even when it is not shining"
I remember someone recently resaying
what has long lain unsaid
inside my paradoxical head,
When asked if I believe in God,
I don't know what to say.
I might not believe in your God,
at least on my worst
pain-darkened day.
And,
I seem to believe in my own
only in those rare rain-free moments
healthy ego- and eco-gratifying
When I am having a climax heart
and head
song
and dance remembering
re-ligioning
reconnecting EarthMoment
Shared with at least one Other,
perhaps for our first through last time
in this
our day of sacred synergy
Sustaining
surrounding
celebrating a yellow morning
mellow sunrise
promising this wealthy day
without soggy rain
pain
As we prepare to health harvest
warmly fragrant sun-dried hay
I quietly say
So, there is a God,
after all.
"And I believe in love
even when there's no one there.
And I believe in God
even when he is silent."

sigh
and breeze
Silently praying
for strong rooted
cooperative integrity
Within this organic Green Communion

Jesus was a patristic carpenter,
a non-nationalistic builder
of goodnews communal structure,
a nonviolent communicating leader,
a multispirit-natural facilitator,
divinely humane bilateral
spiritual health is natural wealth
facilitator of recreative green
and blue
and red-blooded sensory communion.
I am a mere custodian
of messianic intention,
practice,
discipline,
caring for co-empowerment,
vocational integrity,
ecopolitical EarthHealth and Safety
re-enlightenment,
A custodial health care giver
and wealth sensational receiver,
practicing this sacred vocation
of proactive kindness
for improving health sensory outcomes,
scouring systematic memories
and green clean freeing imagination
of multiculturally furnished resonance,
harmonically polishing resilient gleaming finishes

Today, while driving, I saw a banner above your door
And I was just going to continue on my way.
But I turned around and went back to check on your store
To offer to make you a sign and see what you'd say.
I pulled up, got out, and tried the door, but it was locked.
I turned to leave and thought that might be the end of it.
But, when the door opened, I was completely shocked,
I barely heard you tell me to come in for a bit.
Your absolute beauty was a wonderful surprise
And your incredible charm kept my full attention.
Your body, your smile, and your mesmerizing eyes;
Your voice, your laugh - so many things about you to mention.
Initially, we talked about how to make your sign
And what you wanted it to ultimately look like.
But then we started talking about life's design
And our outlooks on life were so very much alike.
When you talked about your daughter, you spoke with quiet love
And a passion that came from the bottom of your heart.
And though her life has been troubled with things most don’t think of,
You love from a distance, so you don’t tear yourself apart.
Your boys, your mom, and your brother are part of you, too.
They way that you talk about them all tells me how you feel.
The dreams you dream are also an important part of you
And the way you speak about them tells me they are real.
I loved listening to you talk about your grandpa
And how you just recently heard his favorite song.
You say he was always kind to everyone he saw.
That's a trait which he has obviously passed along.
I believe that he has guided your path from above,
Helping you to find the place you feel that you belong.
It seems that the work you do is a labor of love
And that is what will keep you living healthy and strong.
I think that you have finally found who you really are,
Though, you may not realize it one hundred percent.
But I can tell you that I have traveled long and far
To find what I found in you, and that’s a life well spent.

