Veil of Deceit, a Bitter Facade

As you move, I see the falseness in each stride,
A puppet of deceit, with nothing left to hide.
Every gesture, once genuine, now feels forced,
A facade crumbling, revealing your true course.

Your words drip with venom, leaving a bitter taste,
A sharp sting that lingers, hard to erase.
Your voice, once soothing, now grates like nails,
Each syllable a dagger, a story that fails.

I watch your smile, now twisted and sly,
The deceit in your eyes is impossible to deny.
Your touch, once warm, now feels like ice,
A chill that spreads, devoid of any vice.

Your laughter, hollow and false,
Promising kindness, hiding the malice it scrawls.
The warmth you once radiated now feels cold,
A presence that darkens, making me fold.

Has to begin with no command of the very word they use
shows their ignorance as God gave us choice instruct
Written on stone for us to heed this is my body
which will be given up for you
He sacrificed himself so we could live
Here it shows darkened scriptures
under occult practices trying to twist the truth
under their falseness is an exposed mockery
Wisdom will teach them in the end
life on earth is short and the time to come eternal
their is no crossroads when love turns to hate
killing the innocent babies you have addressed here as law and order
is breaking down completely written under the word made into flesh
each body has it's own independent temple with a beating heart

I Am Happy

When will it end,
This falseness
So pretend.
Misleading lies retold to get a point across
But which of these lies are legitimately covered up?
transparent with factual truth to seem like in the end this lie,
This lie must be true.
This is what she must do.
Listen to you? Man.. You gotta be outta your mind if it's that what you honestly think I'll do, is
sit and listen to you
Someone who knows nothing what goes on inside
These emotions- they run and hide,
Killing the pride
The emotion the guilt the lie
I have to always uncover because of the coward,
Unable to sit and discuss
Scared to beat emotions, bruise thoughts
Well news flash
It already hurts
Already bleeds
How must I succeed
If I can't make anyone proud.
The fact is it's ignored
There's always better but isn't that a cliche
Anyone could have better?
What if my better was your worse
And vice versa like a curse,
Should I still take orders, take the lies, take the gossip
Cause right now I'm sailing off this ship
Ready to jump off-fall
Lose this all
And maybe after all this thought
Maybe once it's thought through
That the falseness
The pretend are ruining it, ruining what could be
Maybe
Just maybe
You should trust me.

.I wish it need not have happened in my
time said Frodo.'
So do I Gandalf answered' And so do all who live to see such times, but that
Is not for them to decide.' All we have to do is decide what to do with the time that is given us.'

I am in agreement with both characters lines..And reflect
On the 'falseness of the (con-vid years) the lives torn and
The peoples trust and bodies abused.' I am thankfull I stood against it 'once I realised things were suspicious'
If anyone knows this story, there are so many paralells
To our current and last five years.' For my part I look for
Reconciliation for all people.' There must be unity.' Or we
Shall be giving ourselves over for much worse.'

Premium Member The Moth

A lone moth flits around my front porch light
as wind blows through my window, luring me
to step outside into black velvet’s night.

I search the sky, but no moon can I see.
It seems it’s disappeared, just like my love.
The moaning wind plays havoc with my hair
as that old bulb sways crazily above.
In solitude, I simply stand and stare
at that fool insect! How can it not know
the falseness of the light that it’s drawn to?

Fluorescent doom replaces moon’s sweet glow.
I know this well because in losing you
I lost love’s gleam; I lost my everything,
and still that silly moth is fluttering. . .

