Blindfolds Poems | Examples

Premium MemberThe execution

The women fell upon the bodies of the dead,
clearing blindfolds for one last look upon their face.
Shot, against a carmine wall, no matter how they pled.
So now they mourn them through a veil of blackened lace.
A mother presses lips upon a virgin son;
a bride, in bloodstained white, whispers; she is to be;
a sister screams, at smoking guns, what have you done?
A Captain brushes some cigar ash from his knee.

Premium MemberLady Sings the Blues

Lady Sings the Blues She oftentimes reminisces
And laments humming songs about her past.
Lady Sings the Blues

Her verbal abuse on occasion hits harder than
the waves in the ocean. Lady Sings the Blues

She walks 3 steps forward only to be pushed
7 steps backward, at least, it seems. Lady Sings
the Blues.

She refuses to give up, yet is a seeker for the truth
to uncover veiled realities that surround her. Lady
Sings the Blues

Deceptions and Disappoints once we're her friends
they thought they had her captive now the blindfolds
are removed, Faith has become her found friend.

Premium MemberA Shadow Of Hardball

Ebon bafflement descended
from the Sun-bleached sky;
A penumbra of illuminated lies,
this world needs to be reprimanded;

A joyous ballet of obliteration;
Fooled by the doe eyed sweetheart,
they stare into dank rotting art
disguised as impending salvation;

Wearing cheap plastic glasses,
the audience so easily led by a trend;
Commanding naked eyes ideas ascend
delaying the hypnosis of the masses;

Temporarily deprived of the norm,
blindfolds serve as a wake call;
So begins a civilization’s cleanup,
reform is now the one playing hardball;

Magnetic pull of a weary shadow,
that bold charisma brings a brief pause;
Evolution echos a bright ring of applause,
with understated yet monumental flow.

Premium MemberPlaying the Game

The donkey brays;
the elephant trumpets,

and the herds remain unprotected
from the wolves and the jackals.

What game shall we play;
pin the tail on the Donkey

or Elephants can't remember?
It's a barrel of monkeys

playing let's sink the battleships
while wearing blindfolds all around.

Reinvigorating

In the lapse of time
Here i am again
Smelting in solitude
Scorching in darkness
Searching in blindfolds

When all other seasons collapse
and glaciers starts melting
Spring reborns with surprises
Hope,a truth in the sheild of lies
I will hug you with my body
But i can't promise you of my soul

Harder i am pushing
Stronger you are pulling
I surrender,i bow,i die
Even death won't be remorseful
If you come to my grave with roses

A crescent disappears and reappears
where shall i go and find you
 I love you,said a familiar voice
I resurrect,i laughed and i fly

Premium MemberMeet You In Time Square

A frozen pulse a synergy and soon she was iced like cold hard glass.
Poor Clea in her purple orchid dress ensconced in a crevice of time,
from the icy tendrils of Ikthalon. Icy winds blow from the bowels of hell
she is rendered still as ice pellets pelt on her weakened body;
He wraps the sun and blindfolds the stars then plummets to earth with demonic intentions to search and destroy.
Along comes an omega mutant " Iceman" with a
hard packed intention to stop the villain from exploiting her.
Radiating intense cold from every tendon and nerve in his body,
he wraps a gossamer fabric round her to thaw her gently from
the frost bites and nips of her emissary, the evil Doctor Strange.
A multi-verse madness of evil it was but as the clock struck twelve
in Time Square, Clea defrosts and sashays forward in her pencil dress.
Using her tele-ported thoughts, she enters another dimension where
Icemen are heroes and Spiderman rules.
This is where the story ends folks. Tune in for a sequel,
same place same time, reporting to you from Time Square.

Wine Language

Allow the wine to speak to me,
for it reeks of no blindfolds of deceit.
Let it spill your hidden truths,
for it knows not to plead the fifth.

Soul

If you have not gotten to know my soul.
Then you know nothing of my scars & my soul.
So save the egotistical compliments to take my blindfolds off.
They will not work.