academic, emotional, social...
characteristics, née significant
figurative "red flags,"
(no not signifying me being blacklisted
re: guarding Communism taking root)
rather teacher's comments
signaled moderate behavioral crisis,
where bass and treble clef acronyms
“Good Boys Do Fine Always”
"every good boy does fine"
respectively analogously noteworthy
(namesake Matthew Scott Harris)
because a lad (in) attendance at:
following primary grade schools:
Audubon Elementary, Eagleville,
and Henry Kline Boyer)
exhibited crushing arduousness
nsync with chronically
profound inability to
acclimate, integrate, participate...
spelling academic difficulty,
alienation, isolation, resignation...
said pronounced mental, physical,
and social perturbations
compounded manifold when promoted
regardless abysmal failing marks
most likely congenital,
vital intervention absent
absolute zero doubt
developmental delay debuted,
since youngest daughter
twenty one February 4th, 2020
diagnosed soon after birth
within autistic spectrum
intervention luckily bridged
yawning, looming, gaping... cleft
less apparent to non family,
she functions admirably
employed at World Market
while enrolled at Bend, Oregon
Community College
relieved healthy maturation
courtesy ability appropriate
custom tailored, (not necessarily swiftly,
nor styled harriedly)
confidence building academic assignments
need based (cost free) tutoring
wrap around at our home,
based speech pathology,
Montgomery County Hospital,
acquiring driver's license,
progressing positively (think)
chronological milestones achieved
mostly on target
boosting self esteem, worthiness
validating benefits, viz palliative care
side stepping severe suicidal
tendency unlike her papa
who permanently stunted his growth.
When it comes to being a good father what do most young black men see?
Can they picture their fathers passing down any legacies?
Do they remember any male bonding or talks on how to be good men?
Do they have any perceptions or even comprehend?
Unfortunately too many households are single parent with only a mother in residency
Caused by incarceration, unemployment and dysfunctional inadequacies
Too many don't have a clue of what a good father should be
As the father factor in their lives was one of obscurity
But God is the ultimate father figure to each and every man
And if you desire to be like Him read His words and follow His plans
To become a good father you must examine the Holy Scriptures
And hopefully you'll be able to obtain a good father picture
Now tapping into God's heavenly Twitter account
And Facebooking the Gospel to see what its all about
Fully prepared to formulate, cultivate and stimulate your spiritual life
So that your behavior and way of thinking lines up with Jesus the Christ
A picture of a good father is a man who leaves a financial legacy
So that his children won't exist in a state of abject poverty
By showing them how to save and how to invest
Leaving a fruitful inheritance and a full hope chest
A picture of a good father is a man whose vine is rooted in a strong foundation
And structured to lift him up in godly formation
Respectful, resilient, loving, loyal and kind
Of strong moral conviction and secure in his mind
Knowing who he is and what he could be
And having healthy relationships with every member of his family
So if you're broken, bitter, angry and have any doubts
Seek God and a professional to help you work it out
And i say this to all women and I hope you receive
You need to let a man be a man to his family
Stop disrespecting him and put your anger and pride to the side
He is doing the best he can so work with him by walking stride for stride
A picture of a good father is a man concerned about his community
Who comprehends we live in a global society
A man who gets involved and not stay isolated
As we are all a part of this world that God created
A picture of a good father is a man who loves and respects his family and community
A man strongly rooted, striding humbly and secure in his spirituality

Roger the Dodger was King of all cats

He was so handsome in his ginger fur
And admired by every feline on earth.
Alter status, he certainly would not
Roger was proud of the fame that he'd got
He walked as only true royalty would
As proudly and graciously as he could.
Roger had a palace that housed a gym
In the garden especially for him
He kept himself healthy, extremely fit
Sacred Meow Society's whiz kit.
Roger so loved his owner and her son
In fact Roger simply loved everyone
He so enjoyed being cuddled and stroked
It warmed his cat heart the love he evoked.
Came the sad day that Roger passed away
His crown sadly was posted back that day

And blessed his passing with a secret brew.

The older I travel
through landscapes of enculturing words
and ideas disembodied,
the more I long for unweaponed words
not yet invented.
Today I long for compassight
Compassionate insight
is much too long
to be useful,
And insightful compassion sounds like left brain
too divorced from right worded feelings
of empathy
rooted in solidarity of species
flowering integrity of universal EarthSoul
consciousness.
Healthy futures
sound like posential,
And positive potential integrity
of Earth's healthiest future
sounds portentously posintegrential
which is just the opposite
of negfragmential sad potentials
like climates of unhealthy
unraveling pathology.
Polyhealthpaths
are good directions for my own active curiosity
and feel promising for all our great grandkids too,
While monopathillogicalities
sound sinister
and socio-unempathic.
I find so much hope
in posintegrentiality
and yet feel wary
about declaring polypathic integrity
achieved much too ego-autonomously
egonomously
stuck in self-declared solidarity
not felt
or understood by all species of life,
lifecies
learning together on posintegrentialing Earth
with our petrocks
and other ornamental artifacts,
like words
awaiting future incarnations of wellbeing.
I believe
all Souls
when healthy
and wealthiest
are EcoFeminist Souls.
I believe
all EcoFeminist Souls
when health wealthiest
are safe NonViolent Souls.
I believe
all NonViolent Souls
when wealth healthiest
are secure CoPassionately Empowered Souls.
I believe
