"recently scenes of early life have stolen into my mind, like breezes blown ..."
Quote by _Samuel Taylor Coleridge
The sun rose soon, that day, for an unmatched deal.
I went to a park to muse paternity.
That day, I felt proud and scared. The path ordeal.
Thrive in the way of wild soul modernity.
A concept follows a thriving mood of hope.
People who swell their worth flaunt perversity.
The baby's eyes are soft since they lack a scope.
I'm in awe of our son's sense of compassion.
He proved faith beyond the zenith and the slope.
I praised my youngster's unrivaled dispassion.
I kissed his forehead and cheek as he faced me.
At first glance, our kid has a sublime passion.
You swap as you grasp that God's bliss is the key.
Of bright life gifts, no matter how wide or tall,
Having you as a son, a prime gift to see.
I recall telling you our truths in a drawl,
Playing cards and watching movies was grand fun,
Include eat-outs, pleasure, and watching football.
Or play video games together and run,
They were fun, eating and chatting about school,
I'll never skip those moments when the wheel spun.
I'd crave to ween of you in the swimming pool.
I wish to grasp how our nation was too cool.

**Being in the Moment**
My mother believed in prayers more than my father did. My father preferred to tackle his problems with a flask of white rum, while I believed in the importance of being present in the moment. There are hidden compartments within us, my poetic friends. "Being in the moment" can serve as a helpful reminder if we understand it more expansively.
Perhaps it was true what someone said about dealing with situations as they arise. I refused to grieve for my dearly departed husband because past experiences had taught me to suppress my emotions. My lack of dispassion and willful stubbornness made me question my feelings:
Did I love him? Did I forgive him? Perhaps it was the disrespect that prevented me from doing so.
The truth is quite different. Forgiving an offense empowers the offended. It is to a man’s glory to overlook an offense (Proverbs 19:11). While I can’t change the past, I can learn from it. This wisdom might prevent me from walking through a fire like that again. I would look at his picture on my refrigerator and feel a mix of love and hate toward him. In that same moment, those emotions coexisted within me.
I yearned for companionship, craved to be held tightly throughout the night. If someone can fulfill needs for companionship, love, and intimacy, there’s a greater chance that the other person will fall in love again and again. But not me. You burn; you affect me deeply. I have invested so much and ended up the loser every time. Love seems elusive to me; instead, loneliness has become my captor.
I know that loneliness does not have to be the final word. Even when the world feels against me, I will shine through, like ancient wisdom. I lost the love of my life due to jealousy. He lost me because I loved him enough to let him go. I experienced a breakthrough; I had given up on loving a mortal again. I would rather be alone than live with someone and still feel lonely.
I am not programmed to fail or to tolerate foolishness. Call me stubborn, call me high and mighty, call me the new modern woman. I refuse to age as a failure but instead strive for greatness, relentlessly pursuing my happiness. I know I deserve this. The poet within knows it, too.
As my online followers watch my journey, they should go ahead and do their own thing—after all, life is too short for anything less.

Trapped in a routine, not of my liking,
I saw my life spinning out of control,
through highs and lows atop fate’s Ferris wheel,
wherein outcomes any, my soul’s light dimmed,
on recognising conscience stood betrayed,
strangled by none else, my wayward ego.
Something deep within my heart was broken,
needing healing but I did not know how,
so poised in the dark dungeons of despair,
stepping back I became a mute witness
to labours of mind and my troubled heart,
looking at their movements with dispassion.
Relinquishing ownership over thought,
polarising consciousness so to speak,
my body-mind became an instrument,
used by us to experience earth life,
so in a mindfulness continuum,
my fulcrum slowly became void-centric.
Having discarded conditioned beliefs,
resolving to remain still forever,
it came to pass on a sunny morning,
my form was suffused with bliss magnetism,
felt within as rapture ineffable,
paving way for kundalini to rise.
In a single swoosh, liquid light then rose,
from the root, all the way up to the crown,
passing through a small orifice therein,
so to pass through, I had to choose to die,
by dissolving myself in this torrent,
whence my formless self went into the void.
In inky black darkness, I felt alive,
for within no-thingness, energy hummed,
wherein the voice of God spoke, loud and clear,
imparting wisdom known to very few,
at the source of life, outside space and time,
wherefrom all manifestations arise.
The following day, I invited God
to dwell in my heart, making it His home
and as I wished, so it was, instantly,
as spirit pervaded each cell of form,
in a manner clearly cognisable,
illumining me with love, light and bliss.
Grace
is not the rather loose reputed love of choice
after natural laws of Earth's justice have been primally satisfied.
Nor is Mercy,
her sister,
a gratuitous co-passionate remainder,
icing on the after thought of justice cake,
after having had Her revengeful way
for sins of our enslaving Fathers.
Rather,
Earth's nature-spirit laws
for protecting nutritional rights and equity
are the evolving justice of last resort
when intrinsic co-empathic trusting grace
has been rejected too often already
within some connecting string of incarnation,
some sacred identity we might and could love
as organically transcendent life itself.
The primary health role of nature's nutritional law,
protection against ecocidal toxins,
security from anthroprivileged injustice,
absence of co-empathic therapeutic trust
as presence of community co-immunity,
is to support effective deep meaningful anticipation,
and not over-reactive wide purposeless anxiety,
toward full development of richly resonant transgenerational relationships,
political and economic musecology.
As a materialistic, yet healthy-social, song and dance species,
we have spent far too much energy
on advocating the triumph of just political relations,
rather than justly cooperative and inclusive economic co-ownership,
rooted in co-empathic gratitude
through listening to and with suffering oppressed fractured species,
stories speaking to our own compassionate voices within,
advocating for future generations of EarthTribe peace.
When our relationship with EarthTribe's Commons
is more about protection from material harm
than loving sustained healthy relationships
rooted in natural-physical
organically inter-religioning
co-infested gratitude for compassion
and outraged attitude against Othering dispassion,
then we are significantly inside and outside the comfort range
of thermodynamic balance,
co-arising trust,
where Grace deteriorates into BadKarma
and restores into GoodKarma
as decomposition informs gratitude's re-incarnate potential
Grace's wealthy step-sister room
for Mercy's further transgenerational
trans generational
transgene rational healthy growth.

