Females

I'm just being real
  I'm just being honest
  females have their minions, opinions
But overall I'm living

Females you judge one another
  you abate one another
  you go behind the back
  think you getting by slack
For a moment I thought a woman was the backbone
  now some females are just hard as a stone

Females put each other down
  but I can truly say this
  what is it that you got that she don't have?
Everyone was born with it all
  we just came in different shapes and sizes
So when will you females wake up?

Females fight over a so called man
  if he did her wrong
  what makes yout hink he will be good to you?
Some of you still stand aside him, sleep with him, but one thing
  how in the hell can you tell him you love him?
When you know its wrong

I aint trying to hurt anybody
  you only live once
  instead of living your life hearing females throw words at each other
Lets get it together
  or just stay stupid like some of you females are

Im a female
  but Im a lady
I got plenty that agree I am a woman
I ain't never spoken
  until I see and hear a female
  trying to talk they shish to me
So you better believe
  I might be the quiet one
  or the one you love to abate and talk about
  But I laugh at some of you females
Cause you all still the same!

Bitter words spew out of your well-polished poison pen
Insult me, go on belittle me with your vile vitriolic venom
Think you are better than me – hell no way!
Every word that spills from your pathetic pen sucks

My one poem to your river of rancid rubbish
Each to their own, but I will NEVER change my style

Bite me, go on bite me - like a sweet juicy apple
I can bite back like a Rottweiler – taunt me enough and I will snap
Tart sour words full of malice I CAN pen perfectly
Except I keep my opinion and hostile words in my head

Me, I don’t pretend to be anything I am not
Every word you pen is pure malignant malice

A fiction write purely for contest.... or is it! You decide!

make the feelings go away, imagine this is your panic button GOD will take away all our
fears all our panic all our frustrations, when any bad feelings come just Stop and think open
heart and pray, and it wont be long before the enemy is long on his way, God is the answer
to everything all we need to do is just stop and let him help in the good times as well as the
bad. the enemy loves it when we Hungy, Angry, Lonly or Tired, God taught me today how to
stop before being brought to a Halt, satan bites the dust again, he lost I still stand strong and

Still

Stop, Think, Imagine, Listen, Learn
*************
Stop to position yourself not to move - Be Still
Think of the thoughts envisioned by only your will
Imagine those dreams that come from deep within
Listen to the silent words that God begins to send
Learn spiritual knowledge that you can actually feel
Those lessons to learn when you are being still
Then your outer self will reach the level of calm
As found in the bible verse 46:10-11 of Psalm
Still waters do always run deep is the scheme
The smoothest surface is from the deepest stream
So take some moments of time to practice this skill
Smooth out your outer shell by being perfectly STILL

Let Ninth September Shine

L-et ninth September shine,
E-liminating the darkness;
N-ew dawn has just broken,
E-rasing the grime and mess.
A-llow the ninth September
T-o cause a million mirth;
T-housand thrill is brought,
E-radicating the dust and dirt.

C-old night and chilling rain
A-re about to disappear;
S-hadows have passed by
T-o yield to the total cheer.
R-apture of the occasion is felt all through the day;
O-pen your heart to ecstasy as the sadness goes away.

M-ake ninth September shine,
A-llowing you to take pleasure;
L-etting the bad mood turn
I-nto good joyful gesture.
G-reeting you with wish,
A-bsorbing it in your mind;
T-hink not of the twilight, let ninth September shine.

For John Hink

I left your stool in my kitchen corner where you sat, a crooked grin on your weathered face that had seen a hundred sunsets. Fields you tilled by horse-drawn plows now contracted to clusters of London Bespoke Suits leveraging corn oil markets.Patiently you'd appear before supper as I made my way through the pantry pulling canned goods I lovingly processed and freshies I gathered from neat rows in my garden. We ate in silence, knowing words had long-since lost their weight. Clouds drift over our final resting place now, our souls drifting peacefully along, only visiting in dreams.
