I get a glimpse of you
A soft hue of light lavender rising in my dawn
gliding fervently in sun-kissed breeze
An ephemeral beauty enchanting the depths of these caramel eyes
flaunting your gossamer wings in whimsical ballad
sprinkling ethereal dew upon the embers of my heart
And I feel it,a florescent flutter tickling my bare shoulder
a slight inhale of fragrance's breath lingering within my thought
chasing the back of my neck,teasing in wistful wonder
My blushed smile preserves the moment
Of your tender brush across the silk peach of my cheek
Of your fervent kiss fading in evanescent bliss
and unspoiled warmth of ardent touch upon my hair
My heart capture the seconds
till those iridescent wings fly high in sheer splendor
to crimson blossoms which bloom,which sway
which bleed and bend,which wrap their thorns
around my feet,around my hand
So,I would not follow dreams'coloured pastels
So I would not run to you,and I would not find you
by Spring's muddy gardens,in the faraway land.

As legend has it, there lived Bai Balkhash, a rich man
In the North regions of the then Soviet Kazakhstan
Had a beautiful daughter Ili who was without her Smiley
So Balkhash held a feast with a contest to win Ili.
Ili, loved a shepherd called Karatal and easily managed
For Karatal to win the contest of the grooms staged
But Karatal followed the ancient tradition of love stories
Wherein the fathers were supposed to oppose the realities.
Now the lovers had no option but to run away and marry
And the angry father had no options to go contrary
So he turned them into rivers and himself a lake between.
Made himself a laughing stock taking water from rivers twin.
Today’s reality is Kazakhstan and China using Ili’s water
Poetic justice done, the lake drying, two rivers dying forever.

To fly free is what a poet wants to do
It’s possible that it is different
Probably not to the taste of a few
Quite different and many may dissent.
But the poet should continue his ascent.
But the battle should be won by the poet
People may expect this road to arrive at
But his guts and his muse find his own road
Flight is freedom in its pure form to poets
May dance with clouds and storm, it is his mode

***Dizain is Ten lines rhymed a b a b b c c d c d poem; usually (though not by definition) iambic pentameter. This is a Dizain chain. This is originally a French form and initially would have been made up of eight syllablelines, but later ten syllable lines were also used.****

Gracefully gliding, reaching you in sky,
Chasing all notes on air in sublime rhyme,
With shining leotard, my wish is to fly.
I feel every rhythm from time to time,
The sweet smiles lift every spirit so high,
My magic fingers draw a paradigm.
Tiptoeing on the ice, so cold and dry,
Most chilled pirouette, impressive in sight,
Everyone wishes me for one more try.
“My picture”, I look wistfully in sigh,
I stand with shaking knees, my dance is wry.

Note:
Terza rima is a verse form composed of iambic tercets (three-line groupings). The rhyme scheme for this form of poetry is "aba bcb cdc, etc." The second line of each tercet sets the rhyme for the following tercet, and thus supplying the verse with a common thread, a way to link the stanzas.
My first terza rima poem. This poem was late for the contest with the theme, "Picture Perfect" so I entered it in the other contest.

Today I picked the garden fruit,
To make complete a tasty meal;
And came across an aphid brute.
Today I picked the garden fruit,
Beside my house of holes and root;
To emphasis my scalloped veal.
Today I picked the garden fruit;
To make complete a tasty meal.
I cleared the vines of ripened crop,
Then freed my back from painful stoop;
And took inside to finely chop.
I cleared the vines of ripened crop,
To later make some veggie soup;
And then I’ll go to bed and drop.
I cleared the vines of ripened crop;
Then freed my back from painful stoop.

Analysis read—and wronged—and pulled
Lulled into our idealistic mess
Words no longer ours but hung distress
Farced in carnality—they are ruled
Soundness remains what we will believe
And all else is but tethered nonsense
Clinched tightly in unfriendly absence
Overcome in overwrought relief
The judges judge on behalf of tongue
When ears and eyes close achingly tight
And perhaps in woe we find them right
For witches sought and bound must be hung!
Lower than the softened dirt that cures
Where worms in halves blindly come to eat
The higher crush with tormented feat
And the suns scorch what is left of hers
Answers never tried—and cured to hide
They look to superior sources
The rotten are the strongest forces
Ripened and toughened with bequeathed pride

I prefer the sweet thing !!
with some pink inside ??
white or brown ??
Its called "CHOCOLATE LOVE"
for the sweet ones ,
with love inside !
a heart with love
and some pink inside !
a delightful sweet ,
white with pink ,
brown with love !
Its called "CHOCOLATE LOVE"
melting with sugar ,
and some cocoa ,
and the pink ??
its pure pink delight !!

