Motion-activated caught on camera
while cookies for the kids I was cooking
a collared cat crept into the kitchen
when I stepped outside and wasn't looking
his potty break was well-timed
as, sadly, I'd left the door unlocked
onto the counter by the sink he climbed
bared his butt and crapped in the crock
tho' he gave new meaning
to vanilla chocolate chip
if I ever collar him doing it again
his mangy tail end I'll severely whip
as, if he wants nine lives to live
he'd really best think twice
or he'll sleep with the fishes
(not eat them)
as such behaviour is just not nice
On my plate, I get to taste new things,
Every day—flavors that life brings.
Sometimes it's healthy, sometimes a mess,
At times I bloom, at times—distress.
I feel ruptured, torn apart,
When it’s finally my turn to start.
Oh! The fight between my heart and mind,
Oh! The silence and the violence entwined.
For ease, we chase some clever trick,
Like knowing "ominous" means an "ill omen" quick.
But the peace we find—doesn’t truly stay,
It feels more haunting than lighting our way.
A continuity of emotions, a stream of desire,
We wear them daily—our soul’s attire.
Colors fall and echo a subtle truth:
To win as a learner, not as a brute.
I’ve seen birds fly from morning to dusk,
To feed their young with love—not just as a task.
Struggles can bloom into moments of joy,
If love is the reason, not pressure to deploy.
White Chocolate
Ivory chocolates
Milk duds
Cocoa beans
So divine
Sweet recipe
I’m your white chocolate
I’m scrumptious
Absolutely delicious
White vanilla
Especially delightful
Your taste buds are dancing
Red wine is swirling
A pleasant evening
Romantic by the fireplace
Have it no other way
You're so fine, will you be mine?
All save all of your smiles
White chocolate and wine
It's the sweetness that
visits once a year
To let loved ones realize,
They are celebrated, my dear
Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry cream and carrot
Without them it feels we have no merit
Spongy, ooey gooey cake moist to the touch
With a delectable, creamy sweetness
You gotta indulge in it's punch
Cut into slices for all to enjoy
Call in Kara, Carol and Roy
For that delectable sincerely we love to relish
Until next year, where well meet again
To indulge, it's a most enjoyable sin!
I wrote a documentary
that would have won a BAFTA
But nobody would fund it
It was not what they were afta
I pitched the plot to Netflix
cuz they have a lot of money
They sent me packing, laughing
“Don’t call us, we’ll call you, Sonny”
I lastly pitched to Paramount
hoping they’d save the day
They took one look at me
shook their head and said, “No way!”
It’s such a shame that no one knows
your worth unless you’re famous
I always seek some solace from
those cookies made by Amos …
Famous (yummy) Amos (yummy)
“Makes your eyes light up (and)
Your tummy say ‘Howdy.’”
(Easter Bunny Song)
Here comes the bunny with a wiggle and a hop,
Bringing jellybeans and eggs that plop!
With a basket full of magic and a trail of cheer,
He hides little treasures once a year!
He’s got pink paws and a cotton tail,
Zooming through gardens and bunny trails.
If you see a flash of fluff, don’t blink too slow--
That sneaky bunny's always on the go!
He paints with pastels, and he never gets caught,
Delivering chocolate when no one’s been taught.
So grab your basket, let the giggles run free--
It’s Easter morning for you and me!
I see full moon appear.
This means Easter is near.
For students I will make
chocolate Easter nests, no-bake.
I do this every year.
Making the nests is fun
and easy for nearly everyone.
Melt chocolate; add coconut in.
The mixture is not thin.
Form into nests; almost done!
Into each nest put candy.
Jelly bean eggs are handy.
For coconut, green food dye
is grass where eggs lie.
My Easter nests are dandy!
Something Sweet
I want something sweet
Pestered by my brain
It’s like a recurring tweet
I am trying to refrain
Something sticky like toffee
A gooey dessert of delight
To eat with a cup of coffee
Resisting with all my might
A chocolate bar or wafer
To ease my craving buds
Apple would be much safer
But it tastes like fairy suds
I am waiting for 4 o’clock
The Sunday shops stop calling
My will as solid as a rock
My glucose level’s falling
The pride of not succumbing
A passing of this test
I should be very happy yet,
My brain’s becoming a pest.

O my dear Charlie,
How could you just forget,
Our love for chocolate,
Which was given to you as a factory.
You loved it and had magic,
To make the owner get elevated from tragic,
He was impressed and gave it to you,
And you took it as a gift from him too.
You are the boy of words,
And who flies higher than even birds,
The public now asks you to fulfill the responsibility,
Of distributing chocolates to them and bringing them stability....
- THIS POEM IS WRITTEN KEEPING IN MIND THE STORY OF CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY BY ROALD DAHL.
At sixty-six, he fell on his head -
his learning, gone! He lives, instead,
for what?
His brain? Give it a goodbye kiss.
These days, he says only this -
"chocolate".

MOON ON A SPOON
If I could I would
fetch you the moon
on a spoon
Oh ? Really !
you ballyhoo coon
you make me swoon
If I could I would
fetch you the moon
on a spoon
Why not bring me
a chocolate cocoon
I will wriggle out
festooned !
If I could I would
fetch you the moon
on a spoon
We will eat it at noon
in our magical room
then to our doom !
If I could I would
fetch you the moon
on a spoon
My goon, so goop !
Where are you from ?
a souk goof ?
If I could I would
fetch you the moon
on a spoon
How ?
Lo ! I do not know !
My spoon has
sailed with a
monsoon
And the moon
has fallen into
a true blue
lagoon too
soon !
Chocolate ice cream, you've been waiting,
But my temptation is abating..
I've laid to rest the chocolate ooze,
Today, there's another one I choose.
Sending regards to both bean and cow,
Caramel crunch is my main squeeze now.
Joyous Valentine’s Day
Happy Valentine’s Day, my friends
‘Tis the day to care for each other and to join hands
Friendship matters, love matters
Flowers matter too, brothers and sisters
Please do not be too mad
Because the sky is not blue
Let’s enjoy the morning dew
Please do not be too sad
Let’s enjoy the cold sunny weather
There’s snow here and there, but at the corner
Is spring with fresh air and a bundle of flowers
Friendship matters, love matters
There are sparkles of fire of love in the air
Let’s enjoy the season of love, peace and care
‘Tis the moment to walk happily hand in hand
Together we shall stroll, together we shall stand.
P.S. This poem is dedicated to the lovers of the world.

Ya!! Glad to be me and proud to be me..
No one'd change and no one can be of mine..
I am always one who is living on me
Proudly representing who I am to be;
That one unique.. who's is always one
Loving myself about own that I am in mine
The thinkings, ideas , personality ,all make up in and out of my body..
I am precious!!
Looking to mirror reflecting me
I see the me that no one either can be.
Whatever I am , I am glad in my own
No matter how ,what personality others have
Coz the thing --
"I am always I that unique that no one has"
None can be perfect in everything
But what I can is always great in myself
That the society can neither see or say..
If ever they do they won't see the great..
That's the personality..
But.. ya I am always glad to be me
Ever and always by every way..

Dreams of contentment and dreams of desire,
These are the things that the heart doth admire.
Flowers and chocolates are merely to say,
Our hearts meet our dreams on Valentine's Day.
