Premium Member Hand in Hand

Laying underneath the stars,
on a warm silent night.
Our arms are wrapped around each other,
and everything feels right.

You kiss me sweetly and softly,
I feel your warm gentle touch,
I hope you feel loved,
under the sweet night sky rush.

My world before me is perfect.
There's nowhere else I want to be,
except laying underneath the stars
hand in hand, you and me.

Just when everything is perfect,
and you seem so delicately sweet,
a rush of wind comes past me
and I'm swept off my feet.

Nothing could be more right,
there's nowhere else I want to be.
Let's take a walk my only love,
Hand in hand, you and me.

Premium Member Myrnia Guardian of Singing Brook

Mere Mosquito landed delicately on brisk water.
She felt protected in this forest Shang-ra-la.
Spied teensy minnows swirling a bit below.
Singing Brook was mosquito’s favorite resting spot.
Round pebbles at the bottom sang happy melody.
Myrnia, a fine water faerie took care of this place.

Myrnia had been given her choice of guardianship areas.
She had known instantly when reviewing Singing Brook it was hers.
She adored the shallowness of her waters, drowning no one.

A mother deer came to drink with her fawn.
She began to dip her face, but stopped.
Move over, Myrnia whispered to Mere. You are scaring her.
She took role of Guardian of Singing Brook to new heights.

My first precious newborn

My first precious new born.
Today marks your 21 year old.
How times flies when it does not seem to be that long ago.
With pleasure, I welcomed you into my life.
With leisure, you have me a healthy and happy mind.
I remembered, with hard work around the clock,
The nurses, medical professions and the doctors
With their delicate and expert skill
You were delicately removed from my womb
You were cared for and lowered to the cradle.
They did a fantastic job at Royal Women's Hospital.
As soon as you were laid besides me in my bed
You quickly turned your little head
You misted my breaths one by one.
That was our first intimate, remarkable contact.
How soft and smooth the skin on your cheeks,
Your flesh breath radiated like sun rays in the sky.
I never cuddled anything like you before.
With joy and delight, my heart beat mingled
With the rhythm of you suckling on my nipples.

Premium Member A Pair of Doting Plants

Thinking of you I levitate on a joyous ride
Holding in my sight your cheerful eyes
Visualizing the contours of your paradise
Where longing hearts made a garden inside,

In that garden reside a pair of doting plants
Blossoming vibrant flowers of divine charm
Emanating ardent fragrance of romance
Adorned delicately with euphoric stance,

Lost in this euphoria are souls love sought
Showcasing a life filled with thrilling dance
Elegantly swirling moves of passion around
Holding each other closely in jubilant pause,

Holding pause, you hear my amorous voice
Longing for you to be transfixed by my side.
Hearing sensual vibes I sense your reply--
Anything short of forever is not a long time,

Rejoiced by your cue, my mind occupies you
Reverberating cadence of our secret song,
As the lyrics I heard echo from your heart
Holding my eternal love in forever trance.

Premium Member To Where Unknown

Another one disappears to where unknown
Taken at will from near their family home
What possesses a person to become
The lowest of low, whom descends into scum

It was a rainy night in down-town New York
As she headed home taking a different fork
Her desire to get there across darkened greens
Not knowing what was lurking, hidden, unseen

Footsteps in echo grow even closer and fade
In the quiet dark her nerves become frayed
Worried she runs as her mind starts to fret
Internal distraught, now interpret

Upon reaching her home she is pinned to the ground
From the dark abyss he appeared, stealth, no sound
Her long brown locks so delicately brushed
Being pulled in brute, in hungered rush

To a car she is taken, distraught fills her so
As she's pinned to the floor, her fear is in flow
Down by the docks she's stripped naked to bare
Neanderthal is he in lusting stark stare

Used and abused, her charms now taken at will
What possesses a person to take life to nil
Discarded now spent, now just left in a heap
No care for her family, no sleep till they weep

Days now pass, unknown as to where she's gone
Taken minutes from home, where she truly belongs

I ache for an esoteric escape ~
    to relearn the unwritten rhythm,
 lost in the gravity
              of your gossamer gaze,
where the sun
                   no longer dawns
as a sinister star ~
   and the dust
               of monsoon skies
 rains soulful sonatas,
     while mellifluous mists
             merge with silence,
 to paint
   a porcelain portrait
         that feels like forever ~
not merely
    a picturesque prison,
but a place that houses love,
       beyond uncertainties
            framed in fear…

but now we meet and muse
in the realm of garnet gravels,
      a dream delicately composed
  in roseate reverie
     where this becomes
                 more than a portrait,
   a poem woven with patience,
when heavy is the past
   that
     pushes, pulls,
                   presses ~
  while leaves sigh and
  drift through skies of
                        autumnal elegance…

I surrender to your balmy blues
 the ocean-deep devotion.
I long to devour and remain
  consumed
  amidst the
       boulevard of divine doves
           a field of freedom
                         until every evening
 envelops our thoughts
  with tender teal ~ timelessness
      and soul-prints pulse
               and glimmer
    tracing twilight’s melodies
like silk-laced stars
      spinning through
      the cashmere cadence
           of everlasting Eden…

Premium Member Clyde's Fine Country Diner

Clyde's Fine Country Diner is located about a mile south of town.
If you're lookin' fer rib-stickin' grub, its the greatest place aroun'!
Clyde retired after cookin' fer twenty-two years in the U.S. Navy,
Servin' up gobs of SOS, more delicately known as biscuits 'n' gravy!

