Beneath a sky of uncommitted rain,
I walk through streets where windows hold no names;
the city flickers like a dying vein
inside the wrist of midnight’s restless frame.
The moon hangs loose, a lantern without shore,
adrift upon the blackened tide of doubt;
each star appears a nail in Heaven’s door,
yet none can tell what waits beyond or out.
I am a suitcase left on some old train,
tagged by forgotten hands and foreign dust;
the years pass through me softly like cold rain
through roofs abandoned long ago to rust.
Sometimes existence feels a borrowed coat
stitched from the shadows of uncertain seams;
we button up our fragile human throat
and speak in currencies of borrowed dreams.
The mind becomes a forest after fire,
charcoal branches sketching broken prayer;
while somewhere underneath the buried mire,
small roots of meaning twist through ruined air.
And still we rise.
Like ships with cracked compasses glowing,
we cross the fog because the heart keeps rowing.
Giovanni didn't trust Michelangelo,
He'd heard that for guys he was hot.
But for minimum pay of a florin* a day,
He was willing to give it a shot.
As soon as they started the session,
Gio's senses said something was wrong.
Mickey couldn't decide how to pose him--
Wearing armor, a toga, a thong?
This went on for a while, and then with a smile
The master casually said to the dude,
"Please don't think me a jerk,
But to get this to work,
I must have you totally nude."
Avoiding eye contact, Gio peeked at his contract,
Then took a deep breath and replied,
"Si, but with the insistence that you keep your distance,
And another five florins besides."
And that's the way the story goes,
I've repeated it word for word,
How the most famous statue in all of the world,
The one that's called "David" occurred.
*Author's note: The florin, ducat, and lire were common currencies during Michelangelo's time. A florin, according to one source, was worth 2 crowns, approximately $26.00 today. I could not find the name of the model who posed for this sculpture nor how much he was paid. I doubt seriously if M. paid his models in florins, but I like the alliterations.
Beneath the celestial dome, where stars dance in silence,
My soul, a nocturnal wanderer, seeks your shadow in hordes,
Among thousands of the night's dark shades, and the beat of wings,
You are my shining labyrinth, the kite struggling towards winged horizons.
Ascending the inscrutable mountain of silence, with peaks lost in clouds,
Here I am, searching among the shadows of the nocturnal minstrels, unhurried,
Where words melt into the smoke of memories, in my obsessive search for you.
Within the web I live, the play of your whisper is my only music.
In the fabric of the night, the measure of my longing resonates, an echo of raw feelings,
Stirring deep cascades of mystery, where the real fades mute.
You are the abstract dream, formless, yet with fiercely waiting contours,
Carrying me on wordless wings, through a voiceless carnival of illusions.
Among unwritten memories and the oases woven into the soul of nocturnal twilight,
I see you as a reverberation of lost thoughts and eternal memories.
We pass, transparent figures, through the living kaleidoscope of day and night,
Whispering questions about where dreams evaporate when they shatter in the rain.
Nothing is sacred or cursed, just the ancient and perpetual game of light and shadow,
Where tears and smiles are the currencies with which we redeem the past moments, evermore.
The effort to translate what we feel through the prisms of reality is the raw courage of twilight,
Battling the muddle of the mundane and building bridges over the waters of oblivion.
Daily we make pacts with the incomprehensible signs of our serene existence,
Writing our story in the brooding blue of uncertainty, without signs.
And on the sea of knowledge, in a ship without a map, we search for you, the eternal unknown,
As we search for fulfillment at the midnight hour, when daylight's voice is mute.
she speak to lovers
all of whom she admires and adores
they whisper their wants to one another
like prayers to a god
a god that listens and understands them
they speak to voices
only to hear chants
they ask for monetary currencies
that they might exist beyond the scope of their being
who's voice shall answer mine
might i be lucky enough to be heard
that these ways make it easier to live
and love
between those who like living this way
yet god if you hear me
might you listen
that i might have possession of the flower amiss the garden
that it's beauty is valued high among men
and that possession of this flower
will make other to perceive me as successful
that a king among kings
only are to war
but a king to his queen
might he be loved
that the words of men are to be heard by the god
who shall grant love to them
that others might contest these lovers
might i have the flower
might i have the flower
might i have flower to possess as my own
that the woman might be adorn as much as
the world adorns the blooming bloossoms
amiss your fields and gardens
might i possess this beautiful ornament as my own
A breathe of life is in all.
