Of course those
In the circle of concern
Time to time
Tested to see
Who's best
Tested and essayed
To recognize prestige
and greatness
Sifting through the ages
In the now
Of
Tommorrow!
They sought fortune and fame
They danced in celebration
And cried in defeat
Hour after hour they labored
To be best in there feild of
excellence.
They toiled in sickness
and we're champions in
Health
they sought gold in
recognition of there
greatness
and we're right in there
they time and in all
times because they
we're best!

bloom blush brilliant
thru my mind
fervent fervid feelings
flow show
as expression outward flow
flaxen yellow
jostle joust
my mind's eye
view
brash brazen blue
in
distant hue
stirring sensations
hid below
ribald red racy rude
cluster crowd
contemplations crude
upon
vivid verdant green
imprinting
inner attitude
impression subtle & unseen
contending colours clash
with poignant passion splashed

on
canvas unabashed
Flowing swathes swarm and wind
Bloom blush brilliant through my mind;
As expressions in outward flow
Stir sensations hid below;

Escaping from his throne – gets caught
Dead-center in the all-too-narrow trap-door gap.
Alas, for all his wriggling, he’s trapped
Longitudinally between floors. What can a poet,
Ill-versed in such historic lore, do but
Taunt the Muses with his long, many-syllabled
Yelps, unrhyming but in vivid metaphor?
