My first love was at 16.
His name was Erwin. My only romance.
Together for 3yrs. And went our separate ways.
I wonder if we were committed if things would a stay the same.
I do not regret loosing my virginity to him.
I would not want it any other way.
Now that I'm through with relationships.
But I'm glad that special moment was at least with him.

Felix was angry I could not blame the cat for that
Mr.Schrödinger should have opted for a clean bowler hat
His experiment was a chiller
Prussic acid was a sly killer
Felix could not endure the cheekiest quantum rat
But Mr.Erwin Schrödinger was a great digger of truth
He went straight to Huttenstrasse's " Who-will-bell-the-cat" booth
And He slurped his Irish Mooligan
Caught Patrick "Pat" Peter Sullivan
And put him in the black box and played qubit with Ruth

My name is Fritz, Shrödinger’s Cat,
I sometimes wonder where I’m at.
Within a small world I exist;
My master, he’s a physicist
Who talks of protons, neutrons too,
Held in place with magic glue.
He’s weird and in his element
Performing this experiment.
Trapped in a box and full of strife,
I feel I’ve only half a life.
My fate decided by old Geiger,
I wish I’d been a Bengal tiger !
My feline life hangs by a thread;
In two minds if alive or dead,
I muse “To be or not to be,
That, is the real uncertainty”.
His scientific articles
On sub-atomic particles,
Ionising radiation
And his famous Wave Equation
Earned Erwin cherished Nobel Prize.
I stare at him with knowing eyes –
He’s overlooked I have nine lives –
Against the odds, the CAT survives !

Schrodinger’s Cat Isn’t Both Dead and Alive
By Elton Camp
Physics claimed a particle exists in all states until you see it
Dr. Erwin Schrodinger, from such an inane error, did free it
In a box is radioactive sample, Geiger Counter, poison, cat
If the Geiger Counter sees radioactive decay, what about that?
It will then break the poison bottle and the cat thus dies
But without such decay, the cat won’t meet its demise
Those in error said decay had and had not taken place
So the cat is both dead and alive until you see its face
Common sense tells us this cannot be true
No matter how much speculating you do
The cat is either dead or preserved
Well before it has been observed
The Copenhagen view had a serious flaw
And that’s what Schrodinger wisely saw
The other physicists thus were bested
When by this thought experiment tested
(Note: This will be incomprehensible to anyone not already familiar with the subject. A basic knowledge of physics is needed to understand it.)
