HEART THAT TRUSTS GOD WHO PERSERVES US

June 30 Heart for God Bible Meditations Based on Psalms 86-90
Key Verse – Psalm 86:2 Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.

HEART THAT TRUSTS GOD WHO PERSERVES US Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His righteousness So that we can be brave by His holiness Always valiantly fighting sinfulness By His empowering mightiness. Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His light So that we can be radiant by His Word’s insight Always confidently meeting Him for prayer-plight By His inviting communion-delight. Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His fellowship So that we can be joyful in His reaching-out friendship Always gladly following His caring leadership By His transforming workmanship of stewardship and partnership. Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His compassion So that we can be loving because of His salvation Always willingly sharing His Gospel for others’ redemption By His enabling awesome motivation. Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His pardon So that we can be repentant around and within His mercy’s cordon Always gratefully praising Him beyond forgiveness’ reason By His longsuffering trait in every season. Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His honor So that we can be victorious through His triumphant changing tenor Always persistently pursuing for a Christ-like demeanor By His sanctifying conversion as our eternal life’s divine Donor. Our heart trusts God Who preserves us in His wisdom So that we can be illumined through His Biblical freedom Always cheerfully involving in His ministry while advancing His kingdom By His enlightening truth toward fruitful service against vain boredom.
