Conditional caring

Have we put so many conditions on our
   interactions with others,
Even with our mothers,
To reach a point where no kind of caring,
   will be unconditional,
And robots will be the only significant others,
That with our conditions have no bothers.

For those who were taught that the only type of caring,
If one wants to be sharing,
Instead of waring,
Everyday becomes harder to get others,
To understand our helpful offers,
Come without conditions,
Or expectations
Except unconditional acceptance,
Of an offer made out of a caring stance,
That encourages them to dance.

As long as there are those of us around,
Still above ground,
Who don't attach conditions on caring,
There will still be opportunities,
To experience the realities,
Of enjoying,
Sharing in an environment,
That puts no conditions on caring,
Because the alternative can ever only be
   a lot more waring.

Tell It To

Tell it to the five year old
Whose home was blown away
And since the hurricane passed,
Has no home in which to stay.

Tell it to the grieving mother
With tears upon her face
Who now sets the table
With one less dinner place

Tell it to the jobless man
Whose family must be fed
For business needs of his former job
Doesn’t care if they’ll be dead.

Tell it to the elderly
Whose prescriptions won’t be filled
While drug companies only care
If their greed is being billed

Tell it to your neighbor
In the driveway as you pass
You parked your car forever
Due to outrageous price of gas

Avarice and Greed became
The new laws of our land
Corporations buy officials
To advance their corporate brand.

Octaves of love

Love is beautiful, it is kind and caring
Love is unconditional, it is looking after and being looked after
Every fight, every argument is a strength
It can make or break a relationship
Until it becomes too much, too many fights, too many arguments
Yet not enough love shared, love shifts
It turns to betrayals , it turns to pain
Love can be the best and worst, it can destroy a person but also heal
Love can happen in many forms, but love can be strength and weakness
Yet everyone loves, it is inevitable.

Premium Member Perception of Affection

Gentle,
Soft touch lingers,
A warm hug, a kind smile,
Kindness quiet presence felt deep,
Caring.

Warm feel
For cherished one,
With flickers of the heart
Smile glows, a serene silent song,
Soft touch.

Minding,
A gentle glance,
Fine feelings that linger,
A heeding tap on the shoulder,
Fondness.

 Calming,
Warm and tender
Expression of liking,
Soothing with pleasant words spoken,
 Softly.

Honeyed
Glance through the eyes,
Sweet compliments they give,
Kindness may be misunderstood
For love.

Two Lives

There is supposed to be a partnership
Not just friendly companionship
Two people become one entity
Not physically but mentally
A relationship or marriage isn’t ever fifty fifty
No need for a meeting or committee
One maybe extra tired
And the other does as required
The next day roles may reverse
But you work together and diverse
One may be injured or have the flu
The next week the foot maybe on the other shoe
This swings in roundabouts
Never any resentment or doubts
One is the doer and one is the taker
If your the taker don’t be the breaker
You shouldn’t feel guilt for being unwell
Don’t be the one to scream and yell
If this is a long sickness
Remember it’s both your business
One maybe giving up their sanity
To prevent a calamity
Communication is the key to success
Instead you dampen any progress
Now is not the time to feel independent
And treat everyone else like they’re unpleasant
Your own words can prevent frustration
Instead of worsening the situation
Talking to prevent resentment
Instead filling with disappointment
It’s living two separate life’s
For now it has to suffice

Caring Is Unjustly Fair

Hunter simply at war,
Going to hunting games...
In hope to make stress counts,
With heavy back loads home.

Weary and waiting...
Patiently on the open field,
For wandering games;
Off care to be spared.

Many a chance;
Missed targets, cry...
Solemnly within thoughts:-
To trying or give up to still moment.

Of empty stomach,
Only fruits appetize its influence
Under the strength of fighting back...
Softly to beat past misses

Mighty is bait of thee;
Spell, patience nurtured...
Now found its hit aright that counts
Which relieved waiting worth.

How much stress, if weighed;
With agony of pain by heart,
Flying trials in free circle of danger?
Won't share unless left behind.

Suffer alone for caring sake;
Enjoy with others .
How else caring is unjustified?
Been there for family!

Cold

I'm standing next to you,
In the biting cold,
Wearing leggings and a coat.
I might freeze before
Your ride arrives
But I’ll wait with you
Every time.
After all,
It was me who made the call,
So, I’ll wait for you,
Even in the biting cold,
Talking about nothing
Just catching up,
Wearing leggings and a coat.
I might freeze
Before your ride arrives,
But I’ll wait with you,
Every time.

Premium Member Caring for You

A terrible intruder came one day
When an illness took part of you away

The part of you that is gone
I fear will never return

You are not who I knew
Yet you are still you

I watch you as you are
But I still see you as you were

I am astonished at your courage
Amazed at your efforts to improve

Cherishing the life we have together
Learning to care for who you are now

Even though you are not the same
With you I will still remain

Teases that brands
Teases of strands
Strands in slumbers
Strands in numbers

Amplifies what cares
Amplifies what shares
Shares of joy
Shares of toy
Toy that inspires
Toy never expires
Expires like remission
Expires like division
Division of labor

You be the cage I'll be your bird

You be the cage
I'll be ur bird
No matter how many times I fly the world

Ur door remains open for me to come home
It matters not how much I roam

A soothing place I can rest my beak
Ur my safe place when I feel weak

On the flip side
I'll share my adventures I'll be ur personal guide

You be the cage
I'll be ur bird

U sit still in perfect iron form
I'll fly in the sun rays to keep ur bars warm

Ur sturdiness is something to behold
I treasure you more than gold

I am greatful for ur protection
Baby there is no honorable mention

Take me at my word
You be the cage
I'll be ur bird

Ii

Your hair is floral
Your bones are coral
Your saliva wine
I love your spice not swine
You face is a facet
