CONSTRUCTISTA
collaged
installations
moving
swaying
counter
rotating
spatial
dimensional
continuous
happenings
Some spider webs in our house
Are permanent installations
That have been up there so long
I’ve named them constellations
The largest is Webus Major
Made by a little nipper
That crawls around all day long
On what I call the silk dipper
One of my faves has got to be
The Arachnadromeda shape
And it may be the oldest
Above on the ceiling scape
Speaking of the oldest, there’s been
In the corner for an eon
Full of wings and fly gut things
The great Gossamer Orion
I’ve tried to show some of my friends
My constellations in training
And two guys, to my surprise
After drinking, took turns naming
My wife’s no fan of cobweb ‘stars’
Lately, I can barely trust her
Like when she asks for a ladder
While toting her new dust buster
If in a singles ad you spot
a 'RUGged individualist'
Don't be surprised if he
lays carpet for 'Magikist' *
Perchance you'll get excited
when you read that she is 'curvy'
Hate to let you down, old stick
but she just can't type ~ meant 'scurvy'
When you eyeball 'slightly heavy'
picture a spare tire in cargo pants
And if you ever read the dreaded phrase, 'well-rounded'
If she's a poster girl for 'Obesity,' please don't be astounded

* 'Magikist was a leader in carpet installations and cleaning
in the Chicago area back in the 1950's and '60's. It went
out of business in 2001.
Juan Munoz to sculpture did bring
gallery size pieces that were his thing
Installations with false perspective
helped his ideas to thrive
Armand Frnandez Arman
collected bits&bobs in a tin can
Visual rather than a conceptual realist
with junk he did installations persist
The winds of war are starting to howl,
rumors of war beginning to spread even now
Emissaries of governments speak lies at negotiating tables,
full of vomit of distrust ...
as the gathering storm blow those past crushed bones of dust
into the roiling air
Fear mongers go down into hidden, subterranean installations
to prepare
for the looming destruction that will rain from the air
Death don't care
how many bodies will be littered
on the ground everywhere
The foul wind begins to blow from the gathering storm
Merchants of war congregate in their smoke-filled,
dark boardrooms ...
Dividing the spoils from the soon-to-be laid waste lands,
and the vomiting of distrust begins again
Territorial maps will be shifting with the wind,
as multi-national corporations confess their inside trading sins
to their false profits and false gods
Baleful winds of destruction is howling at the door
The gathering storm of war has arrived
upon the shore once more
East Jesus
Assemblage and mixed-media arts,
imagine a world without a waste,
Salvation mountains, acrylic colourful carts,
Sculptures and installations put with taste,
Self assessment of the deep inside,
Freedom of expressions for all sarcasm,
Thoughts brighten up to everyone's pride,
Epitomising the world, creating a microcosm,
Vibrations of secret knots that bind the world,
Low culture high art, low technology high concept,
Radicalised self, idealised societal bird,
To fearless present, bold dreamers will perfect !