Premium MemberDarkness Never Sleeps

Temptress beside the river
she beckons me from a hill
Lust permeates my body
driven insane by her shrill
Temptation does pirouettes
Dancing naked within reach
unquenched and oozing fire
let me taste you, I beseech

Temptress blindfolds my eyes
her suiters are nothing like me
Ego seduces the conscience
when passes are seemingly free
Temptation is wearing a veil
insatiable between the sheets
Together we undulate in sin
as her hair caresses my feet

Temptress is a hall of mirrors
warping everything I can’t see
Projecting a sirens darkness
into surrealistic fantasies
Temptation controls the mist
morphing through my dreams
Brings me inside quasi heaven
slave to her orgasmic screams

Temptress is an open invite
closed mind’s always cheat
Spiked was the vamps chalice
alas addiction’s bitter sweet
Temptation, I sup her last drop
then go searching for desert
Back into the vales of yonder
one hour before she gave birth

Premium MemberDeaf Blind Judge

to be fair and frank, all judges wearing ear plugs and blindfolds,
must peek undercover to see what unfolds,
to read counsel lips to discern what is said,
lest the tone of voice in what is said aloud, biases them instead.

Premium MemberThe Writer In Me Wants You To Know

poetry saves

thoughts from obscurity

leads emotions

onto paper-thin canvas

of feelings impressed

with no purpose other

than being expressed

for what it is worth

a few scraps of pleasure

memoranda

passion

and urge to find its place

a ceasefire on the threshold

of truth and truce

a pearl of nothingness

or raw perception

epitaph or prologue

a circle of blindfolds

discarded revealed exposed

in slow motion

or rapturous flow

yet I cannot take credit

for what seeps from my mind

stories are written by life

in obvious or covert stride

with marching boots or flip flops

footsteps on the beach

clinging on to the cliff face

and sometimes naked feet barely hang on

threads of my story

I need to share

from the pressure cooker of the scribe

sometimes merely a flickering flame

but always honest and sentient

each day a poem or more

leave the nib and

the ink dries quickly

until the rain in my heart

smudges letters and words

only to be written

once again

Clearness and Clarity of Thuth

No blindfolds,
no winds, no
vertices and
obstacles... neither
times, and
setbacks... neither
wars, or
battles...
Nothing...
There's nothing...
 completely
nothing...
There is not
who
obstacles,
prevent
the demonstration
 the clearness
 of clarity

Yes Ma'Am

Close the door....
...and turn the lights off.
Touch my neck....
and listen....
....to the sound of me gasping....
As you gently rub my head...
Watch my eyes roll back...
I'm now in a state of submission.

You whisper in my ear,
"Now do as you're told."
My response is calm but exciting
"Yes ma'am."
I use my tongue to find the spot,
and enjoy the sweet sounds....
of you moaning.
The taste of you is so addictive to me....
"YES!!! YESSSS!!! You're MINE. SAY IT!!!"

I continue to enjoy the sweetness,
and respond "I'm yours."
Now you're even more hotter than ever.
Pleasing you is my joy....
I continue until you start to shake....
Finally you scream...
Wrapping those luscious thighs around me....
Grab that whip and those blindfolds...
Placing them over my eyes....
Force me back between your legs...
"Do it AGAIN NOW!!!"

"Yes ma'am... I will do ONLY as you ask."

Time passes...
you reach your climax...
It's all in my beard...
dripping wet....
I then look you in the eye...
and ask to taste it.
You whip me and say....
"Clean me up, my submissive pet...."
I then smile and again reply....

"Yes ma'am."

Premium MemberWe Are More Alike Than Different

We are more alike than different; don’t judge us on our packaging.
Let us find each other on a soul level; do not mess us up with stereotypes.
Music finds us in barns, bars, cars, boats; beside campfires with strangers.
Just people we have not understood yet; let us play it out, listening.

If we all wore blindfolds, would it make the worlds nicer?
Would we stop judging people based on appearance?
Would it force people to listen to each other on a soul level?
Would music become even sweeter if we wore blindfolds?

We are unaware of our preconceived notions. They are deeply buried.
We do not want to think we are racist, or prone to ageism and sexism.
None of us can eliminate our prejudices unless we blindfold ourselves
And meet in bars, and get down and listen to each other’s songs.
