Premium MemberShort History

Twenty six people is all there would be
Between Mr Julius Ceaser and me
Twenty six lives laid end to end
It’s a notion akin to making time bend

Let me explain what I’m ranting about
That history’s short when you segment it out
First take a lifetime, let’s call it L
Apportion a value to it as well
Not many folk would be happy with less
So Eighty to me seems a fairly good guess

So when Mr Ceaser drew his last breath
If a baby was born at his time of death
And grew up to live a life that we’ve called L
And at eighty years he passed as well

At the end of that life that we’ll call Man one
On that day the life of Man two had begun
Man two lives his L and on his death knell
Man three is then born for an eighty year spell

And should this continue, with L upon L
each starting when one visits heaven or hell
The thing that might shock you, like I was astounded
Is how many Ls there would be once they’re rounded

Stabbed in the back in B.C. forty four
It’s hard to believe that the number’s not more

It’s a notion akin to making time bend
If twenty six lives were laid end to end
For twenty six people is all there would be
Between Mr Julius Ceaser and me

Premium MemberI Julius

He whips out his sword when he sees her
She says you’re dressed odd for a geezer
I’m not gonna flirt
With some bloke in a skirt
He says, but I’m Julius Ceaser

Fake Plays

Like a ballerina he flies around the side.
Mahomes scores... at least my defense tried?
I cannot beat this man at this game!
Ceaser said- "I came I saw I conquered"
I say- "I came I tried I lost in shame."

One of these days I will win.
As DJ says, "I need four more hamburgers to throw an eighty yarder coach."
Despite being down over and over when my chances are quite thin,
RNG will jump out and one final lead we shall approach.

Empire Wolf Brother Capital Romeing

Striding into and under the town
gate's

Two brother's came a riding
wolf back

Searching for a capital city on
which to build an empire forth

Subjugating the masses into subject's

And the battled conquered into
slavery

Ceaser , Emperor , Senator

Pretorians , Centurions , Gladiator
at the ready to guard the faith

From pagan diety to singularity
theologians

And so usher in the origins of
Catholicism and the Holy Bible

To build a church opon the basis
of the teachings of the Jew once
crucified named Jesus

Who entered Jerusalem astride
a donkeys back to heal the
sick and poor and speak of
love and forgiveness

Who ended up becoming
Jesus of the new Jerusalem

Who's capital still to this day
is based in Rome be that
Vatican City

Ever since and before the
dark ages of enlightenment

Bed Time Tales

TITLE: BED TIME TALES (SOME LIES THE OLD PEOPLE TOLD US).

Bed time stories,bed time stories
When I think of your memories,
They were stories of glory
Drying away tears of misery from the sleepy eyes
What a tale we were told.

O my dear talking tortoise,
Falling from the sky with the beautiful cracks,
O glorious little ant,
The giant elephant conqueror
The hunter,lion and snake,
The friends of treachery tales.

I know of a Mighty warrior
Wat a hero he was
Winning every battle riding on a horse
The great warrior Gandoki,
The proginator of the child man Garba.

The hills of Jack and Jim
We heard leaning on mother's kneels
A lie a lie they told us
The future leaders thing
We all bought the key
We were told it opens the future door

Young minded souls
They lied to us in roles
From our parents to teachers
They each took a mastery turn
Killing our hearts like Brutus did Ceaser
With great care we listened,as we received the key
Education the key was called
Yet the lock still stands today, unbreakable not even by Hudini himself.

Ibis Ad Crucem

The day that Pilate helped sentence
Jesus to the cross ---
People were proclaiming, that Ceaser
was their only boss ---
Although Pilate argued for Jesus
life to be spared ---
Few showed any mercy and even
less expressed that they cared ---
Finally after several attempts to save
Jesus from a cruel death ---
Pontius proclaimed IBIS AD CRUCEM
and then held his breath ---
Christ was led away and crucified
for all to see ---
With the sign above His head, INRI;
which was prophisied to be.

Notes: IBIS AD CRUCEM MEANS: YOU SHALL GO TO THE CROSS
INRI MEANS: JESUS OF NASERETH, KING OF THE JEWS

After Katherina

After Katherina
My faith half mast like a flag
Beat no tambourina
For shining citadel and rag
Of old traditions
That could just walk away
Form the desolations
To tell us pray.

After Katherina
I saw the Mason-Dixon line
Was no mere enigma
The living are not color blind
God gave us eyes
To see, memories to keep
Where the waters rise
We must wade the deep

We must like a fist
Bring its fingers together
With love insist
Our children shall not scatter
Wrath for black birds dinner
And after the fire next time
And after Katherina
No Ceaser shall spend the dime

After Katherina
My soul like thunderbolt shook
And wrote Aluta continua
With lightning in a book
Of water colored grief
Where history floats dead bodies
And found no relief
For colonies of sweet theories.
