Birds are flappy, fish are flippy.
Lively creatures, they are both.
Hares are hoppy and they're zippy.
What gives with the sluggish sloth?

Hegemonic, flippy-floppy, swip-swoppy,
filled to the brim with utter hypocrisy.
It’s okay for your team but not the other,
loaded dice cheating your way to the top.
Should have known at 17 what happens
when you choose to think for yourself.
I was once more engaged, until I saw
things for the game of dodgeball they are.
Keyboarders will join an online duel
but don’t see their own communities.
How about backing a stranger up while
giving a block to a friend of ten years
without even trying to talk it out.
Your priorities are stacked against you.
Those morals only exist on your profile.
Trust me, I know you’re not the only one.
I was once more engaged, until I saw
things for the game of dodgeball they are.
Stay out of the firing range. Be discrete.
Only wave a flag you can explain,
anything else? Sit back, get educated.
But that’s not hot, that’s not on trend.
Until etiquette makes sense?
I’ll follow MY OWN agenda.
I was once more engaged, until I saw
things for the game of dodgeball they are.

Pressure builds to the last straw
A butterfly unfolds its wings
Toes coil down on cliff's edge
The flippy flop flips to pause
In a coin tossed spins in the wind
Fate's fair is on hold in the air
For a tiny puff can
Blow out the candle
Or make the butterfly
Take to the air
Or send momentous whispers
in murmuring ripples that propagate
To shake the milieu
Not stir
Toppling happenstance over

I met a sixties hippie
his hair it was quite flippy
I said he should cut it
he told me to shut it
oh man, did he get lippy

She was lava lamp pliable
Easily moved and positioned
Flippy floppy appendages
Ridiculously compliant
Rare signs of life
Loud breathing
Danger of falling
Bed sore bound
Six year coma

underwater mysteries lye dormant
underwater frequencies run ramped
flippy grey floppy over currents and waves
floating boats poach and boast the most
flippy floppy tides sway coast to coast
choppy white water,
tidal wave caps
harpooning for big benji and da bloonies
illegal ignorant people
turn pirate and evil,
they don't even know
lethal vibrations steer fear thru the nose
bottlenose flippers hear and swim near
flippy see dark slick come from engine rear
flippy Frisbee disc floppy,
fly thru the air
hunger for humans
show no pity
starving their wits
little did flippy know not to swim thru oil slicks
playing with nature
why not?? No risk?
gill filled with ick
black gold and ignorance
oils inflation,poached population
effects and causation
coffins for mammals soon not to exist
love earth and love water
at least love still insists
life will anew, recycle this mist
though will dolphins adapt to this new age environment bliss
I love flippy and floppy, I hope for the best
I end with a kiss

Becoming is never about being
Leverage your preamble whenever you feel all mighty
For the dawn is showing its humongous appearance
With no silky waves nor satin ripples
To cushion the heat protruding permeating pulsating through and through
Into that thick, into that thin, into that flippy-floppy mind of yours
Alluding to the supposed faint desperation
That is not yet evident
And is still invisible
Hovering and building up in the everywhere hidden bubbles of
Each and every unconsciousness ever expressed
Ever breathed, ever uttered, ever shouted and ever imparted
To the air, the space, the wind and the in between
Waiting for the right moment
For the bubbles to ballooned up
To burst and impacted on timed and ticked revelations
Giving birth to pseudo-prophets claiming for
Looking for, pointing at and defining to
The truth
The moment the truth defines itself
And crystallizes into a physical manifestation
That moment would become irrelevant to many
For being is never about becoming
And becoming is a far cry from actually being

See the golden goose.
Flutter its wings.
The boy from the matchbox.
Wants golden wings.
So he wakes up the giant.
From his dreary sleep.
'Cause the goose is what the giant had.
To keep up his keep..
So the boy climbs down a string.
That's attached to the lace of a shoe.
He keeps real quiet.
So the giant doesn't move.
He swings 'round and 'round.
Trying to keep in groove.
The giant stands up, in a hurriedly move.
The boy falls off the string.
'Cause he couldn't keep grip.
Clambered through the keyhole.
Going flippy flip..
He landed on the ground.
Taking off in a flash.
He took off in a flash; saying,
'this place is a jip'
