HEART THAT REFRAINS FROM DISPLEASING THE LORD
Our heart refrains from displeasing the Lord with our complaining
Since He has given us victory toward faith’s gaining
We must remember such to overcome murmuring and sinning
Since He is our Almighty God...
...powerfully prevailing for our joyful winning.
Our heart refrains from displeasing the Lord by being carnal
Since He has given us an inheritance that is eternal
We must value such more than the ephemeral
Since He is our Provider...
...supremely sovereign, authoritatively supernal.

Mirrors don't lie about frank and ernest portrayal...
Especially when giving cheeky badass
blemished physiognomic reflection
tricking me seeing displeasing likeness
Matthew Scott Harris, a grown lad brandishing
his treasured invisible cutlass
poised to strike, (where spiderlines
instantaneously provoked, webbed,
and frankly zapped shattering experience),
whereby yours truly
rendered unconscious to any pass
hubble gratefully dead singed hair zombie
straight away befriending image with him
aforementioned christened human biomass,
hence explains personal objection (mine)
devoid of any sass
sneaking a peek at (regarding employing
cute antiquated, quaint word) looking glass.
Feeble effort, butta lemme attempt to apprise
ye dear reader, how gasping
at me selfsame visual simulation spurs cries
and whispers with shrieks of horror
inexplicable nauseating revulsion jars myopic eyes
espying even willow the wisp gallivanting guise
think mine glassy doppelganger blithely
traipsing, tooling tiptoeing no lies
hands down acquiring masquerade ball door prize
if nothing else... try getting a fleeting rise
of humoresque judicious metaphorical
sucker puncheon the gut against self I satirize
February twenty third perhaps lame effort
to affect seeming witty and wise.
Mailer daemons rule cerebral roost,
whereby gimcrackery invectives loosed,
cuz all during growing up years bullies did boost
inferiority complex hatching adult
egg go self steam goosed
abysmal confidence building accomplishment
ye accurately deduced
charnel, (bilabial) frictional,
infernal... struggle moost
arduous (think Atlas, Sisyphus, plus
ten subsequent Greek mythological Titans) juiced
with eternal divinity upon
whose figurative shoulder humanity papoosed.

Moving our love along faith to bear fruits with divine delight
Moreover, bringing color to our lives His cheers so bright
Most of all, answering our prayers while we do what’s right.
God makes us to prosper, mightily reigning over us in His dominion
Moving our desire along faith to enjoy His fellowship midst sweet communion
Moreover, teaching us His Word, defying humanistic opinion
Most of all, working in our return to Him from wandering for glad reunion.
God makes us to prosper, marvelously delivering us from unholiness
Moving our eyes along faith to see His perspective against sins’ blurriness
Moreover, empowering us to profit in His contentment’s joyfulness
Most of all, guarding our hearts from foolishness and deceitfulness.
God makes us to prosper, miraculously transforming us toward His perfection

Win v Lose capitalism
evolving
could only emerge from prior Win+Win ecopolitics
of predominately altruistic relations
transactions
communications,
verbal and nonverbal.
Prior coperatively evolving Win+Win dominance
is ecologically necessary
and logically implied
to derive anything like
Win v Lose capital-engorged
monopolistic wealth economies.
The opposite is not also true.
Win+Win altruism
evolves only as further emergence
from prior cooperative ecopolitical relations,
more resonantly resilient
compassionately pleasing
than Win v Lose degenerative unraveling
dispassionately displeasing.
My never ending
search for whatever
this psychologically gout
riddled rhyme stir to
write (a poem) about
found me figuratively
staring at a theme without doubt
devoid of any "FAKE"
trumping controversial clout,
which subject came in route
tummy mind questioned NOT
explicitly broadcasting best related
most definitely not
apropos to flout
the sensitivity and personal
privacy respectfully tendered
obeyed, and invoked, not to tout
yet an impression can nonetheless
this versatile scout
felt motivated be shared with you
a general over view
the therapist averred thru
the title of this poem, she who
doth "actively listen" pertaining,
asper emotional issues that stew
within the psyche, thus
appreciation as I gentile lee
talked non Jew
bull leant lee of foregone
opportunities till rue
men hating lost chunks of
mine formative years
witnessed self deprivation
(usurped, sponged, and bobbed
entire memory queue)
of ordinary healthy
development of body,
mind, and soul casting
more'n fifty shades
of a grayish hue
my psychological landscape,
where at puberty -
anorexia nervosa (minus bulimia
squarely took root grew)
wing essential nadir existence,
thy emaciated condition drew,
sans Matthew Scott Harris
who recognizes aversion
to grow into manhood blew
away so many necessary figurative
stepping stones permanent
stilted impact didst accrue,
and merely hearing my recitation
of plaintive glue
me emotional reverberations,
now overlain by many
a displeasing faux pas,
and metaphorical boo boo
actions as a father
affecting mindscape
of near grown daughters the "ear"
of assigned therapist
appreciation doth issue.
Like the faint ray of sun on an autumn day,
Thou alluring Josephus, bring all my warmth.
Trestles on trees crunch while the birds play;
And all the stars sparkle as if it was the fourth.
Crossing paths with displeasing actions,
Worrisome over my fleeting hereafter,
You are the calming force of my interactions.
The gracious beauty of mine rejoices in laughter.
Till the very day of our sweet encounter,
You’ll give every kiss through our 4 grand miles.
Every second that tick is worth all your smiles.
Infatuating more than our hearts portray,
Like the faint ray of sun on an autumn day.

Thank You for feeding me beyond my physical maintenance
Always providing for my sustenance
Even though I lack riches’ finance---
Now, I’m satisfied by Your sufficiency, showing my serene countenance.
Thank You for feeding me beyond my material neediness
Always clothing my spirituality with Your graciousness
Even though I fail in my sinfulness---
Now, I’m blessed by Your forgiveness for my repentant humbleness.
Thank You for feeding me beyond my vain craving
Always filling my soul with Your bounty I’m receiving
Even though I murmur in my displeasing raving---
Now, I’m grateful for what You are perfectly giving.
Thank You for feeding me beyond my worldly achievement
Always directing my heart toward heavenly accomplishment
Even though I miss worshipping You along foolish entertainment---
Now, I’m revived to pursue holy attainment’s contentment.
Thank You for feeding me beyond my fleshly aim

Even though I struggle to win over humanistic game---
