Against The World
Conflict
Naysayers
Being pessimistic
Bring down the giant
Just walk away
Your not defeated
Be the bigger person
Another dark road up ahead
Your not the only one
Hold up a rustic lamp
Find your way through the chaos
Strangers are always casting out stones
No victory in a fight
Silence builds character
I don’t need to be famous
I’m too old for the drama
Always going through turmoil
Trying to be the peace maker
insecure , jellious, individuals
You can’t escape stupidity
Just walk away
Turn out the noise
Just talk to the hand
I’m not wasting my time and negative energy on this
Me against the world
People will never change
Let go of the rage
Delete social media
Be calm and collective
Don’t bother the old man

Don’t be fooled, they carry
nothing of the Orient’s allure.
These voracious beetles,
if they had the appetite,
might easily bring down
the loftiest sequoia.
Depraved sexual deviants,
they deflower helpless roses
in broad daylight; and, like
Medieval artisans of yore
turn hardy zinnias into
empty-ribbed cathedral windows.
Their shells are hard like
scarabs, but charmless,
slicked with an iridescence
cheap and tacky like carnival glass.
Eager to reproduce their kind,
they feed and copulate
at the same time.
Sex has never lost its need
with any creature on this planet,
least of all these pesky beetles,
so a potent sex attractant does
the job. And even in the heat
of destructive flames, they go
at it mindlessly one last time.

War Machine
Get ready to bring down the house.
The politicians took down the barriers.
Weare running out of time.
Missiles are flying.
Wehave lost our independence.
Put up your fist.
The people have decided.
Stand up and fight.
Take down walls of reason.
Stand up and keep on believing.
The government is corrupt.
Weare taxed to death, don’t give up.
Be vigilant.
Don’t be silent.
Put the suits and ties in jail.
Without bail.
This country belongs to us.
The phony politicians are below us.
Weare one as a unit.
Stand strong and push through it.
Too many lies.
Raid our enemies and say goodbye.

Is 30 Silver Coins All I’m Worth?
Is money all you want?
Don’t walk away from the cross.
What is 30 coins worth?
What am I worth to you?
I gave you life.
You were betrayed with a lie.
You surrendered yourself to the world.
I was handed over for just 30 shekels.
As a brother, I haven’t forgotten you.
You left me behind with an army that was brutal.
I walked on water.
You replaced me with silver.
I am the way.
Through greed, like dust you have faded.
I could have saved you.
You choose to go down the wrong road.
I have risen above the clouds.
You are now dust in the ground.
I was exchanged for very little.
I will bring down fire upon the world.
My suffering was unbearable.
I have always been with you.
One day we will meet again.
I will pass judgment toward men.
You cannot serve both God and money.
You have turned against me, so the world keeps on burning.

King Solomon and I will fly a kite
On this historical Good Friday,
we seek justice for the young lady
Her father made her act as if she were his niece.
To deceive his new wife, so that she could live with them
His wife found out about the plot and hell would break loose.
On social media, who is in fault,
The father or the new wife,
for sure not the innocent child
A lie can bring down an empire, a lie can be engraved in history
Chioma, Chioma, anger are secondary emotions
Would love and devotion once again intertwined?
As the wise King stood beside my fingertips today
Just prayer, for kindness and forgiveness
Love conquerors all, love can lead to forgiveness,
Acid corrodes a tongue that speaks falsely
Will one day become un-Godly?
We will hold on to this kite before we release it
Time will tell in ten years,
While the innocent will endure the most suffering. (Amen)
All children should reside under their father’s roof
According to the biblical time:
Blood is thicker than water,
Acid corrodes a tongue that speaks falsely
Will one day become un-godly.

Portraits on the wall,
some grand, some small,
staring at the people,
sat around the table,
portraits on the wall,
ego show for all
in silence they stare,
look back if you care,
at disjointed thoughts,
from bygone hearts,
faces deadpan bare,
each behind every chair.
the walls sweep around,
from top floor to ground,
chandeliers and fireplace,
speaker phones, flower vase,
those portraits in the hall,
don't say much at all!
every few years a new one,
of the president just done,
adding to stares one more,
extending history and lore,
the friendly, the grim,
mix with bright, wise, and dim.
faded memories from past,
wonder how long they last,
Portraits grow each year,
their number cause for fear,
will stay or will they fall?
one day bring down the wall?
Written about a 100 year old establishment
that puts a painted portrait of the last president
on their walls.

