True friends are really a treasure so rare
There are not many like that who really cares.
If you happen to have one exactly like that
Be happy you got lucky,so toss high your hat.
Real friends wish to share everything with you,laughter and tears
And like finest wine they just get better all throughout the years.
They will be loyal,honest and true no matter what you may go through
A true friend will not hurt you on purpose and she always care for you.
There are not many good friends around like this they're hard to find
Better just have one true than maybe dozens that are untrue and fake in kind.
So if you already have a true friend consider yourself very lucky everyday
And treat well that friend with all the love and respect that(she or he)deserves all way.

If you do not have a fantastic sense of humor you will not make the cut,
Because my friends like to smile, joke, and laugh, sometimes they howl with laughter, but
My best buddies can be serious when they have to, when someone is hurting or sad,
And they can be the best kind of listener when someone has made me insanely mad.
I look for honor and trust in all of my very best friends, it has to be there.
If I did not revere them, our friendship would be dishonest, totally not fair.
When I got to PoetrySoup, one person in particular was especially kind.
She got on SoupMail and gave me some pointers, many quite brilliant and fine.
We have had this transatlantic relationship since that very same day,
If I ever had a chance to meet her in person, I would say hip hip hooray!

The true meaning of friendship ,
use to come.
when we would have fenced with
exacerbated adverse some.
That time we thought,
a partner, fellow to be within life.
The time friend comes forward ,
make friend freed from adverse type.
Paradigm of which,
is only true friendship.
Maintain position,
above all bloody relationship.
True Friendship is a gift from God
Among the many gifts I have received
Friendship is the best one I perceive
True friends don’t just come in passing
You've got to be one too, to make that happen.
In the world, treasures abound in plenty
What good are they, for in love and care, they seem empty?
When you are down and need an uplifting word
Not to treasures but to friends you look toward.
Sharing deep secrets and feelings which hurt
The merging of the two brings relief and comfort
In their presence you find cosiness and joy
‘Cause that is a communion true friends enjoy!
In life’s busy paths many folk come your way
Though finding new friends seems like a breath of fresh air
Do not forget the old faithful for the new
God sent them to lend you their ear and shoulder too.

You're my best friend brother, a grown man and all. My dreams are so short but you make me them tall. Misdeem (misjudged) by the world, an x-ray to your visual mind. You understand my grind and my life. Being open to you man, I don't mind. Shining brighter than the sun, spinning faster than a fan. When I'm on top, I'll never let you off my block. It's a non-stop thing, I love you better than my green. Agape, Eros, Storge, Phileo I have for you. All because you stayed true. I'll give you my heart but, don't tear it apart. Friendship I have with you. Now I can say you are cool. With you it's different. I can't quite explain this feeling. It's like I love when you're around and then I’m okay when you're not around. Yes, at times I do miss you and I even think about you. Whatever it is I have with you. I’m cool with this picture. You’re like my puzzle that's put together.
You're a surfer riding my wave. You're my coffee with creamer, you're touch is so sweet and tender. You're like my cool breeze on a hot summer day. It feel so good that I ask God for more. You're my werewolf so addicting, strong and demanding. You're my vampire, I love you sex drive. You're my bike, you keep me going. You take me places no one else can take me. The images you put in my mind are so wild. You're kiss make me feel like I'm sitting in a sauna. You make me feel rich, richer than chocolate.
I feel like a flower sprouting out and blooming. I feel like the statue of liberty so, important and strong. With you I have a reason to strive. With you I have a Gold medal to display. With you I'm gone for days. With you I can be free, like a cheetah running in the field. I feel like a bald eagle, relaxed and calm. I feel so alive, more alive than the naked eye. I guess I'm done speaking to you today. You make me feel such a way.
If you need a shoulder to cry on a true friend will be there
Stands with you through life’s storms not just when it is fair
A friend who’s honest and truthful and would never lie to you
Who gives unconditional support in everything that you do
They treat you with respect and never get in your face
Understand your needs when you want your own space
A most important quality that a true friend would need
Is total loyalty and that makes them a true friend indeed.
There’s a friendly island lady who is considered a queen
Of a certain form of poetry I think you know who I mean
She made me feel very welcome when I joined poetry soup

A true friendship is a rare gem indeed.
One is just as hard to find when in dire need.
This is when one learns who is an acquaintance,
Shown by a small yet significant difference.
Once the subtleties have been distinguished,
And those fly by night friendships extinguished.
Hopefully the true friends are the ones you keep.
As the saying goes, "What you sow is what you reap.”
True friends lift you to the highest heights,
They make your heart sing with angelic delight.
So many people have those gems locked in their heart.
Remind them often you love them and never to part.
Friendship is something that should be kept
A friendship can last a lifetime and then some
To have a true friendship means you will never be alone
You will always have a friend who will be there for you
They will listen to you, they will cry with you
They will lift you up when you get knocked down, they will help you heal
A true friendship is worth more than the most expensive thing
A true friendship is more sacred than the holiest of items
A true friend will never turn their back on you
Friendship is something that should be kept
Have you ever watched a butterfly,
The Beauty and the Grace,
That perch among the flowers,
Looking for a special place,
I watch them as they flutter,
and I start to stutter,
And wonder how it could be,
Through a Beautiful Butterfly,
Your face come to me.
I guess that's easy to explain,
A friendship so warm and kind,
Just like the sweet butterfly,
So rare to find.
True friendship is no longer a notion
It is a reality when Jesus is in the middle of it
He takes His Heavenly seeds and plants them all across the earth
He sprinkles His living water upon them and they sprout into something grand
An enormous treasure blooms and springs up into action
Capturing the hearts of His beloved children
Do you need good friends?
Just ask the Lord and He will send some friendship seeds to you
You invest time in them and day by day they will bloom into the best friends ever!
Time and patience grows the most hearty friends
Love and humbleness keeps their roots deep
And a stillness during times of frustration keeps weeds from growing all around them
If you are lonely and need good friends just lift your hands to our Father
And ask Him to rain down upon you his heavenly seeds
