Belated Elegy and Eulogy For Sir Abdul Kalam

Professor Abdul Kalam the luminous brilliant star

I pay homage to you from here in Dar

Great brill scientist in the field of Aerospace

A noble man with an intellectual mien and grace

Aeronautics and more were his speciality wow!

He's referred to as India's best known nucleur Scientist.

An inventive mind has passed away now

Lets celebrate and commemorate a great catalyst

He did India proud and did a lot for her

All Indians who know him will concur

Elected as her great President as well

Sad now to bid him adieus and farewell

Yay, the Indian soil has now a brilliant hero in her bosom indeed

I adoringly salute this great man of my race and my creed.

When a scientist dies it is a great loss for us all
May God raise more like him after his inevitable fall

But he can now repose in heaven's lap
On earth though he has left a mighty gap.

God I believe, loves those who utilise His gift of brains
Meditation releases us from earthly fetters and chains

Science and learning works your mind ; the brain needs exercise too
So I thank God for scientists , for scientific minds
That help to illuminate and enlighten this world, for me and you.

I'M Sorry

Apologising all the time is often an after-effect of trauma; a self-preservation technique survivors may think they still need to utilise in order to protect themselves.

Everyone is healing from something. Let's try to be kind to one another.

Blessings.

I'm sorry
By Michelle Morris
11/12/2022

"I'm sorry" is something people often say
Whether they are really sorry or not
But once in a while you'll meet someone
Who says "I'm sorry" an awful lot

You might think them stupid
You might think them lame
You might think they're silly
Or that they're playing some game

But, if you do some research
Or if you choose to care
You might realise they've been abused
Deeply and irrevocably for years

Their childhood trauma lingers
Their abuse from too many years
Their spouse played on their feelings
And gaslit them with emotional fears

They are genuinely sorry
They really don't mean to keep saying it
They're so used to placating abusers
That it becomes second nature

So, if you meet a sweet person
Who says "I'm sorry" all the time
Please try to be patient and gentle
Consider compassion and being nice

Centrality of Grace

Celebrate humility with the agility and amiability
Ensconced in the sublime civility facility in salvation city
As God grants you nobility, versatility and mobility

To scale hallowed heights
To absorb the simplicity and centrality of sumptuous sights
Devoid of pesky plights and feeble fights

When your own efforts at bolstering and mastering matrimony pale into insignificance
In the context of bliss balance at the confluence of confidence and circumstance
Where once providence-propelled you achieve optimal outcomes, for instance

When at the right place and at the right time, God places you
Strategically to inject zeal into faith and commitment anew
Bound with glue to your partner as you utilise a critical clue

To propel your marriage into a new orbit
Measured not in feet or nanometer but in a concrete cubit
When you and your partner ensure every matrimonial bit

Snaps seamlessly into place
In your matrimonial jigsaw case
With neither disgrace nor distress

To galumph with confidence into your forty first lap
Ensuring you seal every conceivable gap
To sow seeds of further growth and tap

Every opportunity that enhances matrimonial dignity
Sagacity, temerity to harvest from every opportunity
Chances to play right, think right, act right and to propel the certainty

That the forty first decade brings success
Anchored on placing Providence at the centre of every critical process
In which the main ingredient lies in the centrality of grace.

Fireflies

Fireflies are those who dare to
dream.
Beautiful at night exploring the
treasures in the dark.
Dipping their wings they utilise
their brains.

Great power owned they
should beam.
Every where they pass with
light they build ark.
Spectacular are they giving off
light breaking chains.

They attract prey as well as
mate still don't dim.
When dream becomes reality,
firefly produce chemical as a
shark.
No time of day is obstacle,
always success rains.

Tall Order

Well! That's a tall order I thought
                   perusing your extraordinary list
                            of words to include,
                                  in poetry new.

Not, that I'm a stranger to
         the odd eureka moment
            I do freely admit.

