 Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.

HEART THAT TRUSTS GOD WHO PERSERVES US

Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His righteousness
So that we can be brave by His holiness
Always valiantly fighting sinfulness
By His empowering mightiness.

Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His light
So that we can be radiant by His Word’s insight
Always confidently meeting Him for prayer-plight
By His inviting communion-delight.

Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His fellowship
So that we can be joyful in His reaching-out friendship
Always gladly following His caring leadership
By His transforming workmanship of stewardship and partnership.

Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His compassion
So that we can be loving because of His salvation
Always willingly sharing His Gospel for others’ redemption
By His enabling awesome motivation.

Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His pardon
So that we can be repentant around and within His mercy’s cordon
Always gratefully praising Him beyond forgiveness’ reason
By His longsuffering trait in every season.

Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His honor
So that we can be victorious through His triumphant changing tenor
Always persistently pursuing for a Christ-like demeanor
By His sanctifying conversion as our eternal life’s divine Donor.

Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His wisdom
So that we can be illumined through His Biblical freedom
Always cheerfully involving in His ministry while advancing His kingdom
By His enlightening truth toward fruitful service against vain boredom.

It never ceases to amaze me
how much loving care is given
by our overworked medical staff.
Their dedication to patients supreme.

When one stops to think of abuse
that is often thrown their way.
It makes one wonder how they cope
with screaming thrashing confused people.

How hard to know that someone is dying
yet still show them kindness and respect.
All the while knowing their best is not enough
as a young child loses its battle against cancer.

Then the nasty jobs involving personal dignity
that are tackled with fortitude and grace.
Yes Indeed! Both our doctors and nurses
are the true angels worth their weight in gold

Premium Member Selective Memory

Do you ever wonder why you are aware of,
Notice and remember some things but not others?
How some moments stick with you
For a lifetime, but others are forgotten
Almost instantly without a care?

These vivid moments are the same
In waking life or dream time,
Giving us an experience
Of gestalt involving our whole being,
Where we are in the moment
A sensual being, alert
In physical, emotional, mental completeness
And yet also somehow simultaneously outside it,
Experiencing it afresh and vivid
Truly for the first time
With the clear, calm, wondrous
Eyes of the soul.

It’s easy and tempting to explain it all
Through a physical cause and effect process,
A triggered reaction of neural transmitters
In the control center of our brain.
But although this is observably the case
It doesn’t explain
Why such a reaction is triggered
Why such neural networks
And transmitting chemicals
Even exist in the first place, and
Why and how the moment then remains
Fresh and vivid and memorable our whole lives.

Those are questions of mystery
And mystery by definition
Holds itself within a veil of questions
Something glimpsed, felt deep
In our bones, or there at the tip of our tongue
Beyond reach yet somehow known,
But not always remembered.
A mystery which resists our grasping
Which morphs and expands when we think
We have it,
And yet never really goes away
Always dancing right there
Clearly within sight in those vivid moments
Or just hinted at in our peripheral vision,
Or somewhere in orbit way out far beyond
Possible apprehension and comprehension,
Depending on what we have the connection,
Attention and interest, to notice
Experience and remember.

But through it all
The mystery remains
Dancing there,
Or should I say
Right here,
Engaging us in a life
That is both peculiarly ours
And still universally theirs
Knowing in our bones
The two, while not the same,
Are really no different,
The ultimate beauty being
This connection
Can never be lost or changed
Whether we know it or not.

Mayerling, Part 1 of 4

(At the remote Mayerling hunting lodge,
on January 30, 1889, two young people’s
lives were extinguished. Crown Prince
Rudolf, heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne,
and his young lover, Countess Mary Vetsera,
died in circumstances which have never been
properly explained.)

The Tragedy of Mayerling

In January, eighteen eighty-nine,
disaster struck the Austrian court, and since
that day, we've wondered how the handsome prince
(one Rudolf) and his teenage concubine

came both to die. A mystery which taxes
the best of Europe's brains is long past solving.
A story of illicit love, involving
the need to smash down bedroom doors with axes

will always fascinate. The girl was found
in bed, quite dead. Prince Rudolf at her side
was sitting in a chair. It seems he died
of gunshot wounds. Blood - clotted, matted, browned
- extended its congealing cataract
down to the floor. Perhaps a suicide pact?