Abusing the meek,
Manhandling the weak,
Pleasure, if you like to seek,
Thinking that they don’t speak,
Your life becomes very bleak,
Once the torture reaches its peak!
People will no longer be mute.
If you change not your pursuit,
It will bring down your repute;
Very bitter is its fruit!
Become not ‘The Narcissistic Sun’;
You will be liked by none.
Permanent is not your power;
Hour by hour, it withers like a flower!
Take not pride in your strength;
Be aware, too short is its length!

I felt his words
As he said, "I'm staying this time."
We were finally promised a father,
Even though we had already grown.
Then came the homecoming party,
And Dad took a bite of the cake.
"So sweet," he said,
"It went straight to my heart."
But then he fell,
A heart attack, swift and strong—
Enough to bring down a man so tough.
He awoke on a bed, wrapped in wires.
Drips fed him life,
Yet his voice remained steady.
"This time, I am not leaving."
But anger swelled inside me.
"Why were you always on the run?
Why couldn’t you stay?
Weren’t Mom and I enough?"
Then it struck again—his heart.
Breathing heavy, he whispered,
"I’m sorry." He saw the light.
"Well… have a good time then, son."
And his eyes closed for the last time.
This time, he left—
Never to return.
The path was set once more,
And finally, he could rest in peace.

I am tall, I am slender,
Light Green but not cucumber.
Have a snout, have a tail,
Found in market & even retail.
Packed with Vitamin C, K & Calcium,
I punch my weight in nutrition.
Eat me & get a healthy heart, Bring down cholesterol & fat!
I am 90% water & light,
& can climb up with delight.
Eat me & be wise,
as solid, liquid or otherwise!

Hear the drums beating strong and true
A rhythm of heaven, a call to renew
Hear the rain, let your spirit rise
As the winds blow, let your life take flight
For in this moment, heaven comes near
Bringing favor, to defeat every fear
Recovery and redemption, in its hands
As it pours blessings, upon your land
Through your bloodline, blessings will come
Breaking chains, that once held many numb
Your victory songs will bring down walls
Bringing joy and gladness to many hearts
Look beyond, your circumstances and strife
Step into your divine moment, embrace life
For in the heavenly beat of drums and rain
Lies the promise of a brighter terrain.

Come inside it's cold out
The cabin's nice and warm
The weekend forecast just came on
They say a big snowstorm
I'll get your booty slippers
You change into your sweats
I'll bring down your blanket
And then you'll be all set
Now give me your guitar there
The one that needs the string
I'll put a new one on for you
And then I'll play something
But first I have to tune them
The body realign
Make sure the pitch is perfect
And then she'll sound just fine
The tone comes through my fingers
Sometimes a gentle touch
Sometimes a vibrant plucking
The choices vary much
And if you want a lesson
Just sit here in this chair
I'll check on your Bm
In case it's still not there
I have a funny feeling
It might not quite yet be
I'll have to guide your hands again
Relax now, just let me
That's it you're doing better
Don't stop now, get it clear
My that's a lovely sweater
And your neck is oh so near
I'm losing concentration
I'm in a zone of bliss
Please don't be upset with me
It was just a little kiss

See there marches Orion
With Sirius close at his feet
Tarrying not long in the air
To begin the midnight hunt.
His quickened breath congeals –
His boots crunch the fallen snow –
His eyes attempt to discern
Between tree and furtive shadow.
Mark the occasion and time
Of this harvest moon's fair
And note the dog's primal talent
For smelling blood and fear
Not to bring down a mighty elk
To quarter and tan its hide –
What they instead come upon
Is Aries in a clearing field.

I am a Victor not a victim
I am not defenceless
I am a champion not a cheerleader
Heaven is my domain, is my realm
I am on the earth to dethrone my
perennial enemy
Satan and all the demons of hell.
The reign of my father who sent me
to represent Him
In full ambassadorial capacity
My mission, my mandate this year
is to bring down heaven to Earth.
All the powers of my Father are given
to me execute
The mandate written therein.

A monster smiles,
Thru the lies.
A family legacy.
A state of history.
The tradition of our founding fathers.
Our American heritage and,
Law of the land.
Their dynasty was tarnished,
By the words of a narcissistic monster,
who believed he was above the law.
The rich, privileged, and untouchable,
Who hid behind the badge.
The bodies pile up,
Year after year protected,
By a family of liars and cheaters.
Mallory, sweet Mallory,
Would speak from the grave.
The first victim among many,
Who would bring down,
The king of the land,
As the world watches.
