Spillage on my picture,
Dark black creature,
Now you can see the
White lines, purple, either.
Running up my arms like a suture, churning
Piercing gaze through the dark, hurting,
In and out like quick breath, blurting,
But all I don’t see front is certain,
Bright like medic hand, mine or my brand,
But all I understand is draw the curtains.

There are many ways.
The spirits say there are.
Ways to escape.
There are gaps through the bars.
I could flatten my body and slip though.
Or so they say.
The medicine counter calls us.
They call us every day.
The voices go deeper.
I try to flatten my body, but my mom calls.
Blurting things out, and crying.
Then flatness.

I've settled deep within the void,
An emptiness I cannot afford,
It's a journey of infinite tears,
My old age betraying my younger years.
Meds, they linger in my throat,
Hoping, on them I choke,
I wash it down with galvanized steel,
Nope, no thought to repeal.
I am a malignant star,
Nestled deep within a canyon scar,
Blurting out "all hope is lost!"
Covering my eyes, so as not to see the cost.
Brokenness, it did me in,
A lifetime of hell, for a lifetime of sin,
If you love me, don't even bother,
Just let me settle in to the void, for just
Pennies on the dollar.

Running around her hair so untamed,
those curls reflecting wilderness;
Crass words fly forever blurting truth;
Sitting silent unless speaking truth,
through the years with a spirit untamed;
She’s the embodiment of wilderness;
Always so inspired by wilderness,
natural instinct’s the rawest truth;
Willing to fight to remain untamed;
The untamed wilderness is her truth.

Tell others your innermost secrets, please be aware
Reality is, it’s something that they’ll probably share
Unless you’re certain that they won’t be blurting
Share with a fake pal, you may find yourself hurting
Trolls still trawl through the internet – you bet!

Language is multidimensional.
Words slither and morph in my brain.
A sentence’s meaning can be a journey.
Once I finally translate what they mean…
Somehow, I can only stutter.
Maybe blurting out a word or two.
Trying to acknowledge them.
But still unable to engage.
In school, you raise your hand and give the right answer.
And then everyone is impressed.
But in the real world the answer is constantly changing.
And raising my hand would only get me laughed at.
And that’s why I’m just a teacher’s pet.

A world of hurting
loud voices blurting
truth often denied
humans deified
stresses abounding.
Fake news astounds
rumors make rounds
hard to conceive
who to believe?
Damnation,
frustration
what to do?
Stay cool
No fool!

dream did find in field
to us always had appealed
with much love was sealed
we had been balking
reach point where there is talking
for friend stalking
life was imperil
when we sang christmas carol
screech sounded sterile
issue was skirting
when my back had been hurting
which i was blurting
his name was Cecil
who we heard was a weasel
art work on easel

The greatest thing I learned from loving you...
Was about I
Not you
Prior, I never would had thought I would had or could had loved you,
That I was even capable of loving again
Then, You came along...
You said you loved me
I responded with I love you
You and I played this lovers game, blurting three words until they whispered gentle imprinting on my heart...
When you left, I was broken
How could YOU? Shocked from love-loss
Until
I saw this differently, instead of seeing you, I saw I
I love...
I love...
I love...
This love I had came from me, within.
My love I love; Love...
Now with the most fascinating wonderful thing !

“Simon, do you love me more than all these?”
“Yes Lord,” he replied while sensing a tease,
“You know that I love you.”
“Feed my lambs if you do.”
Peter then began to feel ill at ease.
“Simon, can you be sure that you love me?”
“You know that I love you, won't you agree?”
“If you will be my friend,
then to my sheep attend.”
Peter was wincing but could not foresee –
a third time Jesus would lower the bar.
“So do you like me. Can you go that far?”
Now Peter was hurting
and suddenly blurting,
“You know I love you, to ask seems bizarre.”
Again Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep.
Now truly I tell you, once you could leap,
but when you are older
you'll lean on the shoulder
of someone who'll take you into the deep.”
John 21.15-18

Hello friends and future friends. I hope my
choice of my poetic form is totally absurd.
I don't even know what an Epithalamium is;
so if you are looking for this form, I'm sorry
to disappoint. I haven't posted in awhile, and
perhaps it may be a bit instead of me just
blurting out my mind through my mouth.
I just got vack from a recent trip to
Cartagena, Colombia and have been
writing a collection.
I am going to title it "poems from a broard";
the broad in this case is mi Musa Melissa.
(Maureen, Melissa said you are beautiful
and kept saying "weeeeee" [your last comment]
Presently I am trying to organize poems that
I wrote on my trip as well as a lot written in the
airport waiting to reluctantly leave Cartagena.
Please por favor keep in mind that I would like
to present this as if a book; but know only 10
poems for a period of 24 hours.; so hang in
there with me and I will start to share.
Thanks to all the folks I have met here,
and the folks I hope to meet. Blessings!!!

Got on an elevator during our honeymoon
A rather large lady got on behind and pressed number two
Blurting out, I said
“What about the stairs?”
She replied, “And burn a calorie?" I felt like a buffoon

It describes that moment when someone is so
stressed out and angry that starts blurting out throw
abusive language,
foulest profane language
to gain emotional relief, relieve stress, woe.

Being Allowed in Politics
Wondered what in politics would be allowed,
That had occurred in people found in a crowd;
While blurting,
Issue skirting;
Hope in the end they would always be proud.
I seriously have my doubts though.