       Perhaps, you will be gullible
                                   and kind
             to excuse my writing buffoonery.

            Just finished another rhyme
                recalling childhood traumas
                      has triggered the old depression.

               Please utilise your empathy
                   for I know this poem
                     is not spectacular
                             but hoping also
                                not ubiquitous.

Higher Peaks

I'm always trying to strive for higher peaks
I'd like to think I'm destined for better things
It's like a giant archive but what is it one seeks
When many great expectations it too brings

Still trying I am to get back up that ladder
As I’ve mentioned in countless other writes
Like writing looking for new subject matter
Perhaps to high one is setting their sights

And the old saying that the skies the limit
But only if then you have the tools to utilise
I'm told not a second wasted, I am every minute
Always back at the begining though one still tries

Looking out for what I thrive when opportunity reeks
Initive ideas, to my bow adding a few more strings
Again I'm always trying to strive for higher peaks
To fill that void for what I crave my heart still sings

Ematiated Talent

You are just a girl..oh wait.... A mother!!!
with ceasing dreams
ematiated talent
fading destiny
repeated history
yet you never learn.....
You are just a girl...oh wait.....a mother!!!
almost forgotten responsibilities
of growing up with undefeated needs
binded in chains of uncertanities
lost in the ground where you would flash insecurities
You were just a girl
planted fatal seeds
shattered dreams
played wrecklessly
you are fumbling with no direction
outreached the stage of progress due to age
you are still in the foundation phase
why woman won’t you learn? why can’t you adapt?
You are just immarture but yet and adult
selfish and selfless
with hands and fingers you can not utilise on
consecutive erros you don’t acknowledge
wasted time you can never replace
I feel sorry for you mate ,
but thers still hope in regrets,
to fix the mistakes

Not Another Poem To My Ex

I've been lying to myself
I told myself that I don't care about you
Everyday got tough and we had good conversations but now they are as bitter as you
So bitter that on some days I regret ever opening up the jar to give you my sugar
I felt my heart sync as I wrote this line because speaking bad upon you never brought me joy
Oh but you,
DearFriend ,You
You found comfort in my sorrow.
And yes it's cliche but I never understood it until I lost you
I've never had to be in your shoes and carry the depth, height and weight of your name.
So what made you think you were strong enough to spit bad on mine?
What made you think we got so comfortable you and I became one?
When did I ever let you know that I once carried a name that was never my own and found joy in its sorrowHave you become so bitter that my sudden joy makes you want to jitter
Have I not shown that even when we fall out I still have love for you
Have I not shown you that even till this day your absence is felt
You left a shadow and our memories will always be treasured
But like you did,I hit breaking point
My heart has sunk so deep that not even your presence will be enough to repair it
So DearFormerBestFriendAgain
This is my final hello to you because I need you to give me my name back
A name that you weren't supposed to carry.
A name you abused until it had no use.
And just like how useless it is to you.
Give it back to the owner it knows it's use and how to utilise it.

Godfather Part 2

Breaking it down to you
that a gullible god walks among you
on his journey of self discovery and one to find god in a sense
in the end it is mankinds best interest to utilise this spiritual robot
to create something that he was not before
his family will be going first
the angels will keep him seperate from the one thing that can break this curse
me, i can walk around freely and never be a part of this until the end

When the time comes for your turn to interact with this being
you will be aware of this
a strange enlightenment of how to work with this genie
whose rules are constantly changing
your life will seem a little bit unfair
but not as near as unfair as things have been for you
try as hard as you can to fight this, the cancellation of your sex life may be an indicator
by playing the game on focusing on doing the right thing
you will be rewarded by this spiritually, mentally, physically, sexually

for the time being you on the scene of this supposed crime
will be aware of your shifting luck
but will not be able to pinpoint it on the lost cause that granted that shift
the angels are extremely good at this deceptive trick
this is a selfish selfless experience, something for you and something for another
you won't be able to ask me of his whereabouts
I won't know...
the selfless game we play of doing the right thing we are a team in this endeaver
and the angels are keeping score
which will be rewarded
eventually something may go awry, and the game starts over
you may consider me a physical doorway into this experience
when you see me you may think here comes trouble
and as fate would have it, you will have to focus on changing my luck
for me to open this door