It ain't a fancy place, jes' some booths and a dozen tables er so,
Dominated by a friendly but saucy-tongued waitress named Ruby Flo.
Farmers in John Deere caps meet there fer breakfast ever' day.
The Baptist Ladies Aid Society meets each Tuesday noon to dine 'n' pray.

Country and Western blares from the juke box near the kitchen door.
Ain't no fancy carpet gracin' the place, jes' a squeakin' wooden floor.
The menu ain't changed much over the years but it is quite replete,
With homemade pies, toxic navy coffee plus plain good things to eat.

Sundays, he features fried chicken, peas and smashed pertaters,
Mondays, soup du jour and tossed salad with garden fresh termaters.
Tuesdays, Clyde offers Mexican with enchiladas and tacos in the shell
Wednesdays, the speciality is green chili soup, the hottest this side of hell!

Thursdays, you can enjoy all you can eat of macaroni and cheese.
Fridays, he features either chicken fried steak er a servin' of Chinese.
Saturdays, is his famous chef d'oeuvre, prawns and black angus steak!
It ain't a 5-star café but Clyde serves great grub, of that there's no mistake!

Premium Member If truth had a colour

In this kingdom of fragmented gates,
I'm frustrated in being chained in a glass mansion.
The world is trying to change me,
forsaking my 'chess of life' into ruins.
I yearn to soar like an unconfined eagle,
but my talons are like frozen footsteps on glaciers.

My heart used to illuminate like the northern lights,
like a perfect portrait of a poetic sunset.
Now the unkind mind of humankind attempts to mould me,
tormenting the claws of my tiger spirit.

Upon a path of nomadic illusions,
spiritual delusions, struggle to salvage sunrise,
when the horizons are a blanket of black.
Crooning clouds resemble melancholic tones,
when twilight bleeds in burgundy blood clots.

I see seas of sorrow with an unstoppable ending,
when Satan's sighs summon a history of hurt.
His garnet eyes feel like thorns in peacock feathers,
silencing sentiments into a voiceless cocoon,
spiralling spicing moments into solitude, so I summon
my Goddess of Thunder.
The enigmatic voice of my queen of the night,
resonates in calming flawless frequencies.

Like art from abstracts of an architect,
we bathe in my pool of sentimental stars,
delicately dressed in dancing dandelions.
Each petal sparkling in a lake of rose quartz,
under a moon affair of astral rain-dreams.

If truth had a colour it would be her chocolate eyes.
Her celestial nature tells me heaven can wait.
No longer is my concrete onyx heart on fire,
as it glows like a trillion golden dragonflies.

Summit Times Ja Just Gotta Walk Away

Summit Times Ja Just Gotta Walk Away...

Excusing yourself as if...
going to the bidet,
an immense water closet
(perhaps the size of
Mar A Lago type getup),

sans human waste
(after flushing hearing
heavenly suctioned whoosh)
empties into prez Donald's bay,
where one bum wrapped aforementioned
toilet finely (and finally) enthrones

derriere exquisitely, and, delicately
intricately, chiseled wrought with cloisonné
ah...enjoying simple pleasure a$$ I say
sipping one after another Red Bull, whence
with one final trumpet of the rump -

(as acknowledgment to angry 1%),
though quite reluctantly did pay -
hitting the custom built in combination
handsome replica Taj Mahal fountainhead golf
course made from clay

baked Adobe bathroom links
(whew...long Atlas) shrugging off
responsibilities, escorted
by migrant compadre
Russian Putin lookalike uncannily

also resembles plucked Kernel Sanders
advocating consuming buttered Thomas
English muffins with oreos can delay,
tending to government, who successfully
playfully, melodiously preaches, sermonizes

and absolute zero values benefits burning
off calories, where couples sashay,
asper square and/or contra dancing,
where the caller hollers hip hip hooray
barely audible above

noisy fracas and fray
of crowded house,
avast throng of village people stomp
louder than a quiet
riot global military foray

anathema to dogma,
karma, persona... of
Jacques Cousteau, or green like
minded millennials and/or gray
bearded whelk homed by elasmobranchii.

My Chai

Sitting on the corner of the cafe with my friend after a long day,
Sipping the warm and sensual Chai tea,
Feeling the cold air from outside brush against my face when someone opens the door,
The taste of cinnamon ,nutmeg and milk flooded my mouth with pleasure ,
The soothing vapor mask my face delicately as i closed my eyes and inhale the sensual
aroma,
I stared outside the window watching people walk by,
I embraced my cup and sipped more,
The sounds of the tranquilizing music in the cafe sedated my tension even more,
I continued to the savor my chai until there wasn't a drop left,
And then walked out the cafe and left until the next day.
