enticing the defrosted solitary soul
to reflect someday the sunshine
in faded memory motif folded in warm embrace.

Trolls, Bots and Spidered Webs
Through false truth, the Rus reclaims hegemony,
Farming trolls to be enrolled,
'Neath bridges, clowns, see enemies,
Puking riddles on those tolled.
Then the bots deliver the hurl,
Regurgitate into the net,
Till truth is common as a pearl,
Yet what you see is what you get.
Spidered webs entangle yonder,
The language largely modeled,
And artificial minds are left to ponder,
Which words are fiddle-faddle.
Defrosted wars are flooding fields,
Entrenching fact with fiction,
In cyber realms, we've little shields,
To counter eastern malediction.
Folly finds that fear is fruitless,
Beware tourneys of tyranny,
Cavorted by the truth-less and ruthless,
Pretending reality's but conspiracy.

Embrace Of Faded Memory
In the frozen air and frost gripping the malachite meadow
within the mystique mask of the arctic dawn,
defoliated lone tree wrapped by dismal melancholy,
stands static as shadowless sentinel of dormant dreams.
From the melted chilling clasp of the glacial desire I rise,
the heartening rhythm of the serenading heart I hear,
the music of love resonates with the symphony of ardor.
I glide in its cadence, soaring in the beguiling bowl of blue.
In the lonesome bouquet laced with the reverie of love
lies embedded the frozen fragrance of remote reminiscence,
enticing the defrosted solitary soul to reflect sunshine someday,
hold the faded lattice of mesmeric memory in warm embrace.

If only I could touch you once
If only I could touch you once
You are loved by me, defrosted, chilled
A heart works, delete it from your life
Wipe my face, tears are witness, my victims
You can’t give love, emotion and touch
I just drink my Polish beer now, it takes you
Love is far, and gone. Touching my heart
Do not touch me
Someone
Someone else
Loved
You

The Ice Effect
Where have all my years gone?
there I was a mere young twenty-.one
now in a moment it seems 50 years gone
here grey haired bones ache nothing won
I've no memory of these lost years
they are frozen stiff completely still
I had many desires set to accomplish
but content I shall be, whatever it will
My memory is still alive up till the freeze
there I was my stammer still holding me down
now so far it seems to have gone far away
maybe the ice squashed it without a sound
Frustrations abound about my future
I seem to like poetry for I never did before
where did I get it, not even at school
did the freeze open up some closed door
I now feel a divine presence
never known before, God is here
freeze me anytime for this is nice
hey, my deafness is gone as sounds I hear
Life takes many turns and twists
even ice pins you to its wall
I look back now on life as it was
50 years amiss, You can't win them all
(This is an imaginary story that I was frozen solid in cryogenic
labs at age 21, in 1975.
Now, fifty years later, I have been defrosted and the experiment was a success, except for a few tweaks.)

The Turning of Spring
When the chilly nights begin to subsides
every flower begins to open up
The weddings begin, producing spring brides
Now, the birds who left begin to fly home
The merry times ended with the winter
So now every child returns to their school
The ones the snow hid become disinter.
Now people could enjoy their defrosted pool
Soon enough our time will go to the fore
Then the new months will go so quickly by
The flowers will soon lie cold on the floor
spring will be gone soon, but try not to cry
Remember, spring won't be gone forever,
so do not forget it, never ever.

My heart and I
It is not in question anymore, that I and my heart want two different things
we work in different ways though we are not different beings
sometimes I want to have some alone time
my heart will not agree, it wants to take part all the time
I don’t like to allow my heart make decisions
But it does it anyway, without my permission
while I am busy figuring out my life and looking for solutions
it has made us both become delusional
Imagine a whole me, being coerced to feel some emotions
It has been quite long since I felt this emotional
I have been in control of my heart and it’s been frozen like ice
But the feeling in my heart is changing and it feels nice
My heart has been defrosted; it’s beginning to feel warm again
I am glad that it is real and not a game
I will follow it this time and convince my mind to do the same
There is no point trying to deny what I feel, so I will let the ship sail

Freeze Cryogenic Future Now What Exactly
Trying to imagine
And then have to contextualize
If it was to be in fact possible
Being able to or possess the ability
To cryogenically freeze
And so preserve myself
After my actual death
I was medically pronounced dead
Then what exactly ?
What happens then ?
1 day in however many years
Doesn't really matter in the future
I am defrosted and woken up
Into what kind of world and existence
And who is awaiting me
My family , friends
And where do I return to my house , home
What exactly , who , where am I
And to me it is exactly at this very point
Reality fully dawns on me and I realize
The consequence of my action
And I probably wish I was dead
Rather than be alive
As this is not my life
I had and did live
And this unfortunately
Is anything but

