there was a young cad named Dennis
who liked to take risks with the women in Ennis
one night with Darla in bed
she suddenly said
my husband will be home any minute
my valentine glee
she's agreed to marry me ~
her dads rich you see
Sue's livid with Mackie Avellen
He's ditched her for her bestie Ellen
I pity poor Sue
Not sure what she'll do
As her pregnant belly's now swellen
Now Mackie is nasty cad
He’s denying that he is the dad
A paternity test
Will put Sue’s mind at rest
His denial made Sue boiling mad
Sue's happier now without Mackie
Ellen never will please him, she's wacky
She'll raise their l'il boy
He'll be her pride and joy
Mackie's proven to be just a lackey
I have written the ultimate love song
it was the braggadocio cad, Sir Edward
He thinks his words are golden laced with silver
Some of us yawn, I may have giggled
He plays his song for us, which is no surprise.
It is amazingly tender, romantic and well-written.
You did not write that! Accuses his sister.
Sibling rivalry is in full swing, so we scatter.
It seems our Easter Egg dyer
Was a notorious liar
Our firing squad
Knew he was odd
But reacted when he yelled, "Fire!"
When I was young
I thought I knew
Where to draw the line
But today
I can see
How very wrong I was
I did not know
What would matter
As the years went by
Where I drew
Many of lines
Was very, very wrong
I did things
That pains me now
I wish I could undo
Many people
Did I hurt
Great pain I caused
Oh that I
Could make amends
Some how make it right
killing time is absolutely necessary
like fire in water
like killing the kid who begged you for justice
killing time is honorable
like how the paint fades
like driving over it
killing time is infectious
like blood on the car door
like a burl on a tree in the chemical dump
killing is
like you like the sound of it
like the tick
killing
Can you have my Number ?
Sure !
Do you want my husbands as well ?
And by the looks of the ring on your finger !
Can I have your wives too ?
I only ask as I wish to inquire ?
Why, She is not enough for you ?
And is there anything I can do ?
To make her see sense !
And leave a Cad like you !
My dad was renown as a cad
Which made my love life rather sad
Would I know when I kissed her
That she was my sister?
If not, he would be a grand dad!
Hither and thither and yon
Is a place where all cads belong
An internet tweet
Records their deceit
To haunt them their whole life long
The most handsome of boyfriends I had
broke my heart; what an arrogant cad!
But I don't think I missed
out on much. How he kissed
makes me think - sex with him must be bad!
