My soul and body have never been good friends
They are in enmity, constantly at logger heads
When my body aspires to have riches and fame
My soul strives those tempestuous desires to tame

When my body seeks to have fun and frolic in whole
My soul yearns to see me freed from their deathly control
It recognizes, there is a life higher than this earthly life
Free from ego and all bondages of conflicting strife

While great currents of bodily aspirations perpetually rise
The soul longs to capture the eternal heavenly prize
As desires come crowding like rising waves
To wrest dominion from them is what my soul craves

From all tumultuous passions, it wishes to stay free
Also, from all agonizing and enslaving thoughts, flee
Though life is one of crippling chaos, struggle, and pain
From adversities, soul strives to have everlasting gain

The pleasures of the body can only ensnare me
So, my soul, from all incarcerating passions, wishes to flee
It keeps a wish list like Love and Compassion to fill the breast
Also, Kindness, Thankfulness and Composure to calm me to rest

As the river seeks the sea, when life comes to its end,
I seek Thee my Lord and in you, my soul wishes to blend
Then in pure bliss and deep content, I will sing a joyous song
Freed from all sorrows that once throttled me in throng

Life

#Life
Tour of trials and hostility, in this cave, life capture's my soul, hell prey's for my flesh, indoctrination waits in ambush for my mental GPS. With this God DIY tools, equiped to unearth parth's long consumed by creation and evolution...

from four cardinals of earth, horns of wisdom positions distressed and discareded abilities of mother nature. Waterfall's bearing rebirth, cleansing drained long extinct men conscience...

from under earth plates, smokes with insence, awakening purities long ingraved in packages of human descendency to life. Hijacked dreams and hopes of child's maps of earth, peals from bondages of captivity and brainwash...

The world, for the first time, wows and collides with rage, for denied and amputated abilities, that earth stole from genesis. Rise of greatness, beyond wisdom and intelligency, degenaration in every hole and pores of earth and men, here and there pillars of change, marking the begining of magnitude.

Love, nor beauty or ugly but how it's use
Man hasn't change from ruins before us
Building world to wealth beneath feet of slaves
Opportunity or dreams to which we die
Breath given while they feed off garden
Where is their fruits plentiful spoiled ground
Hands clean as smoothness of baby's skin
Wars, famine, desolate streets hunger a belly
Darkness; soul thirst for life's starvation

Each era same, results without conclusion
Christ died for our sins, who will die for yours
Blood shed streets evil presence lurking vengeance
Darkness depths, among your conscience you murder
Your own soul, your own breed, animals deserve better
Poison to corruption comes thought cause heart isn't in it

What is man if only for himself except alone
Lazarus sleep's doorway your steps trail
Equal; while pockets robbed for life's pleasure
Freedom, where thou earnings pay be breathless
Where's my people release from bondages of desert sands
Except we be chained to societies demise we wait....
still to be freed

Forgiveness

Painful memories..
A stinging pain
An open wound that cannot heal..
Remains opened
A portrait covered in glass..
The pieces of glass shattered into thousands of pieces..

Pieces of glass signify hurtful memories of being hurt by another..
A person you loved so dearly..
You held so deep in your heart..
Had done the unthinkable..
The unspeakable..
A sinking feeling of hopelessness..
The heart slowly sinking..
Sinking and sinking..
As if a ship that once sailed so effortessly, had stopped sailing..
The ship continued to sink..
The open seas were forever closed..
A sea of agony and pain..
Persistent pain ..
Time after time..

A complete state of resentment and utter disgust..
Anger with a mixture of hurt and pain..
All combined together to create a toxic state of mind..
Poisened daily..
Repetative toxins frequently..

Frantically cannot endure the open wounds..
The sinking heart..
The pain and agony
The poisonous toxins..

Saving myself from all the misery and pain..
Discernment of realization
By just a choice..
The choice shall once again ignite the flame within myself that had burned..
Burned and faded instantly..
A making of an instantaneous choice..
Shall set me free..

The way to my freedom is..
Forgiveness..

I forgave the other..
However I truly saved myself from the bondages of my own entrapment..

Wounds cleansed and healed..
Liberation..
I am free..

IT BAFFLES ME

It baffles me...
When you lose your warships
And life puts you in situationships
The mind gets disabled
Leaving you in disorder
Uttering your ability
Turning you into liability
Even when you're without disability
You start depending on others to survive.

It baffles me...
If you choose the matter over mind
Your thoughts and emotions begin to fail you
You'll start questioning or doubting yourself
Forgetting your potentials
You start loosing everything
Your confidence and people
Until you pick your spirit up, which is the mind.

It baffles me...
When you stumble, crumble or fumble
It becomes a trouble
Steadily disrupting your peace of mind
Causing mental bondages
When things don't workout for you
Because you know you're doing your best
Even when you try to find rest
Life steadily throwing you test
Never relent or regret, for it's part of the journey.