Bilocating bison on a leopard printed dash to save the whale. When money is organic and organs play. Sunbathing on a nightshift is never that clever in a see through nightgown. Plus the sheer fact that oversized condoms in snake print disgust a dusty floor as particles like to be pretty not putrid. So now all rise for the ashtray is arriving. Waving its arms in royal glory. Seeking no mere mortal yet mightily sought after are the military beaded garments and tiaras if ornately placed tea leaves. High teas are often a process of giggle gaggle goose. Necks upright and always figures of eight in jars. Popping popping Polly pearls adjudicated wisdom and wealth in a home of no domestic chores. Like the queen ant on a sun lounger. Aim not a ten foot arrow at a bean plant as bags could fall treacherously on the A42 at sunset time. Adjust not a pea whose shell has slipped. Instead allow it to grow in a very large pothole. Portrayed wrongfully are those who follow the righteous path of ancient seed. Pay no attention to the Jacobean words of weblike and paper existences for they are to be exterminated soon. Umbrellas

Useful on rainy days
  Underneath ashen skies
       Unleashed springs awaken;
             Upthrust in defiance.
                  Unobserved by others
                          Undercover kisses

Premium Member The Two Typical Windows

A house got windows for aeration
As well as for time travel
The front window a time tunnel for the future
The back window a time tunnel for the past
50 years ahead and 50 years back
The front window gives you a view of
Bright, clean and broad roads
A fragrant smell of flowers and a thick shade of trees
A beautify world of afforestation and greenery
A world full of expectations and dreams
Higher education
Law and order
Business transactions
Scientific inventions
Digital applications
The front window is always opened
Unless not at home
It's closer to the open sky
And warm sunlight from heaven
The back window gives you a view of the past
Dark, narrow and dirty lanes
A bad smell of rubbish
Attracting flies, ants, wild dogs, wild cats and rats
Prostitutes,thiefs, briberies and scandals
Conspiracy and backdoor government
The back window is always closed from
A deadly smell from hell
But don't forget
You also got two windows in your heart
One full of conscience
And the other full of evil
It's an assignment from God
Oh dear, do utilise the right one
Before it's too late

The Strength In You

Your Power Lies Within
Many of us hide our capabilities and strengths on the inside, somehow being afraid to use them. God gives each and every one of us special talents. Those who use their talents will be rewarded greatly, but those who hide their talents with be punished.

When you know that you are capable enough to handle anything, release your power within. You might be surprise by what you can do! You never know how STRONG you are until being strong is the only choice you have!

Situations presents themselves with things we may not be ready for; things we have to face and cannot get out of. In those times we have no choice but to be strong and to have faith in ourselves that we can actually do it. It is only then that we will recognise the undying power that lies within us.

Be strong always. Don't just wait for the opportunity where you wouldn't have a choice but to be strong. Be strong in everything that you do so that when other situations arise you can overcome it all because you've gotten stronger and stronger each time you've utilise your power.

Time Is Important

Time is money, friend,
Get hold of your time,
Embrace it like a friend
And never let go of it.

Time is not sufficiently given,
Keep track of your time,
Marry your time like a wife;
There is no extra time to life!

Life is not a game of second chance,
Time is important! Time is important!
It is more precious than money, you know
Its supply is limited, save it!

Procrastinate not in life,
Time is important! Save it!
Save time, there is no extra time,
If you can't plan today; you won't get it tomorrow.

Time is a forward moving,
Linear commodity that wait no one,
It is a commodity you utilise with utmost care;
Save time! Time is Imporatnt!
