My Mind Wants To Flow

My mind wants to flow My mind wants to flow and flourish With soil underneath And Sun shining above In the sky My mind wants to flow and flourish And blow like a wind Free like the children of Nature And soothing like the cool breeze Blowing in hot summer My mind wants to flow and flourish And splash like a sea wave Touching its shores and expressing, Its evergreen love and The desire to embrace the rocks To get the much sought after Peace within Blessed is the place and minds Where the love for freedom blows And blessed is the heart, which bleeds Where mind and souls are tied-up In bondages and are not free Ravindra Kanpur India 5th Feb. 2005 rkkapoor@sancharnet.in

Oh what a beauty! when minds do tie up with their souls, there would be no bondage, love Simone

The last three lines could include so many people for so many reasons. I feel that this is a spirit sent message. Keep the creative pen flowing. Sara

Especially beautiful Ravindra .. great analogies within the poem of a free flowing flourishing mind... producing a lovely write as this "beauty".. enjoyed the fragrance of your poetry tonight...luv.. Linda-Marie..

Interesting poem, Ravindra. I like the content you express through the lines, although it was a bit difficult for me to understand the last stanza. A couple of remarks I wish to say. Perhaps you meant "float" instead of flow and in the 2nd stanza, blowing seems too strong a word for breeze, perhaps "refreshing a hot summer" might work for the context. A beautiful vision of a poem. Thanks for sharing and thank you for your kind comments on my poem. Best wishes, caroline.
