I’m sorry I disappointed you
And failed in so many ways,
I only wanted to make you proud
And thank you for the yesterdays.
I didn’t mean to make you cry
Or fill your heart with pain,
I didn’t mean to paint clouds
That filled your days with rain.
You are very special parents
Whom I love with all my heart,
And I won’t let life’s challenges

DESPERATE
Would it be right to be desperate for what is already yours?
For when you least expect you shall open doors
Why betray your family and friends
And make them blue
Lured by lust and greed to what you don’t want to do
The masquerade must dance last
While not wait for what is yet to come
Rather than what will come to past
Would it be right to be desperate and crave for less
When a dog that is patience gets all that is bless
I shall never be desperate for love

I didn't cheat, I showed love affection, I spent quality time
I don't think I'll ever be the same I can't get her outta my mind
I asked myself where did I go wrong
I was always patient I never did no harm
when we were together I was the best man I could be
but then it hit me
since God brought us together
and I didn't put him 1st he took her from me

We lift the cross on our back
And follow not returning or showing lack

As your provide water to quench our thirst
Lord while all where tumbling down the mountain
You came and provided a fountain
Cutting down the trees and clearing a path
Marking the trail to escape the wrath
We come to you
To receive new thoughts and desires
As you give us new life
So we shall escape death
Some laugh and think this is a game
While others might see it as shame
But Lord I hear you calling thy name
Living a life full of love is necessary
Let's bring lots of bright cheers and smiles
