**Eloping in a Blizzard**
In a blizzard, our car stalled
in total darkness in The Great Divide.
The wind like a witch cackling in the pitch dark
of night!
A mix of snow and sleet encasing the
car, twas a most frightening sight.
Not one light could be seen on this road,
my heart was anything but light.
Frightened and shivering, oh God, why did I
leave home?
To elope with my love to golden San Francisco
To be his and never more to roam!
Alas he discovered, we were out of gas.
He bid me to hide under blankets and give him no sass.
Alone, in pitch dark, my knight walked to a farm.
I prayed God to protect us from any grievous harm.
I saw the swirling winds, just a frightened bride-to-be.
Then a knock on the window, he had returned,
my future husband to be!
Here, I have the gas, as promised, said he!
We drove on peacefully to San Francisco, and were married,
indeed, most happily!!

Poem#1270
Please, give me your hand, my dear
Trust me, we'll descend each rung together,
Worry not of the daylight
Rather, it’s your father we should fear.
(Poem is based on picture of an empty bedroom
with an open window looking into an early morning sky).
I know you are making fun of me!
Testing my love’s faith.
Fearing, faithful warriors mayn’t change their mind
And leave him alone in the field, the fair king.
As an old ancient king by his military was betrayed
And apprehended for life, by the invaders.
Where he could merely recall
In lonely, his pompous days,
And smile, and lament!
Eloping is not a bad idea!
It’s no doubt the ultimate tool
Whether you agree or not,
Helpless lovers have since ages past practiced
And, O, succeeded.
Finally; conquered all obstacles, in just a single
Stormy move.
(Well! Some where helped by angels and others by fairies).
And even if you are serious!
I can’t grieve your Godly parents,
Who are often on fasts.
sweet talking honeysuckles
in wolf whistles
begins dancing on
on a soft breeze
floating in
the deep
blue ocean
embracing love
one paper
plane gently flying
with a folded message
one kiss planted
sweetly then sealed
sailing over
the moon
gives a cow
an awaful kick
who is blocking
one's path
in jumping over
to paradise
as i am floating
my way
to the sun
enveloped in
this heart
drums roll
beating warmly
encircles a dream
begins skipping wildly
moist dancing lips
with an opening wish
kissing precious ore
as the moon smiles
on this silver star
sparkling beautiful emotions
alighting delightful feelings
they twinkling shine
one treasured soul
adorable siren
then a dish
can elope
with the spoon
Two eloping hearts evergreen like equatorial rainforests,
entwined in the eternal escalator of love,
leaving a trail of lovely lavender fragrance;
her touchscreen face tempting him to touch,
to caress carelessly and to bring about cascaded tapestry .
