The fire descends, a whispered dread,
Above the city of the dead.
And from the gate, a frantic flight,
Toward the mountains, toward the light.
The angel's law, a word of steel:
"Run, and let no backward feel.
No glance of sorrow, no fond gaze,
Lest ye be caught in judgment's maze."
A Draconian State, of salt and flame,
Where mercy holds a different name.
For to a glance, a heart's small ache,
A life is forfeit, for its sake.
So turns the head, against the will,
To see the city standing still.
One tear, one memory, one breath,
And then the cold, consuming death.
A pillar stands, of white and fine,
A woman's form, a grave divine.
A silent tomb, to mark the cost,
Of all that one brief look has lost.

Finish that sentence on your own.

The Earth isn't dying—no, she's screaming, a sound you've stopped hearing.
she cried when girls walked miles for rusted, tainted water,
when ancient forests become forgotten, ash–filled pyres,
no worn map ever dared to mark.
In my homeland,
we don't fear the tempest's furious might.
We fear the silence –
The hollow echo of empty, cracked wells,
the desolate stretch of barren, parched fields,
The early, unforgiving digging of our graves.
They label us “developing,”
yet we are always the very first to drown,
The very first to wither from hunger's bite,
The very first to forfeit a future
we never, ever sought to destroy.
They peddle green, plastic-wrapped illusions.
“Eco.” “Clean.”
As if mere words could somehow
unscorch the blazes from the sky.
But behold, we stand–
girls with bare hands, replanting the struggling forests,
boys coding, fighting against the swift collapse,
children marching, with fierce fire in their lungs.
I continue to write.
Because even now,
The Earth, in her enduring wisdom, still believes in us.
**Thine Eyes**
Make love to me with your eyes; I will respond with my body. I will not tolerate feeling unfinished, like a carpenter's uncompleted house. I have desires that will only grow stronger, shifting like a rebel with purpose. I will not forfeit until you are ready—or until my heated pillow ignites.
Make love to me with your eyes; do not let your hands touch my body. I will send you kisses through GIFs, and I will bring your desires to life with pleasure. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want (Psalm 23).
So, make love to me with your eyes; I will not back down until you are ready. If not for my sake, do it out of goodwill.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
You aren't me.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
You don't want to be me.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
Through hell, I've earned it all.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
You dont need it, I do.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
What's yours is mine.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
You dont deserve it, It shouldn't be yours.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
Let go of it, it's mine.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
Give up on it, what's mine will always be mine.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
Death to all of you but mine- I will grasp it.
I hate. I hate. I hate.
I dont care about you- mine! mine! mine!
I hate. I hate. I hate.
Shhhhh, forfeit yourself- it has always belonged to me.
I hate. I hate. I hate.

sacrifices for queen's gambit
fruit
we sway in the wind
but i grasp the air
in hopes it can sweep me from this branch
this branch-
preserving the purity of my skin-
is forced to let me fall
i rip from the loosening grip of my cluster
a wound on my side-
evidence of a new chance-
gifted by violent departure
i feel the air on my palms
i smash into the ground
mud covers my face.
i gaze up to the branch-
my past shimmers in the glaring sun.
a blue bird flies overhead
her beauty exerts itself effortlessly over my grime.
she parades her freedom
as the mud hardens under the kiln of the sun
i signal to the bird.
recognizing my flare, she glides to my side
and picks me apart
as i lay here-
opened up to this beast-
i listen to her speak
her tongue mumbles a foreign language
one that doesnt wish things away
a language learned from experiences
observed in her fulfilled juvenility
when all that is left
is the muddy skin on my back,
i sink into the earth
decaying for more time than i ever spent on a branch
why would i ever
excuse myself from youth to preserve my expiration?
i forfeit my experience then,
to gain a lonely breath here
If relationship held by emotion
It is not impossible to break up
If it is done by selfishness
It is difficult to survive
If it is done within a contract
One day you will end up in court
If it has string of conditions
One day you agree to forfeit it
Be with someone you love truly
No buts, no ifs, and no attachment at all.
Never forget those
Who was there for you
When no one else was.
The mind may forget
But not the heartache
Only grave regret.
Don't forget good deeds
They're good investment
They're like good seeds.
Love never forget
Whether bad or good
Life's part not forfeit.
The world lay in deepest darkness
As black as a raven’s wing
Bereaved by the sadness of sin
Awaiting the One who would save it
And cause the world to sing
It happened one Bethlehem morn
The hope of all men global
That a star bore witness to the birth
Of the King of kings so regally
In a feeding trough less noble
O come ye let us him worship
And forfeit to him our all
For he is that pearl of greatest price
That is worth more than we surrender
To possess him at his call
Freedom calls out to me,
just over the railings.
Freedom dances,
just out of reach
Freedom sings,
”Abandon your jailer, abandon Life
Abandon your duty, abandon Life,
Jump over the railings,
and join me in death.”
Desire possesses me,
a promise of freedom offered
with a heavy price to pay.
Behind the railings hide
A choice that may cost my life
Hesitations hold me back,
Ropes of responsibilities restrain,
Buried under building burdens.
Forced to forfeit my freedom.
You have clipped my wings,
Cries of desperation pulling me away.
I am bound. Trapped. Chained.
Won’t you set me free?
In shadows cast by bottle's glare,?A stepfather sits, lost to despair,?Mean and cold, with a heart of stone,?In the wake of his anger, no warmth is grown.
The walls bear witness to whispered dread,?As hours stretch long with words unsaid,?Each clink of glass, a thunderous toll,?Echoes of misery, consuming the soul.
Bitter words drape like heavy chains,?A child’s laughter drowned in the strains?Of thunderous storms within the home,?Where love is a ghost, forever to roam.
Eyes once bright, now dimmed by fear,?Silent prayers cast into the sphere,?For kindness lost in a tempest's rage,?A story written on an unwelcome page.
Yet beneath the scars, resilient and shy,?A flicker of hope still dares to fly,?To break the cycle, to seek the light,?To rise from the ashes, reclaim the night.
Though the past holds hurt like a bitter vine,?With every brave step, the stars realign,?For love can bloom in the darkest of places,?Healing the heart that this monster chases.
So here’s to the strength that refuses to break,?To dreams forged in darkness, no more forfeit,?From the grips of despair, a new dawn will weave,?A tapestry bright, for those who believe.

On a sea of lights, we reached Dubai.
Urban journey thrills the mind and feeling.
to travel across the world.
through whirling clouds over the oceans so blue.
To arrive at my goal and be with you.
What more could I want from my summer trip?
Rustling leaves, hazy air, and a lush woodland.
All is halcyon: the clouds above me whirl.
My blood has thawed, and my heart feels warm.
The declining sun fades like a sinking ship.
turning warmth and light into silence.
The owl reveals her nighttime reign.
Underground squirrels ran away.
lives and hearts in ecstasy
neither gold nor diamonds do I desire
my family's faces set my heart afire
forfeit your tinsel and adorned trees
your hearty welcome and smiles
have your parties ready to dance
Tomorrow is a gift and you're a pandit
My love is yours; blast your trumpet.