Downside of Spring
On the frigid wings of the northern breeze
waned winter with frayed feathers flies away,
clears the mist from shining sky out of freeze,
song of birds brings life in ambiance grey.
On silken leaves’ cradle blooming buds glow,
with cascade of color petals unfold,
zephyr ripples fragrance in fervent flow,
but spring also has its downside untold.
Insects crawl out after hibernation,
stinging bees build hives in unwanted place,
allergens spread as season’s creation,
from defrosted ground dust fills warm air space.
Though compared to winter it is tender,
spring is not all encompassing splendor.

Life's Winter Frame
Frozen air and frost gripping the ground
within the mystique mask of twilight,
bring together in seamless proximity
the living and the dead.
They meet at the edge of time,
the identities dissolve in seizing silence
of the graveyard in wasteland reclaimed,
all enclosed within life’s winter frame.
Defoliated trees wrapped in dismal grief,
stand static as shadowless sentinels,
lest those lying beneath the cold stones
fly away with the northern wind.
The lonesome bouquet laced with love
lays the frozen fragrance of remembrance,
enticing the defrosted soul to rise someday,
hold the living in warm embrace.

The Sea Is Telling the Truth
She sits by the edge of the sea
Let the sea water inundates the shore and her legs
Cold and brushing
Heart splitting
As they are defrosted tears from the past
Only loneliness remains
Still looking out the sea for a happy return
But love lost in the sea will never be found
Listen
The sea is telling the truth
Up and down, up and down
Flush flush flush
Whatever is gone, is gone forever

The World's Greatest Chef
I don my towerin' torque at a jaunty angle when I prepare my cuisine!
Eat yer heart out, Gordon Ramsey; of all the world's chefs I'm the dean!
I can whip up a delectable repast in a trice from a can of pickled spam!
I've appointed myself the world's greatest chef - that I am, that I am!
Ain't nothin' better'n my ravioli heated from a can of Chef-Boy-Ardee,
Or a tasty frozen pie or cake defrosted in my microwave from Sara Lee!
Why, I can heat up a canned ham quicker'n Emeril Lagasse can utter "bam"!
I'll say it agin, I'm the world's greatest chef - that I am, that I am!
Try my tasty Eggo waffles or pancakes that I forge in my toaster,
Or the magnificent stews that I concoct from Dinty Moore in my roaster!
People rave about my sandwiches of Skippy peanut butter and Smucker's jam!
Are you convinced I'm the world's greatest chef? I think I am, I think I am!
I learned the art of grillin' hot dogs at French culinary ecole Le Cordon Bleu,
And it was there I cultivated my skill fer broilin' burgers on the barbecue!
I invite you to try a bowl of my delicious Campbell's New England clam!
I'll repeat it agin, I'm the world's greatest chef (or at least I think I am)!

Barn Swallows
Spring tramples the detachment of cold
it heals a winter's damaged heart
Buds peddle new beauty as trees poke
roots from defrosted ground
Barn swallows swoop in the cool air
of sparse meadows
To rest, to breed in man made roofs
A barn's hideaway nooks, soothing
like a Sinatra tune
Birds of blue plummage
tail feather streamers, deeply forked
under breasts of white streaks
like jet smoke flashes
Witt, witt sounds, cheerful chirps
that fill dark rafters
that spice a world pushing itself to spring
Hot specks of flutter
Unmuted yearning
Chirps, feather light, a bounce of canoodling
Bits of song that come and go
like lovers kissing in the hay below

Snowflakes With Biting Teeth
SNOWFLAKES WITH BITING TEETH
The splintered edges of the brittle winter sharp
split asunder the dim demeanor of the ashen sky.
In the congealed recess of shrunk spatial warp
frozen tears of broken times fall as snow and lie.
After the cold sun sinks in twilight mist gloomy
as the stilled night’s speckled shrouds fall over
I see frigid fragments of the lost time’s debris
waft with the amorphous snowflakes in the air.
In blowing blizzard the spinning snow’s design
shapes your frosty face emerging from the cold.
Defrosted time reminds me you were once mine,
beckons me to reach you again to own and hold.
Across the snow contoured flattened far meadow
as the snowflakes pierce through the sighing night
I chase with the wind your floating frozen shadow
in numb memory maimed by tormenting frost bite.