loving life
now sadly co-defeated.
Recapturing moments, as if gazing out of a broken glass window.
Distorted and blurry from all the tears, the hurt, the sorrow.
Lost in nostalgia,
Plagued with visions of your laugh, your love, your smile.
And all the arguments we had, now seem so juvenile.
My mother, you was, you were, and always will be.
Your love, your compassion, your efforts, are forever etched within me.
The pain of your absence lingers,
No relief despite my prayers.
My beating heart is out of rhythm,
Left struggling to find the snare.
Counting the seconds,
to minutes,
dragging the hour of the day.
Asking God daily, why did He take you away?
Leaving me shattered and broken, unsure of where the pieces belong.
Faintly, hearing whispers, encouraging me to remain strong.
As a child, I stayed hidden under your wings,
Protected and safe, nothing could harm me.
But now I’m afraid, alone, and in fear of everything.
Yearning for comfort, I seek the love only a mother can bring.
I feel God’s dispassion for my dreary circumstance.
My cries left unheard, as if there’s no relevance.
Life is an experiment
for growing compassionate communication,
as any sex therapist
will tell you;
not too fast
yet not too slow.
Ego/Eco-Investing
is a bilaterally beneficial health experience
designed to sustain resilient communion,
as any child
retaining co-empathic emotional intelligence
may hear
and taste
and see
and smell you.
Integrity is a natural hugging exercise
damaged by leftbrain dominant fragmentation,
as any academic verbal behavioral therapist
or economist
or partisan politician
will cripplingly show and tell you.
Rabidly over-populating win/lose predators
sniff for money,
other useful assets,
capital-infested fed-heads,
any potential nutrients,
Then bleed you dry,
pee, and or poop, on you,
Then move on.
Compassion's economic profile looks rather different.
More of a healthy cooperative wealth experience
designed to feed,
not ignore voices
of and for emotional intelligence,
To sustain resilient ecofeminist communion,
to gather win/win expectant communicators;
Precisely the opposite of dispassion,
an unhealthy dominatrix leftbrain
too western monocultural prominent
loss of rightbrain interdependent emotional intelligence
empowered
outflowing passion
inflowing power, creolic resonance,
outflowing healthy wealth of resilience.
Love is an empowering experience
of and for polypathic global communication
as any ecotherapist
may respectfully hug you,
and a tree,
equally.
Gratitude
for grace already received
is a robust measure of generosity.
Compassion scans for generosity's fullness
felt within
as incarnated without
As dispassion predicts greed's anxious emptiness.
Giving is physical and/or verbal
while generosity is mental and nonverbal.
Giving,
like loving,
hoping for a return of grace
within your lifetime's future,
does not share
or stretch
your gift of generosity.
Giving,
hoping to receive in equal measure,
plus interest,
plus loyalty,
plus admiration for our generosity,
is an investment
which counts the cost
of risking loss
Not necessarily a failure of gratitude,
or love,
for oneself
as for Other,
and also
not an outward compassionate act
of inward
mind-nourishing generosity.
Yesterday my attorney once again reminded me
Legal battles are not fought to win
They invite us to not lose any more than we already have,
now that the battle lines are so toxically
traumatically
dissociatively
protagonist v antagonist
drawn
And ready to plunge
and wound vital neuro-root systems
Designed for compassion
and pleasure;
not dispassion
and displeasure.
So, retributive justice systems
are not healthy or satisfying systems
when our goals include restoring peace.
Restoring inside and outside peace outcomes
engage restorative mediation
cooperative co-investment
in stopping chronic trauma
To restart freedom to forgive
myself v Other
for what went dis-relationally wrong,
to reduce future risky triggers
And freedom to re-member
re-connect
re-associate
myself and Other
for what went co-intelligently right,
to seduce future peace
and passion
and pleasure opportunities
in NonOthering pastures.
As it is for the individual goose,
so may it be for the uncivil partisan gander,
Right v Left
chronic polarizing retribution dander
Does not constitutionally protect
depolarizing restorative justice
for religiously peaceful non-slander
Because legal and moral
and ethical and religious battles
are not fought to win peace,
they merely invite civil-ians to not lose any more
democratic climate health remediation
than we already have.
Low spirits and utter despair,
She had lost all her flair,
Time stagnated !
How long could the wait last,
Dejected heart to the full to blast,
Incurable hopeless !
Sun could not shadow gloominess,
Her very being deprived of happiness,
Hope against hope !
The injury quite a deep and severe,
His vengeance extremely clear,
The wretchedness !
Don't suppress else will depress,
Just look beyond there's life,
End up melancholy, live to strife,
Shun sadness !
No recession can everlast,
Essential to counter depression is,
Dispassion,
Dissociate,
Flagellate,
Backfire,
Slam your passion !
Be sassy and warble !!