Destiny as Architect of Shimmering Ruins
once my life seemed better than the saddest dream,
destiny decided then to pay me a visit without warning,
drawing a very ingenious scheme of organized chaos,
that brought me to my knees but that was only the beginning of the end,
suddenly I looked around myself and saw so much nothing,
something that couldn't be possibly true in its certain falseness,
my life had ended yet I continued to die in life,
in clear perplexity I struggled to know what to do without doing,
nothing remained everything was there my vanished future was present,
but I had to quickly set something motionless into slow motion,
I had to regroup and sadly begin the old life anew,
but how to do it devoid of any emotion that suffocated me inside?
but I did it little by very much I advanced in place,
from what had been my original location toward the same changed path,
trying to find a way to belong nowhere at home,
and to fit into a new old space of familiar unknown,
the process was fast of slow the years came and left remaining,
I make correct mistakes sometimes I walk the wrong right path,
I try to memorize the right wrong words like a mute song,
and to learn life's roles as if they were acts from a played reality,
but what I know now although it took me a moment of eternity,
time that I didn't want or needed to lose finding,
was to live my own false ideal about what dead life means,
and to be falsely sincere with myself wherever and whoever I choose not to be!

Sitting on the edge
of a broken relationship
reflecting on the occasional
warmth of togetherness
and plenty of sad, feelings of being let down
jilted and miffed, I struggled to let go.

Faintly saw an invisible force
flickering inside, weakly trying to hold
the corners of my inner self
nudging me to forget the past
and move on bravely
for I had wished or done no harm ever to anyone,
what to talk of near ones.

Instead, it hinted me to be thankful
to the revealing events that
brought the naked truth to fore
that showed in clear light falseness,
pretentions of affection, friendship, love
that required burdensome formalities
to carry on a complex relationship
reaching to nowhere.

It nagged me to stop wasting my precious
time, energy, thoughts and love
hoping against hope that maybe
things would be alright, soon
and chasing the bygone memories
which have pained and hurt
and tended to make me feel weak.

It also implored me to seek
simple, firmer, newer relationship,
where affection flowed freely and openly
to and fro, without causing feeling of guilt
to be confident of the goodness within oneself
and see it blossom and flower
bringing smiles and cheer
in the lives of others and self.

A recognition of self-respect took roots
somewhere down inside
and the faint ray of hope sprouted
freshness in my heart and mind
I madly clung on to the sane inner voice
and shedding the fear of
what others would think of me
I walked back to life
with a spring in my feet, forever.

Life i beleive...yet cant always see.? Is more than
Physicalitys.'
There's infraction, reaction good and evil in action.'
Its hard to press, against the tide..The wall of doubt
The falseness inside' it steals.' In hidden repitiore i hear
So many shugard lies..And also there's a love? that hides.! Because of fear
I've seen them bend (the minds and spirits) too true.!
My friends, some random courage..' Thats what I need!
To see to know.? To ausauge for real' and Jesus knows
On Him I'll call..In this broken hour as burdens fall, let it be
So' though in
Myriad ammount.' by thought and message? by emotive bouts'
I'll let it go, and take His yoke' its better than the worlds old wearied
Trope.. that always tells you, you must cope..! With raging abnormalitys; that Bids you with darkness, and much destruction.. To be at ease.?

Shadows of Doubt

Author Dana Redricks
November 10, 2023

In shadows cast by doubts and fears,
A heart feels unworthy, shedding tears.
But beware the web of deception's art,
For truth and lies entwine, tearing us apart.

The notion of feeling unloved, my friend,
Can be a mirage, a wicked trend.
For love's pure essence, it does exist,
Yet disguised sometimes, in a deceptive twist.

Like whispers in the night, lies may creep,
A cunning game, secrets they keep.
But truth, though masked, cannot be contained,
Its flickering light shall always remain.

Behind each falsehood, a fragment of truth,
A treacherous dance, a delicate sleuth.
But strength lies in deciphering the real,
To seek the truth, to truly heal.

Yet, let us not be consumed by despair,
For love's embrace, it's always there.
Though deception weaves its intricate design,
Love's power transcends, it will always shine.

So, my friend, when feeling unworthy's sting,
Remember, love's grace can truly bring
Redemption from falseness, a guiding light,
To banish deception, and make things right.
