Twisters

Tumbled timbers tempted ten tiny termites.

A Gemini quest
My bringer of cold droughts
And naughty new breathes.

Damn me please
This is my disease
Look away shy and blind
Pretend a history so kind
That all sin is invisible

But mix your poisons
Drown the signs
Cover the blemish
It’s all in your mind.

Look over your shoulder
Spin around it’s the same
Rock-n-roll spinners
Hiding their shame.

But spinners are flashy
Shine style and sleek
But under the covers,
Cowards and meek.

Tongue Twisters

Red lorry, yellow lorry, don't worry
Mr Furry liked to bury all his curry

She sells sea shells to Mr furry
But he was off taking care of his curry

Mr Furry was hairy but went to meet Betty
But Betty was busy with her bit of Butter

Betty saw Gerry going to the gutter
They started their own chitter-chatter

Peter Piper then picked a peck of peppers
Peter, Betty, Gerry and Furry played- stone paper scissors!!

Mad feels so sad
Glad is not bad

See what can be
Free you and me

Calm feelings sum

Volcanoes and Twisters

Once in a while, Mother Nature goes mad,
When this happens, all living things get sad,
For when she is angry, things start to get bad,
Volcanoes, and twisters, and earthquakes are glad.

Mother says to her children, "You're free to run wild,
For at this point, I refuse to be mild,
These humans are ruining my beautiful gardens,
And I refuse to give them all pardons."

So we have weather that really gets tough,
Volcanoes and twisters really show their stuff,
And it's sad but the weather, men cannot control,
No matter how much he has made this his goal.

So poets and people all over this world,
Try to be nice or you may get twirled-then swirled,
For Mother Nature may decide to start fighting back,
So she can hold together and mend all those cracks.

Lynnwood Windchest roads lying in a row.

She peddles the tea kettle.

Rhyming limes and lemon rinds.

Slipping shale skipping stones.

Silent sighs sail straight past your eyes.

Specifically speaking Pacific shipping.

Ralph elf ate all by himself.

Swans see seven seagulls swimming swiftly.

She throws, he rows.

Pathetic personal problems persist perfectly.

Premium Member Twisters - a Tale of Global Warming

Decade ago, the world laughed,
at the hole in the ozone layer,
the global warming was a joke,
the scientists got ridiculed.

Now a decade later, the ground hog is confused,
the grizzly bears can't hibernate,
the polar bears can't find their icebergs,
The migrating birds don't know their winter destination.

Somewhere there is summer in winter,
somewhere it is draught in rainy weather,
There is ice age in some mild weather lands,
there is spring in the cold arctic frigid lands.

Never heard of twisters in post warm winter,
The bands appear every night from Midwest to the south in USA,
In a blink, small towns get erased, not once but twice,
Families, children get tossed apart, many dies in this natural fury.

The personal and material losses are staggering,
Only hope and faith keeps people alive and surviving,
On first instinct, we may think it to be the act of God,
On second thought, we are overlooking our grave mistakes.

May be the politicians will realize the danger,
Too much of pollution and urbanization hurts mother earth,
What will be the use of being super rich or super powerful?
When the nature will wipe us out in a moment from the face of the earth.
