My solitude, -when I am able to
discover it – how wonderful to me
it is and not so difficult to do.
I find it as I’m writing poetry.
Right now I write with sunshine on my face.
But I could be inside my house; there is
no difference. I feel a kind of grace
when God inspires me, and that grace is His.
An extroverted introvert, I find
my solitude quite easily, for I
see past distractions. Thoughts come to my mind.
They then take shape, like clouds form in the sky!
God, give me grace again and then again -
that poetry might pour from me like rain!

“I want to be alone… with someone else who wants to be alone.” – Dimitri Zaik
I was born an introvert,
misplaced in an extroverted garden.
Mother's cocoon,
which once kept me safe and warm,
now left me exposed to
green-eyed predators,
who stole my fluorescent fragility.
Is it any wonder that in adolescence,
my heart resembles red glass,
which can shatter at the slightest betrayal,
bleeding in crushing, harlequin drops.
In between the silence of heartbeats,
there was a demonic darkness,
plaguing the scent of my honeysuckle aura—
making me feel an imperfection of ugliness.
Until a vision of a celestial silhouette,
appeared in evergreen ethereal tones.
His smile glistened like tender
pearls of white, seducing
my senses speechless.
I am like a drop of rain upon
his petals of orchid glory.
I know there will be monsoon seasons,
erratic elements harassing my presence,
among his poetic prestige,
yet, I yearn to be
the one,
who is forever enthroned by
his emerald eminence.
Feel free to explore my future fondly as we erase the horrid memories of our vast past that zips by our minds so fast
Peel away the pain with jovial self-control
Faith is always going to remain in you and I, so have no fear and I bless you with worry-free embraces and kisses of plentuous pleasurably prosperous passion
Eh, just strengthen yourself up and face your fears... Don't be hesitant and reserved all the time - being timid makes anyone look like an idiot one way or another
A woman named Eleganté wants to marry you so that you and her could be stabilized, secure and surreal individuals...perfection is an illusion we all fall in love with unfortunately
Feel free to make sexy love while I try to think of a way to break free from my cowardice ways... I am scared and freaking out right now, so save me from death, oh Lord of Host...virtuous, prudent patience shields me from negativity and conmotion altogether
Fine, I understand that this life is fleeting, but let me increase my faithfulness bit by bit as my spirit and I see fit...hoping that bravery can see me through the hurt I felt in the past and am feeling in the present at the moment - I am as bold as a bald eagle, taking wing from on high fervently and confidently not to mention that I am triumphantly impressed by your extroverted genuiseness...My flourishing foubdation is like a godly tent in the wilderness of Agape love and devotion alike...I love you, Lord, from the beginning until the end and you as well, my friend

Tormented sorrow of the regretful souls who cannot change their fate
Undocumented tomorrows of the young and old lining up at heavens gate
Augmented burrows of technology that the youth idolise and rate
Discontented blows of the underprivileged who stand around and propagate
Ornamental figurines that form a strange collection
Sacramental fractured dreams that mystify invention
Consequential satire based memes that signify retention
Influential capatalist scenes that can’t dignify to mention
Symphonic compositions that profoundly illuminate the mind
Bubonic inquisitions that eradicate mankind
Subsonic intuitions that vibrate throughout what humans find
Catatonic ammunition that leave the poor man to suffer blind
Elucidate the problem properly and solve the puzzle for the masses
Repudiate the omen overly while the flies drown in molasses
Stagnate at the waters edge while the populations integrity crashes
Instigate the uprising from the hedge as they’re ruled by a greedy fascist
Condescending television hosts that smile like false prophets
Trending internet chat thief that through the lies they profit
Ascending through the war torn grief like photos in an ancient locket
Pretending through the disbelief that you’re interested in the rockets
Absurdist inclinations that refuse to compromise their form
Introverted artistic invocations that defy conventional norms
Perverted imitations that disguise the broken and forlorn
Extroverted provocations that bring demise before the storm

Embarrassment reveals in my blushing cheeks…I’m late for the 3rd time! Now,
I have 3 tardies…I gottah watch out! Ooooh…
Arrving late in class…once again – I just wanna get this class done and over
with! Thank you, Lord, for making it the end of the school year!
Glistening with fresh sorrow – it’s as fresh as morning dew on the old man’s
lawn…glad I don’t get a detention this time! (Author’s/poet’s note ~ it was so
boring the first time I went to my detention…)
Enlightened by realization that I’m not the only one that has several tardies…
just look around you and you’ll see many people tardy (some nearly every
day…how sad) – there’s evidence for yah! ~
RESPECT ME…yeah you – don’t judge me! Don’t take me as a joke…just ‘cause
I’m introverted doesn’t mean I’m not as smart as the extroverted individuals
(in fact, I’m an introverted and an extroverted…I’m neutral…and I’m a talented
bard! Beat that . . .)
Laugh all you want… you’ll face your terrible consequences…I have an
infatuation with music…it’s so amazing and therapeutic…I like all genres of
music – some songs just stick to my song ‘cause they are epic! Terrific! Music’s
my genius… so wondrous & inspirational!
You don’t care if I’m injured by your heartless words – go talk to your other
peers or so-called “friends” or “foes” in my eyes…
Different People, Different Personalities
There's different people with different personalities that make up who they are
Different experiences and choices that left untold scars
You have people who are introverted and or extroverted in association
Some give direct eye contact and others look away in conversation
There are those who are very opinionated while others fight battles from within
For some it takes alot to push their buttons while others are thin skin
The spotlight is very much desired by some while others feel a bit shy
You have those who just do what their told but others who ask why
You have those who break laws and would step on people's feelings
When it comes to helping other's you have those who are willing
We're different in race, height, weight and color
Some raised in families and others by a single mother
Many live on social media while others want privacy
Some live carefree while others die from anxiety
All these different personalities making up a generation
While having similar feelings and emotions in every nation
