An ingenious man from Blackheath
Who rode his luck from up and beneath
Once had been a boy scout
Never once left home without
But when he checked found a hole in the sheath
He though had prepared for bad luck
Velvet sheets beckoned a tuck
Retrieved some bicycle lube
While he sat on the tube
Pouched his wet lips for a repair suck
Because of sensual addiction
And to enjoy coming friction
Chose from puncture repair kit
To mend the small condom split
Afraid of his lover’s eviction
To circumvent premature detection
Not to eschew passionate affection
He put the patch on the inside
Small draw back for delight
No chance now for any defection
But when crescendo’s climax had ceased
And his virile manhood had eased

God has set the archetypes and the example

to the Truth are married as examples of wife
filled by his spirit have become Gods Temple

that reformation of character and to Truth believing
unto the spiritual pattern of nature are receiving
so destruction the nations evade she is preaching

Double Acrostic
I just want to mention before you read this poem that "Oasis" by Charmaine Chircop
allowed me the inspiration to write this. Thoughts had been swirling through my mind
for about 24 hours and I was having difficulty finding the form to express them. Those
of you that know me know that I favor difficult forms rather than plain Freestyle.

at least two things will continue without interruption: death and taxation.

two kinds of people, the rich and the poor, will remain without interruption.

I will continue to pray, to go to church, and keep writing new poems and stories.

whether by mail, the internet, or bank drafts, bills will be due without hesitation.

Airlines, hotels, and car rentals, will still expect us to make a reservation.

College tuition will not be free, but young people will continue their education.

Both winners and losers will continue their complaints and frustrations.
After the election, there will be less affection, but it’s unlikely there will be any defection.

States will remain united, and none will decide to declare secession.

it’s possible there might be some new revelations.

‘Trust me’, no Politian is likely to face any incarceration.

The Lord is never threatened by the devil's ability to deceive and destroy, nor is He in the lease overwhelmed by man's wayward decent and defiance.
The Lord Himself put the timelines in the layers of earth, rocks, and trees. These same lines have given reasons by many to disbelieve in the creation
story. It's not just the timelines, but the heavens also declare God's glory and the open sky His handiwork. The entire universe in His vast domain has
been set in motion to rise and fall by His decrees. It was the Lord who gave GPS to the birds and the bees and stop signs to the waves of the seas.
When He used His loving hands to form man from the dust, or when God
wrote the 10 Commandments with His own fiery hands, or when He inspired
Moses to record the 5 books of the Pentateuch, He was not attempting to prove to anyone that he existed or explain the age and meaning of the
universe. He was building relationships with the objects of His affection and was deeply hurt and saddened by man's mad rush to defection and defiance.
I tell you, God encourages the pursuit of man's rule of the earth and the exploration of this great universe. So, if we should choose to expand our
minds until our gnostic thirst is satisfied, or even until we replace our brains with millions of computers and A I devices, let none assume that their 'findings'
will detect a world devoid of God. God has always been. God always is. God will always be. God will continue pursuing and loving us until the bitter end.
Earthly satisfaction of the human thirst is limited to none. My prayer is that we agree with St. Augustine's conclusion of finding no rest except in God.

Has life ever been cheaper,
When doubting God grows steeper?
Love without justice perverts.
Justice sans morals subverts.
Despite the evil scheming,
God's spiritual streaming.
Doubt your doubts about the Lord.
Confessing them brings reward.
His past acts need reflection.
Remembrance foils defection.
His Providence revealing,
God's spiritual streaming.
So, wait for the end of it-
His faithfulness will acquit.
Remember, He's powerful,
Gathering up baskets full,
After thousands done feeding,
God's spiritual streaming.
Let the fools think they have won,
When God has only begun.
The wicked need to think twice,
Boasting about our demise.
Trusting Him is redeeming,

When all has been said and done,
The Warrior-God, His Son,
Fulfills the Davidic reign,

I dreamt upon
a blessed night
that suddenly
the world went
right
man turned from darkness
back toward Light –
I dreamt upon a blessed night
that evil had finally been
defeated – the Devil, sorely
retreated
for man had rejected darkness

and all of God's angels, rejoicing
reached down into the earth-grave

The Word of Truth is made for our correction
to tear down the the entanglements of defection
to expose corruption and self deception
the barriers and veil to the Father connection
People believe in angels but seem to forget
that the armies of Lucifer are still here yet
a deceiver and lies are his pathways
to deaden hearts where clouded thinking stays
Is the easter bunny a truth or lie
and when children grow up and do ask why
in the Truth of God they haven't believed
because like a fairy tale it is received
Just another story as it's understood
like the fables to show evil and good
that the outcome and end can't be serious
because they believe the Truth is mysterious
The paths of Truth lay within simplicity
and it's clarity does overcome lies duplicity
Gods Kingdoms children and such like ones
speak a single Truth not Babylon's tongues
Like the fiction of fairy tales lies reside
in religious doctrine whitewashed graves hide
by pomp and pageantry Jesus teaching denied
and the indoctrination of demons Gods Word belied
Fiction upon fiction are children fed
so like those tales Gods Truth made dead
why take it seriously when one is grown
all stories end happily in heaven is shown
What is important is what they get now
for death doesn't exist for eternal soul anyhow
Beliel and Satan and prophetic prediction
they can just chalk it up as another fiction
One cannot teach lies and be a spiritual Jew
by teaching of Jesus can only speak what is True
to be a Son of God with all lies must brake
for Holy Spirit must heart and mind remake
The Word of God should affect all reason
and clean out all thoughts that to God are treason
Jesus may have died to save all from sin
but that won't help if not reborn within
Behold I am coming quickly says He that is True
to cleanse the earth and make all things new
broad the path to destruction those chosen few
they have believed Gods Word and whats holy renew
