Fear of damnation
may keep some
on the path of Straight
And Narrow...but only love
leads to Father’s door and
welcome --
the convict forced to obey
rules of confinement, spirit’s
attempt at Heart’s realignment
earth is a humane
prison – isolated, in a galaxy
of limitless, greater fascinating
mystery -- truth~ our behavior
manifests as distance --
we have confined
ourselves in immeasurable ways;
Divine Connection why Christ
preached Love (above all
else) – saw death as salvation,
Evil, as surface preservation
and Eternal Life of health and Joy
(Son Relationship)
only after the Soul’s
Transfiguring Resurrection!
Quem me dara o paraiso
For me to live
I hope it will be my father
I can't wait to go to
My Father's paraiso
Because I know that
My father's paraiso
Will be peaceful for me
I just don't know
When this will happen
I am waiting for this to happened
Maybe it will only happen when I die
I don't want to have anymore
Distraction when I am
Working
I need to concentrate in my
Writing
I can't afford to make anymore
Errors when I am writing my poems
It has to come clear
The message I am trying
To give to my Father
Hopefully he can pas it
To his people
Nobody will die of frostbite
So come and stay warm
Inside my house all throw the Winter
When the spring comes
You can go back to the street again
Eventually
Then it should be
Easter when we will have
A feast for my Father
On good Friday
There is a true story you may have been told.
This is a true story that never grows old.
It happened thousands of years ago.
It is from the Bible as you may know.
Jesus died upon the cross.
For mother Mary, it was a tragic loss.
He was buried in a tomb that day,
Three days later, the stone was rolled away.
And then, there was a beautiful sight.
An angel appeared, all dressed in white.
Jesus is no longer here.
But don't worry, you have nothing to fear.
He has risen on this glorious day!
So your sins may be taken away.
Believe in him, and you shall have everlasting life.
Even the man wielding a knife.
So on this Easter day,
Shout and rejoice, and yell hooray!
For he brings peace and hope to all,
Jesus will be there when you call.
I kill for tomatoes
if only they were satisfied
with some~ the fat, green
caterpillars --
Weeds seem always to thrive --
like children somehow in the
gutter – soil of the street
never needs tilling, or nitrogen
added, handily replenishes its own
filth and acrid scent --
Occasionally one ripe
with good seed is spared
both plate and gutter
then to be crucified
Shared my list with God today
the pros and cons of the season:
how fond I am of blossoms, despite
all the sneezing – how showers cleanse
the air, refreshment of a spring drenching;
how orchids abundance bear, how perfect
nights are for strolling, loving couples
hands assuring – puckering in leafy shadows,
beneath endearing folds of canopies, stars all a-blush,
beaming deeply brighter
from such intimate exchange –
Shared my list with God today – more
pros than cons; not grading His Season,
nor His Methods nor Reason...just wanting
to say about this one, of Rebirth and
tasteful Sharing, I find no other, delightful
enough for affectionate comparing....
He is risen, yes He is risen
Evacuated stony prison! :)

Fun fact: RhymeZone says
those 2 words are basically
all that will rhyme together
with that exact sound! :O
Eh - eh! Hosanna, hallelujah
Praying to the God of Elijah
Oh-oh! All the people on earth,
Praising daily Jehovah Sebaoth.
Eh - eh! Hosanna, hallelujah
Praying to the God of Elijah
Continue to share love and peace,
Oh-oh! Respecting the God of grace.
Eh - eh! Hosanna, hallelujah
Praying to the God of Elijah
My heart is only for you, Lord
Oh! Great warrior and safeguard.
Eh - eh! Hosanna, hallelujah
Praying to the God of Elijah
Playing daily drums with notion,
Singing daily psalms for all nation.

