Help! I stand desperately on a precipice,
and ask you, poet, what kind of bug is this?
I am not an entomologis.
It was on top of my laptop computer.
Is it male or female or is it neuter?
I can't afford an entomolotutor.
It gazes at me through a compound eye,
I see no wings. Does it walk or fly,
strangely across the ground or sky?
A praying mantis it is not.
It has six legs. That's quite a lot.

For this question, I apologize,
I've no skill to entomologize.
It's less than a half centimeter in size.
I knew you'd know it - happy you could assist.
This sort of bug is too easily dismissed.

Turbans in a short hat? Never. No that's right never. It is the will of the integral self to be employed only by one's belief in flow and source is not sauce so don't raise your hat to an irate bun. Balmy bewildering belligerent buffalo. Er no not a buffalo. In fact it is the antics of a stick insect. Interrupted is not intrusive it is inspiring. Creatively calming chaps could change clams. And the big fish laughs ho ho ho. Xxxx irrigation irrigating igniting ignorance. Ha. Yes lots of hahahaha and several billion xxxxxxxxxxxxx and waltz. Good. Great isn't it. Wow. Exciting. Wonderful. Haven having heaps. Fantastic. Be not a pin be a staple. Xxxxx haha haha haha. Xxxxx unconditional x p y q with a ! And a z z z entomologist.
Everyone says the government will be the first to develop mind control, (or that they already have) but it seems as if a species of fire ant (Solenopsis geminate) has beaten them to it. Entomologist Anastasia McKay noticed that animals tended to avoid Solenopsis geminate nests; this made her wonder, what causes the animals to stay away? After studying the chemical releases of the ants she found that they continuously release small amounts of epinephrine and norepinephrine; the chemicals that create a fight or flight response often known as fear in most animals’ brains, including ours. When the animal’s brain registers the chemicals they will veer away from their path, causing them to completely avoid the fire ants’ nest. “This form of natural protection is ingenious and unheard of.” McKay says. So, the next time you feel an unnatural fear you know that either the government has finally developed mind control, or you have come across a Solenopsis geminate nest.

Good ol' Freddy, always ready,
Though he don't know why,
He should even try,
One day Freddy decided
it was time for a change,
So he went to an entomologist,
to see if he could arrange,
To be turned into a mosquito,
Now isn't that strange?
He thought if his word had
more of a bite,
He would start feeling all right,
But the Doctor said no,
As a fly you must go,
Now please get out of my sight!!
