The Dream Walker

Late at night when you're fast asleep
Things are never like it seems
For there is a man with a devious plan
Who can walk among your dreams

They call this man the dream walker
He invades your very mind
He probes around when you're sleeping sound
To see what he can find

He wakes you in the middle of the night
To see the fear that's on your face
You start to scream, but it's just a dream
As your heart begins to race

And when you have those falling dreams
He pushes you off the ledge
He'll make a sound before you hit the ground
Just to bring you to the edge

And those dreams you can't remember
He steals those dreams away
He'll twist your mind trying to find
A dream that he can slay

So don't forget the dream walker
The next time you close your eyes
If it's him you see don't dream of me
Just in case somebody dies