My Story, His Glory
Miracle Man
5-1-2022
It was the day after Easter in twenty-eighteen,
and my cardiologist was just entering the exam room.
His greeting to me was “good morning Lazarus.”
A lot of people were talking about you yesterday.
This was the same Doctor who had previously told my wife
(one year earlier) that there was little hope for me
because I just had too much going against me.
I had the Widow Maker and three days later
Sudden Cardiac Arrest and everything had shut down.
More than one Doctor has told me personally,
that I shouldn’t be here and that a miracle had taken place.
I went From 16 bags on a drip frame to one in seven days
and Doctors told my wife they had no answer
to what turned things around other than God had
intervened and they began calling me
the protected one, superman, and miracle man.

Ave Maria
I hear the cries, the ties that bind.
I recall it all when Easter comes.
His suffering upon the cross our
Great and humble loss endured for us.
Ave Maria
How she must have suffered too at his feet.
The tears she shed as her son bled.
Then as He dies the darkened skies revealed
Mourning fears mingled with anguished tears.
Ave Maria
Laid to rest beyond the stone mourners moan.
In disbelief instilled with grief as He appears
First before Mary's eyes to see our Lord arise.
Ave Maria
Rejoice this blessed day as we pray...He lives!
As His disciples too bear witness to His wounds.
Jesus died to wipe our sins away. With the
Grace of God he rose from this sod into Heaven..
Ave Maria
Amen!

One bright day
the sun will shine,
and all weather
will be fine;
One fine day
I will meet you
in the light –
and there-on-in
will be bright;
One golden day
a jewel of a day
will sparkle,
putting laser focus
on the center stone
in the ring of Christ's
glorious bride –
One eternal day
men will no longer hide
from truth, opening to the
beams of his Risen Star, the
immortal nature of transfigured
being – releasing all from the
bonds of sin and death – closing
earth's ears to the Devil's
maniacal, hypnotic evil
voice –
One Victorious day
man, awakened, will make
the way of heaven his conscious
world-choice,
transforming creation,
our soul's divinely united
majestically living emaciation....
Silent, He bore His cross
Endured the pain and shame
Under the scrutiny
Of scoffers filled with sin
Feeling their mutiny
Silent, He bore His Cross
Gave up His life for those
Who left Him suspended
Between heaven and earth
Alone, undefended
Silent, He bore His cross
Erasing our sin debt
Knowing He gave His all
Reminds us what was paid
So on God we can call
Silent, He bore His cross
In three days, on Easter
Jesus Christ rose again
Alive, He came to give
Freedom to souls, amen

Easter Theme
April 11, 2022
Another day of living, with no high speed crash,
Focus on the future, and reflect on the past,
Live everyday in beauty, and let the sunshine in,
And thank the Lord above, for removing all the sin,
Support from our brothers, our family and our friends,
And pride for myself, for letting Christ step in,
Wear that badge of honor, and motivate the weak & shaky,
Giving thanks for resurrection, while enjoying this gravy,
Life left to live, not just topping for this supper,
The most real thing I've heard, the cross he hung to suffer,
To forgive our sinful ways, so we can love in peace,
What a wonderful day it is, knowing there is relief,
And a purpose for my life, in my heart and my future,
No matter how deep the wound, Christ always has a suture,
To stop a bleeding heart, and to even out the beat,
And Easter was the day, he rose back onto his feet!

Of all the plethora of Easter thrills
The empty tomb always gives me chills
To think that Jesus rose from the dead
Unfathomable, but takes away our dread,
Reminding us that life goes on after death
That living in Christ sets us eternally free
After leaving this world, I’ll still be me,
Because I have everlasting life in Him
“Christ Arose” – I love to sing that hymn!
For some, Easter is a time for new frills
Seldom thinking of who has paid the bills
For our sin, He the Via Dolorosa tread
On the cross, He the supreme penalty bled
Reminding us that life goes on after death
“Oh, Lamb of God,” how can it be? --
That morning, at the tomb, Satan did flee
At Calvary, when we thought it all so grim
There, at the tomb, found our hope in Him.
[Note: Gina, I know it probably doesn't qualify, but
this is how it came to me. I tried Free Verse, but
it didn't work. So, I just want you to enjoy it this
way.]
