"I dreamt, I was a butterfly or was I, a butterfly dreaming...."
~
With regal grace of a Swan,
I dance amid dew drops.
Where enfolds a dream slipped by,
one each in a sweet Tulip.
~
Within this field of flowers,
beckons all that could be.
All the entrancing beauty,
steeped, in wishes mystique.
~
Their subtle scent enrapturing,
of my drifting,sensibilities.
Enticing me to believe,
each bloom could be reality.
~
The enchanting pull is silken,
as cool water, on sun kissed skin.
A delightful feel of welcome,
from each bloom, as I peer in.
~
I chance to sip the sweetness,
from a velvet petaled cup.
The vibrant hue I tasted,
a dream I had given up.
~
Fascinating, how time will fly,
within the stage of REM sleep.
A captivating thrall I need,
within a dream I want to keep.

Waking to the sound of rain.
Watching it trickle down the glass pane.
Walking into the kitchen and pouring some hot tea
Standing by the sliding glass doors and staring at a reflection of me.
Wishing I was outside dancing with the storm and the trees.
smelling the air filled with dampness and wrapping myself in the breeze.
Running into the wet forest with nothing but my bare feet.
Stumbling upon a lake so vivid and meek.
Holding myself in the rain as I twirl in bliss.
Waking from my dream I realize all of this.
It was a magical dream where everything was easy and free.
It was beautiful but yet so real to me.
Dreams are for believers
Dreams are something we want to see
We think the dreams are real
Sometimes the dreams coem true
Dreams are different every night
People dream about family, friends, boyfriend or girlfriend
Dreams are like the past, present and the future
We dream what we want
No one could tell us what to dream
Dreams are for dreamers
Dreamers dream thier life is going to be perfect
Dreamers dream of their family, friends, girlfriends and boyfriends
Dreams are dreams!
I dreamt a dream
not wanting to wake up
reality did jog my mind a little
but each time i drifted into my dream
i stayed in it longer
soon enough
my eyes would've stayed shut
never wanting to open once again
i favored the dream world
for everything was balanced
for everything made sense
and if it didn't
well, it still would've been okay
i soared in the skies
no care in the world
no need for disguise
no plan where to go
no pain in my eyes
just a fed happy soul
i favored the dream world
A dream beyond all dreams,
a dream beyond sleep, this
dream so deep.
This dream like none before,
it sits my heart, floods my
veins as senses soar.
This dream is not old nor is
it infantile, but is mature, and
in essence pure.
It is a dream sincere, to behold
for my future days, all giving
as the pendulum sways.
I know dreams have paths to
walk, responsibilities of care,
plus the ability to share.
But this dream holds all, its
aura pure and true, above all
it bears the beauty of you.
To dream the impossible dream
is the hope of all, but day and
night this heart is full and all
is realised.
Late at night when you're fast asleep
Things are never like it seems
For there is a man with a devious plan
Who can walk among your dreams
They call this man the dream walker
He invades your very mind
He probes around when you're sleeping sound
To see what he can find
He wakes you in the middle of the night
To see the fear that's on your face
You start to scream, but it's just a dream
As your heart begins to race
And when you have those falling dreams
He pushes you off the ledge
He'll make a sound before you hit the ground
Just to bring you to the edge
And those dreams you can't remember
He steals those dreams away
He'll twist your mind trying to find
A dream that he can slay
So don't forget the dream walker
The next time you close your eyes
If it's him you see don't dream of me
Just in case somebody dies
when a dream seeped
into a dome of light,
I was already leaping
with tale of grand sights
I was falling into
days consciousness
but a demonic spell
had begun to possess
in a depth of sleep
in the quietest dark,
I felt a presence
slide to make a spark
a nightmare of jowls
shadowed his face,
then his slimy fingers
stuck into my grace
he took my thoughts
on a hellish ride,
I was hoping my mind
didn’t burst open wide
the torture of angels
struggling on the racks,
was matched by the faeries
whip-marks on their backs
the mushrooms of love
had fungus and warts,
a cathedral of dreams
slipped out of all thought
with unicorns hobbled
and chains on their legs,
the elves head bandages
held together with pegs
the beautiful sights
I had run back to tell,
was lost in a nightmare
as I was living in hell
but endless this horror
well, it wasn’t to be,
as I write this poem
that dream is set free
but that’s not to say
that it wont return,
as I sleep in the night
dreams start to burn
A two day dream flying over meadows in shear peace
I landed on my feet in the town square on Wall Street
I talked to a lady who invited me inside
We had barbecue chicken for lunch, with apple pie
I then flew to the Twin Towers and landed on top
Looking around for hours, hoping I wouldn't wake up
I flew in circles to the Statue of Liberty
Her colors changed as the sun went down, to a bright green
How could the sun come up and then go down in a dream?
This was too surreal, and the ocean's glow set the theme
I flew back to California, just above the ground
I woke up so amazed and wrote this awesome dream down
Dream Catcher
Here is a story that is told from time to time,
About a dream catcher, who could inter your mind.
Soon after you fall asleep, you inter a new world,
Your mind begans to wonder, about this special girl.
She looks so fine there standing, out stretched arms to me,
A smile that has no ending, blue eyes just like the sea.
As we drew closer togather, she seemed to drift away,
My out stretched arms could not reach her, though i heard her say.
You will have to come back in this dream, and try another day.
Your mother is calling you for school, so you must be on your way.
I felt some one shake me, saying are you in there,
It was just bad timeing , when she was o so near.
The next time i may catch her, there in my dream,
Hold her close in my arms, even though its not what it seems.
Dreams make you feel like your in another world
It's like life is an oyster and you are the pearl
Deams can be funny but some can be scary
One minute you see a monster then the next a fairy
If you dream like me I can only recall one part
I wreck my brain trying to remember it from the start
It seem so real until you wake up and focus
That it was all just a dream yeah hocus pocus
You get into that deep sleep and you feel so good
I rather have my memories they don't leave like dreams could
Days are long nights are short what's a girl to do
But have more sweet dreams goodnight I hope you do to
Slumber in dreams of tropical days
Dreaming of wonder and fanciful ways
Chocolate houses with marshmallow doors
Sweetness abound with toffee floors
Fudge paving stones line the syrup streets
This dream is full of favourite treats
With clouds of tasty cream from Devon
This is a sweet dream made in heaven
Sleep tight my love,
I will be with you from a far and above
So in your dreams hold my hand
Take our love to another land
A land where unicorns roam, not afraid not alone
Where every step you take
Makes the flowers bloom and the Minotaur quake
A world of wonder that only you can make
As the fairies dance and the angels play harps
You are not alone, we are not apart
So dream a dream of a King and a Queen
With our Knights proudly by our side they stand
Throughout our glorious land
For when you wake I will be there
Holding your hand and saying a prayer
Day dreaming day to night,
Feeling free like a bird's out cage,
When I dream I don't want to wake up,
Thats where I have peace and nothing to worry about,
I get scared when I dream sometimes,
Sometimes my dreams become reality,
After couple of years that passed.
A dream is but
A dream, and
A nightmare is but
A nightmare, only
Sometimes it can
Be so much more
Once your mind
Arrives there,
Ever once dreamed
That dream where
You’re chased throughout
The night, but when
Every time you tried to
Yell, not a single sound
Could you unveil,
A nightmare was
Upon my mind
As my concuss left
My body behind,
Waiting praying for it all
To end, and arrive to my
Body once again.
