Premium MemberMemento on the Moon

The Sea of Tranquility gives rise to a parasitic plague,
Colonizing mechanical machines grinding,
Robotic arms frantically fabricating an inhospitable habitat.
Plumes of blackened smoke drift off into zero gravity—
A profuse profanity birthing intergalactic implosions.
Forfeited steel domes replace a once-pristine satellite,
Whilst humanity, like vultures, journeys to their new paradise,
Foaming at the mouth to exploit the dark side of the moon.
Looking outside the frosted rocket's windows,
Earth's decaying corpse is nothing but a mere memento mori in the rearview window.

Zounds!
longing for a
merciful descent into
the terminal ground
where smoky eyes
semi-watch
streams of
semi-(dis)information
exhaled from
smoking brains
on a mission
to search &
deconstruct

ticking clocks
taunt
timely bombs
lost in
purple blobs
of
orange haze
awaiting
purging deluges
sprinkled with
white bolts of
blinding hell

the raving
raven's
feathers flicker
while
flippant tentacles
grope skyward
for
divine decisions
tickling
a sickly brain
  that
  bemoans
  its feckless fate

we shall overwhelm
a sizzling planet
striving for
  brief moments of holiness
in a pit of
squirming soothsayers
  de-coupling
  from
  determinism
becoming
tomorrow’s
sorrow

Mercy me!
a pseudo-prayer
crawls out of
a mournful mouth
(“help me Help MeHelpMe!!”)
  muttering
  monotonic mantras
  replete with
  rollicking ruminations
  reverberating from
  titanic implosions
  in the dark
  deep sea of
  terrible time

In conclusion...

Dawn's Calyx Woke Her And She Saw Pink Explosions

Dawn's calyx woke her and she saw pink explosions
As if hot flaming rays across the window sill
She woke me, I was brainstorming some implosions
Laughed together, love was in the pinkest pill
But day cried out, I am now tantalizing you
Your hearts are combining but my golden rays shift
Radiant glazes that give you more than your due
I work with love, in tandem we paint in to uplift
At the beach morning sun again touched our souls
As the ocean's strong waves washed our lazy feet
We marveled, life astoundingly joined our goals
Must have been Heaven's lovely will that we would meet.

That day, in the afternoon we vowed to wed.
That glorious night, we slept in a silken bed.

Harvest of Stars

Look up!
Sparkling autumn stars above swirl in the Milky Way
Glittering umber, gold and fire of astral leaves
Streak through star dust of light years
Twirling in the gradual autumnal transition sway
Under falling aster stars born of spring lion’s light
Missing now the summer song of swan and lyre
New the frosty Sculptor to crisp nights.

Look up!
From galaxy fields fiery stellar artistry gathers fruit -
Silhouettes with cosmic bits like crystal dew -
Ripening in celestial orchards, the southern autumn’s hiatus,
Gleaned in abundant harvests of astral constellations
Ride twinkling Pegasus across the Centauri season
When Soul and Heart nebula nosegays seed the hunter’s stars
Where silence echoes ebony implosions.

Blast Off

There’s never enough time.
With minutes left, I search for your face.
I hope I see it soon, among the stars.
I’ve stalled & drug around buying time
Until you arrive, to no avail.
There’s never enough time.
Everyone’s always in such an uproar.
It would be easier if I could take you
With me.
With minutes left I search for your face,
Life flashing before my eyes.
Our passion a countdown to the last
Second.
Soon we’ll be on display for all to see,
& I will love you shamelessly & complete.
An untamed galaxy, my breath yours
For the taking.
Soon we’ll blast off.
With minutes left, I search for your face.
There’s never enough time.
It would be easier to take you with me.
If dreams only worked that way,
In terms of cosmic implosions.
I’d be dead.
However long it takes until launch

Like Thunder

No,
	I don’t think that’s it
 at all
It was the thought
	That mattered
			Wasn’t it
When thought and matter ignite into
implosions of everything imagined
Across the darkness
Explosions in the space reserved
for all that is lifeless
Begins to matter
Combined as life in lightning
Igniting sparks across the
Instantaneous creation of the heavens and
The chaos of everything asunder
becoming what we can see from here
and the many things we fear but
cannot see

Keeper of Wishes

Look up! Look into the face of clear astral nights –
See my trail of fiery radiance hurtling across swirling galaxies,
Streaking through star dust of light years –
In this space where silence echoes thundering in celestial implosions
I hear your hearts speak – know your hushed voices -
“Star light – star bright!”
I hold your wishes close -a nebula bouquet -
Gathering them in cosmic bits of sparkling dew drops
Like crystal dandelion puffs spoken by ageless children’s voices
Blazing trails, stellar light capturing echoes of wishing wells,
Tarnished pennies, smooth stones or celebration candles -
Your wishes belong to the stars - guardians for unspoken dreams
Offered to the eternal heart, my keeper, keeper of the stars – keeper of wishes:
And, if I fall I pray you keep me in your pocket.

Moon Lost Its Balance

We sat aloft an isle dune
  peering over the ocean,
waves mesmerizing
  our inner turmoil,
grainy surf's implosions
    pulverized ego's scope,
whilst voices turned hazy
 wiping out equilibrium
midst broiling sun's psyche
  washed back with
       salt water tears,
there was no lighthouse
  to guide a safe harbor
  nor save disparate crests
no words reverberated sound,
    just the floundering of
      restlessly gritty emotions
that once were blissed horizons
   before moon lost its balance
     to relentless torrential currents
      of neglectful destruction,
   drowning in ambiguous undertows

Earworms

EARWORMS

peaceful music mantra
to staunch the flow
of blood. Rushing
through my bent brain
buzz racing faster
than a freight train
such futility gives
pleasure. Like a
torpid inert joke or
passing tune that
adheres itself .Glued
pasted provoked
EARWORMS
that won’t let go

I succumb..
to impending implosions

I play..
self indulgent songs
EARWORMS
to get me out
of my own way
