Beddy bye beddy bye
cuddled up in here I lie
Tickity tickity tock-tock
goes the alarm clock
With a blanky on my tummy
I feel kinda' woozy
Dingy dingy dong-dong,
anka wanka I am cozy
Beddy bye beddy bye
think I'll sleep til' noonzy!

light leaks
over craggy red
peaks
and seeps
through the
single glazed
a slinky
silhouette
spins a
pirouette
mews
stretches
and rubs
against the
the window pane
gooey foggy
anesthesia clings
like dew
to a day that's
too new
to unbundle
from down under
this comforter
little bug
sneaks in
for a hug
her blanky
dragging
her diaper
sagging
crawls onto
my chest
and there
she rests
soft cheek
on my shoulder
gently I hold her
so still
I feel
her little lungs breathing
her little heart beating
against mine
snuggled up
in the dawn
never live
too long
to not measure
life's treasure
in moments
like these
not to say
thank you
and
more
many
more
please

Once upon a time when no one was around,
A lost puppy was born in a hole in the ground.
When he ate scraps, he made the strangest sound,
A high pitch whine that would always resound.
He found a blanky in the streets that was profound,
And used it to hide to avoid the pound.
It soon became warmth when he was cold bound,
And made him the happiest when he frowned.
One day a girl saw him, and love did surround,
Took him home with care; he was a happy hound!
In loneliness and sorrow, he no longer drowned,
No longer was he lost; he was finally found!

Hello everyone and let me welcome you to the place you'll hate and love
Eager to come back each time to make yourself more miserable
Because your brain turns into a dark hole seeking for a sign from above
Sacrificing the pleasure and joy of your own ending up ing invisible
They seem to not see that your drowning at the bottom of the sea
Even though warning signs and sirens keep deafening the entire world
Fire balls and ice blocks in your stomach fighting won't let out word
So get your blanky and turn up all the lights to not be terrified from me
As the last part inside rotting screams in the smoke to the saving hand
Swallowing the hate and envy around me while the devil whispers me "it's the end "

JANKY HANKY PANKY
If I had an experience JANKY
would I need a bib or a hanky
would I have to say “Oh, Thank ye”
to a lady I paid just to spank me
or would I be regaled
with mutton and ales
as crusty old goats
told seagoing tales
perhaps I would weep
in a tall castle keep
awaiting a knight
to wake me from my sleep
Or, maybe, if I’m a bit JANKY
I’m just a little bit cranky
and don’t have time for the nonsense
of the slap, tickle, and pinch
But then, if the meaning is sated
I’ll be undressed and elated
but after service for four
I’ll be locking the door
for age as it passes
leaves memory flashes
a time without such “Hanky Panky”
just give me my “bobba and blanky”

Mr. and Mrs. Wonster work for the icky-sticky school,
While baby Wonster goes to wacky tacky toddler day care.
When they all get home, they play in the pool.
The next day, they run into a sharing caring bear,
While walking their monster-wonster dog,
Who politely offers to take the dog for a jog.
They all eat monster-ponster pizza at lunch
To drink was tonster-monster-sonster punch.
After lunch little Wonster takes a nap in a big blue chair
Scrunched together with his tonster-monster blanky and teddy bear.

Patchwork Musings
Vying for order
This square
That corner
One's center
These squared-off life experiences
Know well jockeying for position
Is fraught with chance
Disappointment
Acceptance
The waking state knows
Nothing resolves naturally
No stitch in one's original design
Arrives at needle's focus point
Matching perfectly the original intent
Red threads
Clash with its attracted yellow
Black outs white
One's colors
Opting to make permanent
That square
Or the next
Find unraveling threads
But a question of time
Permanence better hung
On the wall of one's imagination
Still
We hope
Will our dream impressions
Be nestled beneath chin
Or atop restless feet
Where nightmare's fragilities
Thrash about
Disturbing tucked images
That lovingly comfort
Dream's Neverland
So long
This task of bringing together
The peach trees of youth
Nestling next to briar bushes of adolescence
Awaiting adulthood's gnarled disappointments
One's patchwork cover
Taken every night to bed
Merely wants the blanky of security
Insuring a safe slumber
Until tomorrow
Where more patches await

Touch of the sunshine,
kiss of gold;
leaves have turned
organge and red bold!
lime green, tender green,
bright and now yellow!
lots of sunshine did they swallow?
dark and darker, the leaves go bolder
older; until to the winds they surrender
"i will drop them all!"
says the wind during the fall
rustle rustle winds blow;
leaf and leaves, I watch them go
lonely stands the tree;
as the leaves go spree.
cold and colder, its chilly there;
as the tree stands bare
soon they will be covered in a fleece blanky;
of snow soft, silky and shiny!
thats the care of mother nature;
hybernating trees in a restful slumber!