Billions of filthy containers,
Nothing good is expected from them.
They are full of something,q
We've both got to check the profitability needed to replace the trash in them.
I'm afraid and need a motivation to keep the breathe alive,
Don't wish iniquity keeps dominating.
Not to allow self-deception to qualify somebody wrongly.
Today seems to make some of us low class members,
And some of us high class mates.
Situating both the poor and rich under equal sunshine,
Tells of defined indifferences,
We all receives Jehovah's rain.
Truth be told,no soul is called perfect in appearance,
Maybe we still got to grow?
Throwing jabs in suspense.
Wishing to be known?
Pls then we kindly should stay awake and take some pills.
A powerful dose to cure the fake personality role being played,
Or life deserve to be lived by futile deals?
There's a strong pain felt by ridiculed souls placed on trade.
But the skillful men will forever keep their stands before the seats of the great men in diadems.
Remember perfectly because the Greatest Supremo want us to keep this as part of his powerful anthems.
So who did choose to ignore money?
Please tell me there's no one you've ever known and would know.
Yes,others choose to dig for knowledge.
Then the system of things prove that we chase currencies or search for hidden ideas.
Ignoring to picture the result of a wicked man's target setting is a first mark to his downfall which always urge the discreet man to fear the true GOD who is in the highest place.
The warning is still coming from afar,
Yet many ears sleeps in a buried world.
Just because poor happiness is taken as a major fame.
Such a wrong identification?
Good bye dear friend,
Good bye my fellow keeper,
Until we meet to commune with the one who through him we exist in this lonely place.
That's where we would inevitably receive the reward we individually deserve.
So until then, please let's fare well.
I have noticed
all my daily educational journeys
begin with,
Where do I come from?
And how do I feel today
about my journey so far from yesterday?
Our journey so far,
and yet not far enough?
I come from living waters
as profoundly liberating as the air
we would soon learn to breathe.
I am feeling sad
for all the opportunities I avoided
to escape all the risks
invited by my shortages of curiosity
and patience,
Sad for settling into my most intimate low commons denominator
lack of commitments
neglecting my healthiest potential connections
with other living waters,
natural spirited inspired inspirational experiences
With those who might have had ears to hear,
surf to ebb and swell emotion's wane and wax,
with low-bar instructions
to stay out of troubled oceans
seas and seasons,
lakes and swampy ponds,
waiting to be industriously drained,
rivers and endless wondering wandering tributaries
of wet extracted nutrition.
Sacred water murmurs more active hope,
a spray tickling across a lucid lupine stream
speaking mountain voices with and through rounded
risky
stones
Actively seeking sights higher
deeper
wider
narrower
there
here
then flowing on into higher water marks
now threatening to swamp organisms
and organizations along the shore
of change in all relationships of Earth.
I feel sad
I have not set my well-watered sights higher
than do no harm
to those living waters
flowing forward into time's healthiest
transparent
vulnerable,
curious and courageous future sluggish currents of nutrition,
prophets of soon to come malnutrition,
and all climatic hopes and fears
angers and sadness
in-between drowning risks
and strong-flowing currencies of win/win
wellness watering opportunity
To notice
all my daily educational journeys
begin with,
Where did I come from?
And how do I feel healthy today
about my journey sufficiently far from yesterday?
Our journey so significantly far,
and yet not far enough?