My lifetime dream hasn't been realized yet;
I like to travel to Europe where History was made.
I will start with the glorious city of Rome
with its ancient monuments which still fascinate!
I like to see one of the gems of ancient architecture:
the Colosseum, hear the roars of the gladiators
and the screams of the crowds applauding the winner;
I will stroll down Via Veneto find an uncrowded café,'
and sip a cappuccino in the tepid Roman sun!
My next step is to go to Paris and admire its wonders
by the Senna; I will sit and dream of long ago as Victor
Hugo did at Notre-Dame, the gothic Cathedral of antiquity,
then on to Versailles where Napoleon Bonaparte resided.
London can't be missed on my travel list, this magnificent city
which was built two millennia ago, has its own English charm:
the imposing Tower Bridge overlooking the Thames River;
ah, Liverpool is a must: once home of the enigmatic Beatles!
Madrid is every artist's dream, a beautiful city built on water;
very impressive is the Almudena Cathedral with priceless art works,
it's the dynamic city of bullfighters, watch the matadors do magic;
at night, it's all music and splendor inside the wide Plaza Mayor!

Silver floats the moon and boughs slender sway,
fleeing on her trembling breath
her light feet braves.
Rising of the lea in the dappled grey,
As she wore her verdant robes,
on her vestal form in surging waves.
He shielded her beauty in his embrace..
Her golden showers 'tween their stillness clasp,
as she lay glistening in his sighing grasp.
Stars shine in sheaves amid the elven shades,
that linger upon her fair brow,
hemmed with crystal strings and golden flakes.
His bride to be ne'er,
nymph of forest glades;
heard afar, beyond the hills,
her lone whisperings,
his yearning heart is left on her braided wings.
His love sweet fragrance with each breath endowed,
to wreathe the laurel with his words avowed.
Inside her heart she felt, his eyes' commands,
beneath the curling hair in misty wake,
that floated rough, untied about those lands,
his breezy handsomeness enhanced, and ache.
And she accepted him, at dawning break,
upon her nape then felt, the greening sea,
his vows proclaimed and triumphant heart's spree.

("I know full well, if I can tolerate her spirit, I can with ease attach myself to every human being else," so said Socrates! The title is inspired by a proverb)
He married to the fairest of fair shepherdess
The shepherd was much older than the dame
But the fairest of dames was not headless one.
Was given the charge of the house with little money.
Folks knew well she was not quarrelsome wife
But the husband ignored his duties day by day
Wasted time, roaming in the country with sheep a few
Wandering with friends, wondering at God’s creations.
But that didn’t fetch the livelihood of the family
He was in heaven as his wife never scolded him
Silence was her fair jewel, which she always wore
But she kept her sharp tongue intact, never to rut.
A day came, she bemused her silence, mused tongue
Obviously he has to face a wife much younger than him
With rutted tongue, tolerated her tantrums and tongue.
So that with ease he can enjoy his daily lazy routine.

A lighthouse blinked deep in the shadows' gray
a fog-horn bordered at the distanced lines,
few stars were scattering above the bay
and scintillating mirrored in my eyes;
- my eyes were focusing upon the brines,
two forms outlined inside the nightly coals
and danced our waltz above the waves and shoals.
Betrothal blossoming of western winds
that blow the cumulus across the quay,
melds with the rising mist, the moon rescinds,
and fades in deepnesses of the dark sea;
beyond the shores the tidings brought to me,
the moonlight drenched in silver waves of flame,
and thenceforth heard his heart, and felt his claim.
I breathed his lonesome air, my soul's accord,
o mother of caressing waves' soft voice,
embraced I was, the silvering award
became my terminal, demanding choice;
inside the crystal night I felt rejoice ,
and in my tiny hands run his reply,
my destiny, the sea, and silent cry.

Why should you remain a family house
If you are dilapidated, shattered and tattered
In this summer of old age.
Why should you remain a family house
If the house garden bears a barren look
Tearing away its leaves and flowers.
Why should you remain a family house
If the birds do not build their nests
Migrating instead to some other places.
Why should you remain a family house
If you don’t have to wait for birds’ return
In the lonely colorless evenings.
Why should you remain a family house,
If the inhabitants are in the outhouses
Dangling like a jaundiced curtains.
Why should you remain a family house.
If you are not cheered by the chirping

Devo Andare (I Have To Leave)
Time is not the best of friends
when something like us ends
when love is not together.
Time goes by but much too slow
you're in my mind, you know
and you will be forever.
All of me is all of you
but Via Veneto is not true
though love is always here
Time was too sweet and our love was too strong
we made it be though we knew it was wrong.
I will walk down to Tebere
once more tonight, and there

She shivers because of the extreme cold
It’s misting rain out of the sky today
She tries to be real strong and oh so bold
But she’s still shaking here in every way
The weather looks to be this way all day
We’ve been together all throughout the years
There are some times thunder heightens her fears
Moments like this brings us closer as one
Jacket’s on her shoulder as it endears
May the storm leave, not to make us undone