I AM POETRY

light penetrated dark, sound birthed
the Word ~ p o e t r y
a superlative emitting that which changes
emerging when ripened as verse
speaking to people faraway
unlocking alphabets from minds
to glide, fast fly, jump or slowly crawl, landing
at destined places, swords or aces

I am Poetry ~ weep or whimper not for me
existentially dancing, enthralling, glancing at
blank paper to be embroidered in ink
ruby red, black or olive green
free flow I from fingers fragile, artistic or sturdy
regulate me only for joy or exploring expansion
perhaps for judicious judgement

I, P o e t r y ~ sequins of Love convoluted or rayed, in service
purifying emotive sentiments conditioned, romantic, missioned
Heart is my home where rest my letters, forms
cadences, couplets, epics
in non-bewildered intelligence visioning dreamscapes
divine, liberated from bandages, buckles, bondages

alive is my Supersoul breath giving voice to electrons
protons, neutrons which fleetingly capture
essenced life through observed elixirs
as Poetry, I witness action followed by pure
stillness ~ transcendental whirlpools in orbits
my limbs reach language lyrical or plain
burnished and wise
cherishing recitals in sacred spaces

I activate thoughts and visions remaining
supremely unattached attuning words
for Grace ~
undulate imagination in perfect waves
misty, clear or intricate, intriguing, unblemished
gratifying, swivelling, sizzling in my own
fire or ice
I, Poetry, consummated
voice the W o r d

My Mind Wants To Flow

My mind wants to flow

My mind wants to flow and flourish
With soil underneath
And Sun shining above
In the sky

My mind wants to flow and flourish
And blow like a wind
Free like the children of Nature
And soothing like the cool breeze
Blowing in hot summer

My mind wants to flow and flourish
And splash like a sea wave
Touching its shores and expressing,
Its evergreen love and
The desire to embrace the rocks
To get the much sought after Peace within

Blessed is the place and minds
Where the love for freedom blows
And blessed is the heart, which bleeds
Where mind and souls are tied-up
In bondages and are not free

Gaza's Mothers

In Gaza, the mothers don’t sleep, waiting in darkness, listening to the sky that’s been raining death -- nothing to inspire a fairy-tale to lull their children to sleep, their ears sharpened to the slightest noise, attuned to the whir of Israeli drones, incessantly circling above.
Every day they are ambushed by grief.
They sleep close to their traumatized children, comforting them like an iron shield, turning their bodies into pillars of safety, however fragile,
not knowing if they’ll wake up in heaven or bomb craters.
Allah is great, we shall survive another day.
There are days when they hope for a respite, and then suddenly,
without a warning, bang their child is ripped from their arms, the gloom of death rope around them.
Their grief exceeds all troubles.
Their faith thrives in their misery.
We cannot be in more extremities than them, mortifying the Earth.
Great mothers of Palestine. Death cannot do what you would not submit to.
What noble discourse these heroines afford.
Their spirit so strongly moves me.
The veil of moonless night is ashamed of what tears they shed.
Drought from tears they know not,
nor the arid air of disbelief in their cause,
to live free, a great refusal of the bondages, no matter how their numbers
add to cluster of dead and disappeared every day,
homage to the majesty of a collective will.

BED OF PAINS

Bed of pains
You can't run from it
No matter how fast you run
You'll always return to it
You're always afraid of this place
Because it makes you displaced
There's no story without pain
Maybe it's a fairytale.

Bed of pains
A place we always retain
There's no absolute happiness
When we live in bondages
To be free, is to be guilty of no sin
We all are in different prison
It's a psychological warfare
Depriving us all of our welfare.

Bed of pains
It all started from our roots
That's why we keep hurting
Because it's part of our life hood
You can't run away from it
It's rooted in our veins
Some pains wounds us
Then makes us vulnerable
And some awaken us
Making us durable.

I Cry Everyday

I CRY EVERYDAY

Why would I cry every day?
What do I do to stop this weeping?
It is my marriage that brings those tears
Tears of no joy...I mean gnashing of teeth
Yet still on earth with no intent to visit hellfire

My tears are of an abused lady enslaved
Trapped in a contraption called wedding
I now know why my other friends wants to be free
Free from the mundane atrocities of a marriage
Free from the bondages that comes with wedlock

Get away from the strife and knife of the In-laws
My In-laws are bitches of high level degree
Really, they are members of the witches and wizards club
They dine with long nails in their corners
My husband as an initiated one laugh out loud

I am continually ignored as if I was dead
I wish to join their cult when I am at my In-laws'
My presence irritate them from within
Their young ones lack all sorts of manners
I am disrespected at will even with my husband's will
