Take care with wet wishes --

there is a shortage of road sponges,

then come the splashes

rivers that overflow

can carry away foolish rafters

those who did not heed the sky,
soaked, desperately needing dry

be careful of wet kisses;
the clouds they come out of --
debris they also carry
can sorely tarry
when thought is to settle-down
and lovingly marry --

rain can clean, quench and grow
kisses can comfort head-to-toe,
can drench when overflow

be thoughtful, restraint when making
decisions -- we will all make mistakes

but, long term, no benefits from wet
brakes....

Premium Member No Anchor For Rancour

Unmet expectations damage the dormant psyche,
unkept promises smother the rays of fading hope,
unkind words tear the lattice of the mangled mind,
life then turns into an urn of fabricated resentment.

The sane senses become the fast spreading wild fire,
uncontrolled, it boils the blood of intrinsic pride,
and as it flares up, it burns the gentle demeanor,
left undoused, its spite blazes the bonding chords.

As the bitterness smoke billows thick and intense,
upset conscience loses the equilibrium and crashes,
vile breath is charged with the acrimonious ashes,
and the patient facade of restraint they deface.

The discordant world and harsh times I take on,
entice them to create the last straw to clutch,
so, I don’t sink in the implacable stream of life,
but sail to the serene sea on the boat of clemency.

The sunburst horizon sheds gold dust on the sea,
the hued dawn lifts a new day of promise for me.
In unfurling sky on lilac wings the joyous clouds rise,
on them with the rhythm of rhapsody my mind flies.

On the beach of awareness the rapture waves roll,
carry away my livid footprints to the depth of oblivion
of the obscure sea with the uprooted anchor for rancour,
as I perceive my sublime soul exult within a new me.

Your Smile

Who can forget this smile?
How can I say who am I?
Although I can close my eyes I can eat.
That smile created me a beautiful world.
Am in this world that's why am happy so.
Yoh this world am in now is so beautiful.
Who can able to handle this huge smile..?
Even the flodding won't Carry away this dyke.
This amazing smile will flow forever like a sea.
This smile also wiped away my sorrow tears.
No sick again as this smile is more than medicine.
You are making my joy tears falling like a rain.
Now am asking myself that..who am I?
Am really after the betterfly.

I can stop thinking about you.
Whether am sleeping I see you.
My sweetheart I will buy you a moon.
I will also take you to the heaven.
Whatever you want I will give you.
Even death won't even try to take you.
You love changed my world.
I love you .

Premium Member Cry Me a River

Cry me a river, let your tears flow
Drown me in sorrow, the pain that you know
Let me feel the weight of your broken heart
And together, we'll heal the pieces torn apart

Pour out your anguish, your fears and regrets
In this river of tears, let them all be set
Feel the cathartic release, the weight off your chest
As you drain your emotions, in this watery nest

Let the current carry away your pain
As it flows downstream, and out of your veins
Watch as the water swallows your grief
And know that in this moment, you can find relief

For the river will wash away your tears
And with it, your worries, doubts, and fears
So cry me a river, let your emotions reign
And together, we'll find peace in the pain.

Is Not the End of Time

Is not the end of time
This is to the people
The people all over the globe
Don't be worried of this era
For sure it will pass
Despite it marks will be felt
But we can stop it margins now
What ever situation you are
Be thankful for life
Cos this could be the end
Of the road for some
But difinietly
Is not the end of time

Is not the end of time
This is for the weak and fearful
Don't panic in this time
If this virus era was a creation
For sure the creator succeeds
When you are in a deep panic
We must not die with this time
It is a time to view the world
And see what the world today Is
Is a time to recognise
The benefits of life
Is a time to ask yourself
What is the essence
Of your life
So don't be carry away
By this era
I tell you the truth difinietly
Is not the end of the time

I watch them grow and feel myself aging.
Not long ago they were babies I’d hold.
Love is a battle we’re always waging.
They’re growing older but I just get old.

Time slips away like a handful of sand,
Right through the fingers to fall to the ground.
Life is not something that we can command.
There’s no escaping from where we are bound.

Look at my children, so smart and so strong.
What can I leave them to carry away?
Perhaps a good sense of right and of wrong.
Unending love to get them through their day.

I’m not much further from where I began.
I never found fortune. Maybe they can.