Thus spoke the Premier in a solemn voice
Announced the implementation of a new plan
There are too many scams, I had no choice
It is to benefit the common man
At the stroke of midnight when the corrupt sleep
Their misdeeds in the past sixty-year span
Will be exposed when the new changes creep
It is to benefit the common man
The new fiscal policies come into force
Old high denomination notes, under a ban
Must be deposited in a bank, explaining their source
It is to benefit the common man
Only limited withdrawals from banks allowed
New notes, small currencies to be supplied in a van
In front of banks panic stricken citizens crowd
It is to benefit the common man
Small vendors, daily wage earners badly hit
Blamed the faulty implementation of the plan
With no resources to survive they admit
It is NOT to benefit the common man
The opposition parties were on their feet
To scourge the government on the plan
They used the situation to generate heat
It is NOT to benefit the common man
Fifty-five people died standing in the queue
Claimed the opposition, it was an empty van
Government bigwigs unaffected as they knew
It is NOT to benefit the common man
Nonsense! Said government sources
The process of cleansing just began
Soon there will exist no evil forces
It is to benefit the common man
Fifty-five million patiently stood in the queue
Waiting to withdraw as fast as they can
Their complaints are baseless and nothing new
It is to benefit the common man
The common man is helpless, unable to think
What will be the end of the process that began
Short of cash, in misery he’s on the brink
What else can he do, he’s born a common man!

Need of this Hour [Merry Christmas]
Love is the need of this hour
To ruin violence from this earth
Violence starts from the merciless hearts
It grows in this earth with the help of cruel
Hunger and starvation is the result of greedy beggers
The selfish culprits have paved the way to it
Blasts and blood gutters are running
From the currencies of devils
Love cannot be polluted and
The rain pours only to quench the thirst of sacred souls
Sun lights this earth only to show all good
Show My Man your Love to others
Christ shares His holiness of love
To establish His Kingdom in this world
Recollect His mercy and show on others
To protect this earth from The Hands of Satan
THE DUST ON WORLD’S EYES.
The earth crying of pains, the Sky’s eyes running tears, complains of losing sight.
Rolling in phases the destructions of man,
The earth orbit sick of hearing more;
Civilized and uncivilized laws destroyed our values, as religions incarcerated the truth.
Humanity raining destructions; hard on everything on the surface,
Things under the earth, are crying of volcano damages that’s spreading like roots of tree .
Scandal s got angry like madness snake;
Targeting figures and stars; bitten harder on men
Nations destroying each other, leaders drawing sword of war and sanctions
Yes, ruling class are clashing, little sleep do they find.
Politics is destroyed by scandals and corruptions,
The umbrella of peace is broken , made crippled and stationed on wheelchair.
Yes, peace made sick and hospitalized in sanction’s hand.
The strong are Kneeling and begging for waving ;
the stronger spit fire of more.
The more the strong isolated from the stronger, the more the confusion.
Things fallen apart, allies gloaming and head thinking.
Unequal fairly is destroying the world, unequal living has destroyed us
Weeding out elements of unfairness practices; stands unrealistic but realistic.
There was a World I met , a world of peace , a world of hope and a world of prosperity
In that world, men are lovers of peace and women are hold high.
There is a World to leave behind, a world of disarray and chaos
Where existence looks inconvenient;
only the anointed of corruption have the best
in that world, nothing left undestroyed.
Humans are sold like pieces of meat in the market, children are homeless and the fear not to born get worse.
Unequal currencies set ablaze the economy, leaving it disjointed and sorrowful
Everyone have sore of pains unhealed ; things that made us one has tore us apart.
A world where humans have no leader; but, leaders have leaders,
All have destroyed the world

Pastor Omojevwe Emmanuel
I have always been alone
I have always been the lonely one
In the corner, quiet and silent
Inside of dreams to come
So with determination
I build and build and build
Possessions compounding
Wealth is the only scorecard I know
Now, it’s amassed, and I have it all
So with pride and confidence
I do what anyone should
I must purchase a possession of my desire
I read in the paper of a sale very fine
A Garage sale of many old antiques divine
Within it all is treasure so very deep
A broken heart of golden hopes
I am not sure how one goes about
Such a purchase, of infinite value
I am succumbed with depression and sadness
For all my wealth
I have not the currency to buy this heart
So I burned my money that very night
I learned, there is another currency of delight
I wrote words and music and poetic verse
My Snow White she refuses to awake
Even my heart at the bone it shakes
Vaso the empty vessel of life
Learned there is no currencies at all
To acquire a broken heart