Second Best

Woman, when it came to loving me
I knew I was always second best
But can you tell me why you had to
always leave my heart in such a mess

You kept me hidden in your darkness
placed me on your shelf with all the rest
Until you needed a heart to break
then you would tell me you loved me best

You would show me off to all your friends
fill me up with all your hopes and lies
Seems you got your kicks from hurting me
just like pulling the wings off of flies

I’ve tried so hard to stand up to you
oh, how I have prayed to God above
To please reach into this heart of mine
and carry away all of my love

Still I hope someday you’ll settle down
and need the love you’ve always suppressed
Then you might ask for my company
and know I was never second best

Love Binds, Selfishness Confines

Alone in my world of solitude, admitting this feeling of mine
my desire to let go and cry, is nothing short of benign
nothing I think to do can elevate, sensing my emptiness to blame
my pain and anguish intimidates, bringing with it this shame

These words I hope to relate, might bring me a respite and chance to feel
maybe I just need assistance, finding a successful way to heal
regardless of the reason, for me truth must still hold true
I can't take this pain much longer, or I don't know just what I'll do

Extending my hand to you my friend, advice is what I really seek
finding an answer to my dilemma, this situation is very bleak
help me to confront that internal pain, in you I dare place my trust
refusing to believe or to give in to despair, I know this I must

My unseen tears, like a falling feather the wind shall carry away
how much did I hope my heart of flesh, would somehow turn into clay
you see my friend how to contend, with a heart weighing me down
trying to solve this anguish I have, in sadness causing me to drown

All my life this world to me, only black and white will I ever be able to see
there is truth and there is untruth, in my eyes that's how it could ever be
this world of gray is not worth much, another way for the selfish to gain
manipulating the truth to benefit themselves, while causing others our pain

living in our world full of desires, with temptations how to tow that straight line
confronted with selfishness and personal gain, thoughts causing my heart to pine
rising to the occasion and choosing wisely, more than this you just cannot do
but if the alternative is to compete with the selfish, run to avoid them like the flu

Comforted I am with these words I learned, quoted in the name of someone great
Rabbi Eliyahu Dessler was his name, and in his wisdom did I truly find my fate
"you can give without loving, but you can't love without giving", is what he would sometimes
relate
so if this path of selfishness is what you choose to follow, your true love will never await

Not Anymore

NOT ANYMORE
Growing up was bitter-sweet
Strong and confident at first
Insecure in the middle
Shy and naïve; close to his prime
Afraid, naïve, and broken- to be expected
And the assertion goes on,
To him
Being broken and healed….
Yet it was hidden there
In the heart, mind, and all other magically crafted stores within
And then he plunged and broke free, soaring,
Now he was
Grasping all the confidence made bare
Extinguishing, fiercely, the once and
Still, dangerously lingering trace of the bitter past…..
NOT ANYMORE…. An anthem, now
Pushing him to greatness and to the highest altitude,
And Yes!
NOT ANYMORE….
To the;
Days of Darkness-Past,
The evilness that seeks to destroy,
The inferiority that limits me- close to nothingness,
The non-entity which was desired to be branded on me,
The chances I missed to Love HIM (God),
And
The carry-away excuses I made to prevent myself from expressing my
Sincere LOVE and Gratitude to my Awesome Family (THE ASANGALISAHS’ AND ADIALEYS’)…..

Premium Member A Normal Stranger

Strangely, the world – strange
Has transformed from graceful,
With stardust laughing across the plains,
Sunlight silences the darkness, the night
Falling beneath the shadows of light…

As I lift my eyes to see the alterations,
Changes that speak to my spirit,
Stirring up the silence, lifting the ability
To reach out in anticipation, for the wonders
The amazing – bravely coloring the earth
In spectacular shades of joy so worthy

Fluctuating between silence and sound,
The inspirations imagine a softness, gentling
Hearts, trembling through the spirit in waves
Passing through the seas of memory, the past
Warms my faith and reminds me to listen
To the abiding truth, the ancient – forgotten
Among the memories of my youth, my life…

Before the new – before I knew paved roads,
Skyscrapers – cars who break through my dreams,
Singing of places I’d never imagined or believed
I might see – because in my past, where I lived when
There were horses everywhere, dusty roads,
Fighting with swords and fists, never expecting
The police to carry away the problems in shackles

Yonder, where there once stood a barn – a fence
A cow and a sheep, the horses in the pasture…
There stands a building, a sidewalk or some car
And, everywhere I look… there are people checking
The little boxes they’re carrying, taking chances
Never looking beyond their hands where the mysterious
Little boxes appear to be the reasons for their attentions
To be drawn away from others, into the mightier lands…

The lands of mobile dreams, ideas that seem to bleed
Through the impossible cells where they believe
Others can read all their feelings, their thoughts, their
Opinions… alive inside the little boxes they carry everywhere,
Revealing the wonders of the future that has come to us,
The ones who once knew freedom in living with the natural world
And, finally, discovered – here in the present, a life that will

Silence the past with its slow moving theories, lighting today
With the stars, twinkling in a sky that still has not changed
Despite the transformation of the entire earth, - the natural
World erases every doubt, each cloud, that dims the candle
Lighting up the past’s memoirs of what once was so normal
